I needed a tool that was locked up the associate working tools, Don, tried unlocking a 3 digit padlock before about 30 seconds then tells me "sorry it's to hard to get don't know what to tell you " and walks away. I had to go ask Customer service which other stores carry it even though montano location where I was had at least 10. So I've got to go across town to get the tool I need to so I can return to work? I'm going to do all I can trying not to give Home Depot my business from now on.

Natalie at the customer service desk is amazing! She was the only one working the desk. It seemed as if she was doing the work of 3 people. She deserves a raise. She was answering phones, helping people with their orders even running to the back to pick up orders.

We're from out of town and in a bind. David Charlie in the lumber department came to our rescue! He was so kind and willing to work with us. If we lived in ABQ, David would have made THAT our regular Home Depot.

If you’re looking for a rental tool big or small reach out and ask for ROGER he absolutely has great customer service. He is extremely knowledgeable about just every rental equipment available. Super helpful and friendly. He is a massive asset to have!

On the first Saturday of each month, they have a child day where the child can build certain things. Children learn to use a hammer, screwdriver, assembly, and paint.If you have a child 1 through 12, I strongly suggest taking your child to any Home Depot Children Workshop. It teaches them so much.

I love home depot! It's pretty much a one stop shop for all you home needs. They have everything you could think of for inside and outside of your home. My girlfriend loves to garden so that's where we spend most of our time and they have a pretty big selection of flower, trees and shrubs. They also have a good selection of vegetable seeds. Their prices aren't bad either. I prefer home depot than any other home improvement store because of the staff. Their staff is everywhere and always ask if they can help. They are also very knowledgable. I recommend coming here to shop, of course they are wheelchair accessible throughout the store. If you read my review please hit the like button. Thank you.

the key to my commercial business was jammed, just when we thought all hope was lost, and at risk of calling a locksmith, for two hundred, we decided to purchase three and one, lock dry lube for five dollars, at the home deep, MAN. that key slid out like butter, 😩 ten stars if i could, HOME DEPOT SAVED THE DAY. thank you bestie, for securing the package.

Just remember that if you order an appliance, they may try to deliver to the wrong address and then decide they tried hard enough for the day and you don’t get your appliance. You have to reschedule for a different day. Don’t think I’ll shop here again

I want the old HD back! The HD who used to hire retired tradesmen and women who not only knew the store and the inventory well, but could give solid and trustworthy advise and coaching. Yes...those folks command more,.much more, than minimum wage, but having them on the floor would easily increase sales and more frequent shoppers resulting in...more sales! Bring these folks back, and watch your customers flock to the store and happy to drop real money for the goods you sell. Do that, and you will kill it. Until then, if I need a standard widget or basic lumber, I'll shop there. If I need some advice and specialty items, I'll be at ACE or True Value every time. Come HD, step it up!

Slowwwwww service if you need to buy a tool in the lock up cage. Time wasted is money wasted. Home depot wastes your time. Prices no better than many online.I wasted at least 30 minutes waiting to make a purchase. Then 15 minutes in line to pick up and pay for a 76 buck disposable router.

Had a great experience today trying to find some wood for a protect. A man name Wolf stopped what he was doing to help me find the right type of wood for the project and help cut all the pieces for me. Took about 30 minutes but saved me a bunch of time! Great experience!

Terrible experience all around. Customer service was extremely rude and insisted that I purchased the wrong product when I very clearly stated that the product on the receipt was correct and that they gave me the wrong product. Rob, David, and Natalie were all extremely unprofessional throughout the entire process. I placed an order of 20 pieces of lumber on a Saturday afternoon scheduled to be picked up on Monday morning at 9am. I show up Monday to pick up my product and the order is incorrectly packaged by Rob who had an awful attitude when I wouldn’t accept the product. I rescheduled to be picked up in the afternoon and David tells me he is unable to load one pallet of 20 pieces of plywood safely onto my truck without 2 forklifts and 4 people. He then leaves and refuses to help load himself so me and the person I’m with are forced to load it into our truck ourselves with one other Home Depot employee. David still refuses to get us any of the resources we need to safely strap it down and I told him the entire reason we need it to be strapped down was because the last time they loaded it that way it shifted our box and he proceeded to say that that was our fault and refused to band my order. After that whole ordeal, it turns out that they brought out the wrong size product so I have to go back for a 3rd time on Tuesday morning. I speak with Natalie at customer service and tell her that they brought out the wrong size yesterday and that I needed to pickup the correct size product stated on my receipt. She then comes back and says that she refunded the card and I would have to go and purchase the product again. I asked her why I would have to purchase it again after I already did and they got it wrong. She now starts acting extremely rude when I stated that I shouldn’t have to go through the whole purchase process again when the order was correct on my receipt. After half an hour of waiting she finally comes back and says that they’re pulling the order. So now after 4 total days and 3 trips to Home Depot these incompetent employees finally figure it out and get me the correct product that I ordered.

I was at the home depot this weekend to buy a vacuum. The store by coors and Alameda # 3504. At the self service check out a wonderful young lady named Ximena helped me maneuver the big box as to scan it. Then she volunteered for me to get my car and pull it up front so she could load it in my car.Such customer service. She is a genuine kind and caring person. Give her 20 stars.

I had to purchase some lumber for a project at home. I needed 4x4 posts cut to a specific length. Wolf was excellent. He was very attentive and asked all the right questions. He measured each cut twice and was very patient. When I returned home, each piece was precisely cut and worked perfectly. Not sure what Wolfs position is there but he would be a great example of how to serve a customer. Thank you Wolf, for making what I expected to be a frustrating experience into one that I'm excited to tell everyone about.

We are a carrier who has made deliveries to this store twice this week. Drew gave the best unloading experience we have ever had! She is polite, quick, professional, and competent. We will be looking for more loads to this store in the future. Thanks for a great experience!

There is an old man named Paul at the self checkout that is an absolute A-hole. Rude, irritated and not very bright. I will make sure to shop at Lowe’s from now on. Thank you Paul, Home Depot just lost another customer.

Usually Home Depot is great, but not this time. I bought a bunch of insulation and got the free 24 hour machine rental. I had made a reservation at the store closest to my house for the machine a few days in advance, and then a few hours before pickup, I got notified the machine was no longer available. So my reservation meant nothing and I had to drive to a store significantly farther away (this store). When I got home I found out the machine they gave me didn’t work, so I had to go back in the morning since they were closed, driving to the store that’s farther away again (on my own time and dime). When I got there, the morning rental employee knew the one they gave me didn’t work as soon as I told him, but it wasn’t labeled as not working and nobody told the other employees. He said that’s why it was out on the sales floor rather than in the rental shop. When I returned the machine after completing the project, one of the employees that helped me the day before (gave me the broken machine) was there and asked how it went. I told him the machine they gave me was broken and I had to come in to exchange it. I’ve never seen someone so indifferent. He didn’t apologize or even express any sort of emotion at all. When I told him the employee that morning that swapped out the machine for me said the one they gave me was out on the sales floor rather than in the rental shop with the other two they have (that aren’t shown as available online) because it doesn’t work, he shook his head in a way that seemed to acknowledge he knew that. He didn’t offer anything to make up for his mistake either. The employee in the morning also said he would reset the rental time, but when I returned the machine it was still showing the original time. So it appears that never happened either. Incredibly frustrating all around and will definitely make me second guess going to Home Depot for stuff like this again, especially this Home Depot store. I would not recommend renting tools here based on this experience. Also good to know, since it only showed them having one machine online, I talked to another store about swapping for their insulation machine. The free rental is based on the store where you buy the insulation, so they couldn’t help since I didn’t buy the insulation from their store.

You got to admit Home Depot has just about anything you are looking for and the prices are pretty decent. I have had to go online a few times to order stuff that they don't have what's nice as they will do in-store pickup so you don't have to pay for shipping. If they don't have it try online

I Try to not go here. I prefer lowes but someday when I'm working really close to a HD I will go. Not having good luck with my email linked account and not getting my veterans discount but they constantly reduce the types of items that apply to the discount so I just go to Lowe's where my acct works correctly every time and they have not yet removed the plethora of items from the discounted rates

I came here a month or so ago and could not find anyone to help me. I really didn’t want to come back tonight but the other Home Depot was out of what I needed. This time was much better. Jolien and Luz were super awesome and helpful. I’m so grateful they were working tonight.

Disorganized. Know one working plumbing dept for doen stocking. I used to work for home depot. Very poor in stocks because know one is taking care of their dept. Poor dept managers
