Went there with my Mom to purchase a dryer. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the dryer we bought. He was also very polite, respectful, and had great customer service. So, if we should be in need of a washer in the future, we will most definitely buy one at Home Depot.

I don't have any especially good or bad things to say about the Home Depot. One time I went, I couldn't get a single staff member to help me. I waited at the service counter for a good amount of time, and they just ignored me. So I never expect much except to be ignored at the Home Depot. But this last visit was pretty good. I needed wood for shelves, and Zach helped me pick the right kind, and he cut the boards to size. I chatted with him a bit, and he was just a really nice young man. Very helpful. Thank you, Zach!

Kitchen faucet leak needed to replace.On app found faucet 8 in stock? At store a employee pretended to look for half hour then walked away. Customer service found at a store opposite end of the city. Plumber called I was at checkout counter. Haul butt back home same time plumber arrived. 2 1/2 hours to get faucet. Not thrilled but glad in the end.

It's alright. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had a lot of isles blocked off it was a little confusing to navigate. I would be walking down an isle just to have a little gate drawn across it. They must have a lot of thieves because I was also followed by security lurking behind me. That's OK I guess I mean I'm no thief or anything like that, but it felt lame.

Very disappointed in product availability. They had food-safe buckets, but no food-safe lids. They also did not have any lid removal tools, yet they had various buckets of paint that would require a lid removal tool to access the product. Contacted an employee and was told that they weren't planning on stocking either item. I left the store empty-handed and got what I needed from Lowes.

I needed one simple return on an installation and had to go to the store 4 times. I kept getting sent home because they were on the phone with IT, the person that processes that returns wasn’t in-store asked me to come in from 8-5, went to the store at 3:30 and the service return person wasn’t there. Still have not gotten my return

Went in at about 11 on 3/20/24..needed a washer..person at the appliance area greeted us after about 10 minutes of us standing there waiting for help..he didn't seem to anxious to help...we finally left and went to Lowe's.

It’s impossible to get anyone to cut lumber at this store and then they want to charge you for the whole piece! We waited in the back for 25 mins after someone said they called the cutter guy and he never came. Then at the register I told them and that we waited for 25 mins and then they wanted to send us back to wait at the back again. This seriously happens eve try time we come here. We’re going to Lowes from now on!

We were looking at light fixtures and could not decide which ones to use. We were glad to meet Home Depot staff, Darrell, in the electrical department. He has great customer service and is very knowledgeable which helped us with our light fixture selection. Highly recommend Home Depot off Eubank.

Shop Home Depot never shop Lowes . Home Depot got better customer service. Even when HOME DEPOT HAS A BAD day they still go above and beyond . When I'm at any store I ask for nothing . Simply just respect if you reviewing this try both stores my money is on Home Depot based of my experience

Security vehicles with light flashing constantly tend to make me feel very uneasy about being there. Many isles were closed off entirely so no access to things I had gone in for. Chaotic.

Bought a LG dishwasher. After installation it wasn’t flush with the cabinets. Took a little prodding but they came back and fixed it. Looks great. Everyone who helped us has been very nice. Glad I did business with HD. Be aware that the LG dishwasher is actually a box and the hose is built in. It was the wide circumference of the hose that created the issue. If you go online you’ll find that others had this issue. But it’s a nice dishwasher if you can fit it in. I wanted that third rack, which is very convenient for small things, long knives or silverware.

I went to the Home Depot at Eubank today on 7/1/23looking for an outdoor security camara set. I was very excited when i saw that they had them for such a good deal at $208.99!Well after trying to check out they came out to their original price which it was $379.99I was confused and so was the cashier so i asked to speak to the store manager.After waiting for a while she finally came and said that they had them on sale until6-18-23. Well that was more than 10 days ago and the sale price was still up!!!I understand that i unfortunately missed on such a good deal! But what really got me stressed is that they got me so excited to save money on something i really need! after speaking to the manager, she said that i wasn’t supposed to see that price and that there’s nothing they can do about it. Well maybe get your sale prices up to date because i see this very often and it’s very irritating.

We came there today, for gas fittings. And to purchase a toilet. It would have been helpful to have found an associate, however we were able to make it out alive. Store needed attention to the aisle by some of the employees, but again they were non-existent.

Great place to buy a Christmas tree! Prices were lower than other big box stores. Joey was so helpful last Sunday. Helping with pricing, taking it up to the front, preparing the tree and loading it in our car out in the parking lot. Very stress-free experience, and one of the best attitudes I have seen in a store in a long time. Thanks so much!

I cant believe that the Customer Experience Manager Denise B can't provide a good experience and only a negative customer experience. I had a exigent need for a Winbag and couldn't find them. I asked Denise to point me to the right direction and she dismissively said "we don't stock them". I advised her that I purchased one a week earlier at the store and the website was showing them in stock, she rebuttals that I "had just gotten lucky last week" and the "website is wrong". I realized thr true situation is she had better things to do than help me so I walked around and found them. She had the added nerved o ask me at the check out were j found them, lol why is an employee asking a customer were certain items are stocked.

Beyond frustrated! I found a bathroom vanity online and took a screen shot to send my husband. When I went to purchase it, it was 3 times the amount so I kept looking and found another one sent a screen shot to my husband and again 3 times the amount. By the time I came to the store, 30 minutes later, they advised they couldn’t honor it and I would need to call the “.com” number.Spent over 45 minutes with them and they refuse to honor the price that I have date and time stamp on. I advised that if their IT team caught it and changed it from the time I took the pictures to the time I got to the store that’s not my fault.False advertising is wrong and illegal. The manager advised they have a disclaimer at the bottom of the website. The disclaimer is one thing but I have pictures of the before and after clicking on it. That’s not a price change that is click bait! Again False advertising. I’m sure I am not the first or the last person to have gone through this with Home Depot.

The guy working in the garden center was super nice! He took time to walk with me all over around closing time to help me find a small bag of perlite. I wish I had gotten his name so he could get recognition! Also my cashier Angela was very sweet :)I want to review again! This is months later and it wouldn't let me write a second review but these employees are just so great I wanted to say it again lol I had another great shopping experience here :)

We Love that Home Depot is our neighborhood store for getting our home projects done! We just created an automatic watering system for our tomato contianers, and it was really easy with all the 'Dig' brand drip irrigation products. We used a battery operated timer attached to our hose bibb. Then added a pressure regulator, and 1/2" tubing to our whisky barrels. Then added 1/4" tubing and added soaker hose rings for each barrel. It was really easy once we got started. We used 1/2" tubing for the herb garden with little bubblers. It was so much fun, to do that we are planning an automated irrigation system for our raised beds! We have water walls on the tomatoes since it is early in the season.

Waste of time. They waste customer time with promotions. They have a water test program that they present to customers which is an overpriced overrated program. Someone will show up at your door and take 2 hours of your time to try to convince you to enroll in a $9500 loan for a revert osmosis installation. But they won't tell you that at Home Depot. All they will say is that someone will come to your house for a maximum of 30 minutes to test your water quality and you will get a $20 gift card. Guess what you get no gift card at all.

I got keys made. It was a kiosk machine. Normal house key, good options. 4$ for a plain key or 6$ for a key with designs. Easy to use and fast.
