Giving 1 star is generous. There were 2 employees that were very kind and helpful. However, there were several employees that had horrendous customer service. After witnessing how rude 1 employee was to us, another said "yea, you can tell he's our favorite employee". Which validated how uncalled for his behavior was. Another employee sighed deeply and then tilted her head while staring at us move the aisle. It confused me, until I realized she wanted to get to the shelf we were at. Why not say "excuse me"?, or simply ask if we needed help so we could get out of your way? A formal complaint has also been made.

The customer service is a hit or miss. One employee by the self checkout is pleasant (during the day) while the other (younger person) sits there and says insulting comments about the guests.The pleasant self checkout employee is great! If you ask for help in an aisle or you need to find a part in the store, this employee makes sure you are helped. When you walk out the store, this employee is asking if you found what you were looking for and sends you off with a Thank you.The other really young employee, I am surprised none of the guest have complained. Maybe she did not realize I was behind her when she rudely commented about an elderly person. A couple walked up and the employee starts on them also. I gathered what I needed to purchase and headed to the self checkout. The employee was furious that there were people still in the store. Now, this employee is taking shots at everyone. The coworker listening, I didn't hear what their response was. It was twenty minutes from closing time. That means you have twenty minutes left of work dear. Unprofessionally commenting on customers with your coworker is not how one should publicly conduct themselves.So, the store itself, is in order and somewhat easy to navigate. The floors are clean, and the associates working in specific departments have been helpful. There is a person named Matt in the nut and bolt department who is super helpful. However, another time, a certain employee who works in this area, will tell you they'll be right back and never show back up.Again, hit or miss.

My wife and I were in store looking for some items. We were directed in different directions looking for same item. Then when we finally located everything and head up front. There were five employees standing in front of self checkouts and didn't help even though we had trouble scanning some items.

We always enjoy shopping at Home Depot whenever we need something small or large. Today, we are very thankful to Esai at lumber department that he help us to cutting the boards to carry in my car. His service was excellent that kind, calm with handling machines and precise cutting. Thank you Esai! Most of the times all employees are very kind & helpful.

Great store. Has everything you need for a DIY project or a professional builder. Wide clean isles and lots of employees around to help too. Saw the cutest refrigerator... totally customizable for whatever color scheme your kitchen is. We ended up getting an air conditioner this trip. We'll see if it can keep us cool this summer. We are thinking about getting our floors replaced and they have a free installation on carpet and low-cost installation on the laminant... so we'll see how those quotes come back.

Came here to get dusk to dawn lights and privacy covering for fencing. 3 employees had no idea where either items were located. Gave up and went to Lowes.

Had an entire section of tools blocked off, I was willing to buy some of those but the employee at the gate said since they didn't have a cashier I couldn't buy anything. I thought these stores were all about selling and not just holding on to supplies. So as I was leaving with nothing the stupid cart and their electronic wheels locked up and wouldn't allow me to move. Employee said I didn't go over both sensors correctly. I know theft is high, but don't make it impossible to shop. You've lost this customer.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. They didn't have what we needed but they called around to other stores to help us find it. Their garden center is well stocked and has slot of variety of plants, pots and soil.

The particular Christmas tree I was looking for was out of stock at the 550 store, so an associate promptly determined that seven units were in stock at the Cottonwood store. We went there and purchased. This is 5 stars for both HDs but at Store #3517, associates have always been prompt and helpful.

Purchased a 72×80 Jeld-Wen Sliding Patio Door on close out . My screen was bent & instead of spending $160 to replace screen I upgraded to the Jeld-Wen Low E Glass unit.The store is very busy so I picked up glass Thursday morning at 7am. The staff at Home Depot rolled it out to the pickup & loaded in the back. Deliver Time over two weeks & I needed it three days later for Saturday Install. I had Glass - Rite install all new windows which they manufacture at Gibson location but that company does not do Patio Doors that large. So I bought at Home Depot and hired contractor to install. The end result very satisfying over the 16 year old home builders patio door. Very quiet & efficient. We wanted French Doors and Home Depot had a few really nice ones with the adjustable blinds in the glass. That's a $1,000 three times the price of the slider! Figure up to a grand for installation too. Choose your contractor wisely. The first vid could not guarantee sheetrock or stucco repair. Our contractor installed in less than 4 hours- no stucco or dry wall damage & it looks great after caulking inside & out. After 15 plus years it's time to upgrade and always smart to invest in your home if you are happy where you live.I'd recommend Home Depot. We are now working with them on tile to redo 1st floor & possibly wood floors on upstairs to replace carpet. They are always helpful & usually a little less money than the Big "L", but not always.

This Home Depot has very knowledgeable staff especially in the flooring department. My wife an I decided to wood flooring down, Robert helped us in every way possible, answered all the questions that we had. We looked everywhere for flooring at other businesses, I didn't feel comfortable buying it from other flooring companies and the reason why, the return policies they had. Some of them didn't even have a return policy. At the Home Depot they had 90 days for any kind of reason you can return it no questions asked. We bought 2700sq ft of wood flooring and literally we only had one box that was damaged, we took it back for an exchange.Also they are a company that is very involved in the community. They hire veterans and have a bunch of works shop at no charge.

Went in to swap a Milwaukee tape measure and the ladies working had attitude for no reason. If I’m going to go somewhere and spend money on tools so I can do my job this doesn’t seem to be the place. My parents have also had experience with them trying to spend 2000$ and were also given attitude and went someplace else as well.

I love Home Depot. Their prices are better than their competitors, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and they have what I need.I had to take away one star. They recently changed their hours to 9pm instead of 10pm, I don't know why. Working later sometimes I need that extra hour. I imagine it was for cutting costs and the fact that Lowe's closes at 9pm as well, so why stay open late? I get it, but bummed me out.

Home depot has been my favorite store for awhile now, and the Coors Bypass location always amazes me. Today the entire staff help make my purchases and options a smooth memorable experience. I would especially like to commend John Z. For his extreme patience and his ability to go above and beyond to help me. He has become a familiar representative and the first person I run to when I need assistance. Thank you, John Z and the whole entire staff for the excellent service that is always so consistent.

Just bought my Christmas tree from this location this year 2018. The staff was friendly and fast. My tree is a Douglas Fir and it is full and beautiful plus it was only $42!!!

For noon on a Sunday in late April, the garden center was busy. The staff on the floor were helpful. There are nice decorative planers in stock. Cute plastic pots in turquoise!

Beware of the door installer contractors this store uses. RF installations are the most unprofessional contractors I have dealt with. They told me the insect shield I purchased was a waste of money and I did not need it. They are just LAZY and want to be in an out of a job site. The employee hung my door crooked. They destroyed the outside frame of the door. They refuse to answer my phone calls and are condensing. This store claims to not have anyone else that they can send to install the doors. They refuse to hold these guys accountable. Seems to be a cover up operation to me. DO NOT LET RF INSTALLATION INTO YOUR HOUSE.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Home Depot. Came to get a weed whacker and waited 30 minutes for someone to come unlock the gate to get one. I asked multiple associates for help but was given the same excuse we don't have the code. Finally am associate asked a manager and I was told I would have to wait another 30 minutes before someone could help me. This is unacceptable and because of this I will cancel my HD credit card and start shopping at Lowe's.To the store manager you need to figure out your store, your customer service here is trash!

Took off work for appliance delivery. Was at the house all day. Called me and said they are on the way. I saw the truck drive by the house, then I get an email saying “we’re sorry we missed you.” Called support and was told that the driver said he rang my doorbell and waited 20minutes! What a flat out lie! Now I have to move into my new home with no appliances. Please please please do NOT buy appliances from Home Depot.

I guess if you need hardware. I'd gladly pay more for the service at Ace or anywhere else. Lots of workers standing around and only one door opens to let you in, walked pasted 8 employees and no one offered to help. If you need help with your project go somewhere else
