I purchased this item 04/18/24. I specifically asked the register lady if it took off the $2.00. She said sure. I went to my truck and it had not. When I went back in, she called whenever and they advised it was for paint below sign? When I showed her the picture I took she specifically pointed out to them I’d taken a photo. They STILL would not honor the price of two dollars off. I had to go back out to the truck, bring item back in and she returned cost to card! Not happy at all. IF YOU PLACE CARD IN WRONG PLACE that’s on you. You should honor price.

The worker Keri ruins the atmosphere every time we are there. She is the entire reason for the 1 star review, we normally shop here, but are rethinking going back at all, every single time her rude comments and nasty energy just put us off, 2 times in 2 weeks we had the unfortunate luck to be there on her shift. She is a bitter woman, and probably shouldn't be allowed to deal with customers. Nothing like having a great day, and then running into someone so rude and nasty for no reason. Me and my wife spend a LOT of money here, but I think we are just done. Neither of us like confrontation, we are both very polite and professional, and this lady just is someone we would rather avoid, and if that means stopping going to one of our favorite stores, so be it. We spend thousands a month on dog food and treats, and clothing, and chicken feed, and so many tools and other items for our business. It's a shame she just can't ever seem to be nice or professional.

Again! The entrance was blocked by solicitors. I go there to buy big bags of feed. I have to wrangle my cart into the parking lot at large, instead of having a path from the exit to the back of my truck. I also don’t like to be accosted to “help their fundraiser" of whatever organization they let block the entrance like that. I’ve seen food trucks and these “charitable causes” block access several times and I promised myself to never go back. The drive to the feed store Bernalillo is worth it to avoid this nonsense.

Great customer service!!!!I haven’t had customer service like this in a while.I came to this store because the Santa Fe Tractor supply did me wrong.Greg, manager, and Eli, cashier, went far and beyond to provide great customer service. Greg listened to what happened at the Santa Fe store and was quick to help. Eli pulled up my account in seconds and had great service since I walked to when I checked out.I’m glad I came, it made the drive worth it.

Down to earth employees... true customer satisfaction. This is the place to go for all your hardware needs and country living products. Everything is basically half the price as lowes and Home Depot, but yet, it's built with pride to last. American quality screams from their products. Will definitely be a routine customer.

Closed the dog wash two hours early, with zero notification or advertisement letting customers know. A major inconvenience since I live a two hours away and traveled for this specifically.

Your manager Alondra was the most sweetest person ever. This wonderful human stopped/ dropped everything she was doing just to answer my questions and then proceeded to load my cart and walk with me to the registers cashed me out then without being asked to she followed me outside to help load my purchase to my car. Amazing service from start to finish!!!!

Lately I have been going to Tractor Supply for a lot of things I need to build out my garden and Urban Homestead. The help I have received each time has been great especially from gabriel. I had to get a few 16ft cattle panels and a chicken coop home. I didn't know they rented trailers and it was super convenient when he told me they offered that. They are a bit high in price compared to other places but they make up for it in customer service.

This place reminded me of being back in my hometown, where life is slower. We visited TSC for a self serve dog wash on what usually is a busy Saturday morning. The staff members were eager to help and greeted us promptly.I didn’t know where the aprons were so I was prepared to get wet. However, as I started to rinse my dog, one of the staff came over placed the apron on me and tied it, so i would’ve have to stop washing the doggo. He continued to give suggestions about the different modes of the wash head and went over the various shampoos they offered. $9.99 is well spent here because I don’t want my drain to be clogged with dog hair :)When the dog needs to be cleaned we will head back. There was no wait and the staff was very helpful and the dog seemed to enjoy the smells (they had ducklings and chicks for sale at the time we went)

Update- I heard they have a new NGT and staff so I went to see if there has been any changes. WOW what a difference, shelves are actually full, store is so much cleaner. Staff are so friendly. Got to meet the new Mgr Brian.Staff is giving new Asst Mgr Guy all the credit for in stock. I used the wash station to wash my dog, it was cleaner, plenty supplies yes even towels.I’m going to start shop and use their wash station again. Thanks for making the change.This is not the first time that I go here and their wash station is not supplied with what customers are getting charged for. TS set price for wash that includes shampoo, conditioner, brushes, and towels. I don’t need to be reminder that they only charge $9.97. I wish they would charge more and provide what they charge the consumer. But when you don’t get for what you pay for I have a problem with that. If you can’t provide a clean, stocked items for what you charge for please close the wash station until you do. I don’t have to go on your back lot for an hour to get my dog dry. Your blowers are often broken, your either out of clean towels or you only have a small one to dry my 135lb lab. Let the customers know to bring their own if you can’t supply it.This is not an issue in your other locations. Your store in Bosque farms is beautiful instock, clean but I don’t have time nor gas to drive that far. If this was my first time dealing with this I would not be upset but I’m trying to support the business. This location has gone down and not fair to community to deal with dirty, out of stock, over charging for service that they don’t provide.

Multiple occasions I've ordered online and in store, "in stock" items and had my order Canceled because there was "No Stock" of my product Available. Extremely frustrating. And for the Pickup from store option, they don't answer the phone so you still have to get down and go inside, rather than they bring it out to you like they are advertising.

I visited this location for the first time this weekend and was disappointed... The shelves in the clothing and boot departments were bare. There was dry dog food covering the floor in the dog food aisle. The bird feeder shelves were also practically empty. I didn't bother checking the rest of the store. I informed the cashier about the dog food to which he apathetically replied "oh it's always like that" and said they wait until the end of the day to clean it up, after he blamed the customers for the mess. His customer service skills were lacking to say the least. It's not worth my time to drive 30 minutes for empty shelves... I'll be finding alternative options in the future.

My review is not about the product, but about the service received when buying it. The 50 lb bag of dog food I ordered was placed in a floor level (not cart or waist high) locker for pick up at the store. When I asked an employee to help me pick it up to get it in a cart (so I could take it to my car), he told me "no". So I asked to borrow a hand truck (which he agreed to) and finally managed to get it out of the store by myself. With so many other places to buy dog food, I will not put myself through that again; favoring a store with a little more customer consideration and service.

I was there to purchase a trailer for 2,000. No one at the store was any help. The manager was just standing around on his phone with his dog. Worst customer service. I ended up returning the purchase 10 minutes after buying it. They were so rude and made no effort to answer my questions. They need to replace the manager and re staff the Sunday staff.

The bag of dog food under the $19.99 sign rings up at the register for over $44 at Tractor Supply in Albuquerque. When I wouldn't buy it at $44+ dollars at the register and told them the signage was deceptive I was told it is not. They have the $19.99 bags of dogfood but it is on the next aisle over. I asked to speak to a manager but was told he was too busy unloading a truck so I am taking my complaint to online instead.

Go to Tractor Supply a lot, but on our last visit, the staff was not interested in helping us. One girl wouldn't get off her phone and people were waiting for her to get off. Purchased a 150 gallon water trough and NO ONE offered to help me and my wife take it out and load it! We're seniors!!

Make sure you call before you come to this store. Everything they say that they have in stock online is not accurate. When you get to the store expecting something to be there it may not be.

Tractor Supply always has what I'm looking for. The employees know where every item is and if the item is out of stock they will order it for you on the spot. They carry a good, durable line of clothing, too.

I had a worker go looking for my dogs food and left me in the back waiting forever found out he decided to work at the register and not letting me know that he was doing this. This has happened on many occasions. The service sucks. I'm a good loyal customer I always come there for my dogs needs. The service needs to be a whole lot better.

Horrible company never do business here online I ordered three products online that canceled my order and still refuse to refund my money and this is almost 3 weeks later. Everyone please be careful they will randomly cancel your online order and then refuse to return your money

Nice folks.... But their inventory management is abysmal. If you order something "in-stock" for curbside on the app (showing it "in-stock", they'll cancel your order because the items are on pallets in the back that they "can't touch until the holidays"No big deal, but maybe, just perhaps, don't show the items "in-stock" if you're not willing to sell them?
