Just a bit off. Products seem to be forever changing. I have been looking for a container specifically for wreaths. They have said in the past they have them around Christmas time. Staff seems to be unsure of what they actually have in the store. Just can't quite get what I want and the staff can't quite tell me how to find it.

Management is ON IT, Lita took such good care of us, really made us feel special! I am in love with the ELFA brand, My husband and I have redone our whole closet, and it looks great! Some stuff can be pricey, but t the quality is great, and WILL LAST. I love this store!

I purchased several hundred dollars worth of storage boxes of various sizes from The Container Store recently in Albuquerque. First, their customer service is terrible. I think they are trained to go out of their way not to help customers. I can almost see the training video now.Customer:Can you help me?Associate: Pretend to be busy and say “I will be right with you”, then walk away and take a break.Secondly, the quality of their containers is truly garbage. The cheapest and thinnest plastic available in China. I bought other containers at Target (Sterilite) and they were FAR superior. If you must go to The Container Store, go to the ATM first. Withdraw $200, then go the store and give the money to the first employee you see. Just hand it to them and say “Your store sucks” and leave. The employee already knows it, he or she will feel satisfied with the $200 and you will be much happier and better off in the end.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The shelving system a bit overwhelming for a person who wants to just get the stuff and go. So I just settled on a good old fashioned rack from them for now.

Our first time here, the workers HOVERED around us AND every 2 minutes we were both checked up on?! I’ve never felt so racially profiled in a store. Spent over 50$ for only 2 items. Would NOT recommend if you’re looking for comfortable shopping experience.

1st time visiting this store. Very friendly workers. Everything nice & tidy. More expensive than I thought (had heard that beforehand). But was able to realize I'm heading in right direction with my own organizing. The store products gave me even more ideas🙂

Hosts a great variety of containers, boxes, bins and chests that can be a dream for anyone that loves to stay organized. While I dread our visits here, my wife loves it and always finds something new. The staff are friendly and always help out with questions and the prices aren't too outlandish.

This place is like Heaven. The staff is so awesome you can tell they love their jobs. The manager helped me find something I needed specifically after returning an item. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The organization is appealing and clear. Love this place.

I've been in this store before and I really like it a lot. So many options might not see at other places. Pretty good prices on most items. If you haven't been here yet I recommend to give it a try. I think you'll like this one. Check it out.

When picking up order, staff didn't bring it out, then I was subsequently ignored. When this was brought up to the manager, a store credit was offered for the inconvenience, but the credit never arrived.

Amazing selection and awesome customer service. My only complaint is that the prices are a bit high for the quality of the merchandise they carry. At Home and Homegoods usually have the same items, albeit not in the same quantities, but for half the price. So if you aren't in a rush I'd go elsewhere, if you are in need of outfitting a whole house immediately, then this is the place for you.

I loved this store. We piped in for a quick shopping visit to kill some time and we were not disappointed. This store is large but not so much that it’s overwhelming. I like how there are several sections of the store that relate to an area in your house. I especially liked the travel section. Great selection and really nice people but the prices are somewhat high.

Excellent selection of CONTAINERS, from 1-2 inches to giant box-size, in many shapes - plus lots of other fancy household items. It's a great place to find unimaginable things to organize everything. Buyer beware - you can blow lots of money fast here, as everything here is "gotta have" !

I tried online shopping and curbside pick up twice. The containers are brand new, and So far so good. I was not impressed with curbside pickup, i ended up waiting a long time, both times I tried it, and had to go in the store to check on progress. There are not good options to communicate with the store. The phone number given is to a national call centre, even though my text said my order was ready, but check with the store... and the store was closed. Additionally, the store is supposed to open at 10, but they unlocked the doors 8 minutes late, as I sat curbside watching another customer knocking trying to get in on time. I will shop in store next time, as I like the products.

I love this store! They have just what we need and the staff are outstanding! My last visit, Jordan was fantastic…very friendly, helpful and personable, as has been all of the staff we’ve encountered there. Definitely recommend:)

Has a lot of unique items for organizing and storing many kinds of things. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is well-organized. However, all this comes at the cost of higher prices. Expect to pay 50% more than big box stores for common items. If it's something you can't find anywhere else, it might be worth it.

I purchased a carry-on suitcase and then went to the store to pick it up. The confirmation said my order would be ready to pick up at 1pm but I showed up an hour early because I had to make a flight. I explained the situation and the staff went into action and expedited the process. Outstanding customer service.
