Leo was amazing! Great customer service! After not having my phone work for two days and given the run around by the corporate T-Mobile customer service, Leo, the customer service representative at this location, was able to get my phone up and running in no time. His ability to deal with difficult situations while meeting customer needs is superb.

The advertisement for 4 phones for 100 bucks is a lie, and deceitful. You gotta have an I phone to trade in, plus the new phone you get you will make monthly payments in a 2 yr. Contract! Forget it!

Love the Cell Service!!!! This location has some pretty helpful and professional Representative’s but unfortunately this store never has the iPhone’s that I need in stock EVER when I go there. I literally have to travel across town to get what I need. Other than that it’s a decent store

I came in Saturday because the T-Mobile call center sent me to the store to verify my account because for whatever reason my last payment for my now canceled T-Mobile account didn't post to my account. There were two males working and the one that did help me told me that all they do is sell phones there and that he would not be able to help me in verifying my account so that we can find out where my payment went even though I have a reference number as well. Now I call the call center and they're telling me that I have to go back to the store which I'm refusing to do until someone answers the phone at this store but I have been calling for the past 30 minutes and nobody answers the phone and the mailbox is full

What a beautiful experience in this awesome, modern store! The people who work are fantastic, knowledgeable, and fun! They all deserve an A+ with a raise for their excellence. I appreciated the help I received at this store for an hour trying to fix my situation. Xavier did an excellent and professional job and very knowledgeable he also educated me on my cell phone Samsung A20 functions. I would have wrote sooner but didn't have QR reader on cell at the time. Manager was very helpful and understanding of the time it took to get my cell working. I will always go to this shop! Excellent!

Sad I went to just pay a bill stood here almost a hour this sad no appreciation for customers 😡 wow just blows my mind employee just look away no response or be right back this is sad .very disappointed in the service here 😒 I have seen about 4 customers walk out sad sad i pay this for my .wow getting charged a additional 5 dool8for in store payment 😳

Store is a franchise store. Only do phone purchases here. This is the second poor experience for handset exchange and or return. The manager (William) of this store wouldn't let the customer service rep put in a ticket that was needed to close out my exchange. Now we are stuck having to start all over waiting another week for replacement for a faulty phone.

I never post reviews but I do want to say two things, Fernando the sales associate that addressed everyone that was standing outside waiting to be helped was EXTREMELY RUDE and actually somewhat disrespectful to all of us waiting there. I deal with customers/clients everyday and the way he acted was completely uncalled for and probably should be fired as this was the second time I’ve had dealings with Fernando and he was just as rude the first time as well. I only came back to this store because it’s close to me and I didn’t have much time to go anywhere else.. Secondly if it wasn’t for Diego being the gentleman that he was and going above and beyond in helping me, I probably would make it a point to NEVER go back to this store again.

Jesus was awesome, he listened to what I needed and did everything he could do to get me in and out in a professional manner. He is an asset to your company & don't let his hard work go unnoticed. It very hard to find employees like hisself that go the extra mile for your company and multitask while keeping a smile on their face & not getting frustrated. I go in to pay my bill, I'm waiting 5 minutes which is not a big deal. An employee asks if I been helped i said no. He asked what I was in there for. I tell him to pay my bill. He tells me it's going to be 15 minutes. I said excuse me 15 minutes? He said yes 15 minutes it's the holidays. There is 4 employees, 3 customers in. A simple payment shouldn't take more than 3 minutes to do. The fact that he went to a new customer that walked in instead of helping me Is what got me upset and why I left. I could have made a scene but today wasnt going to let it get to me. The employees are more concerned with making sales then taking care of existing customers. I'm really upset. I would put zero stars if possible. Dont go to this location they treat people bad. The idiot didn't know that I was ready to buy a new phone cash also once I payed my bill.

DONT GO TO THIS STORE!I went in to jump out of my IPhone 8 to a 10xr at this Central & Atrisco location. The sales rep asked me if i was interested along with my 10xr in a IPhone Watch, I said no several times ! When he brought out the 10xr he brought out the watch and told me that if I added another line and with my auto pay discount that my bill would be the same as I am paying now, so why not have the watch? Sooo I get the watch.Well first off I left my IP 8 there cuz I was jumping to a 10, come to find out that THEY DID NOT CREDIT ME the phone I left , insinuated that i did not leave it, WHICH I DID- never thought that they would not turn it in on my behalf, COME TO FIND OUT THEY SAY THEY LOST IT really ?!Finally, they adjusted the credit for the phone but my bill was still going to be $220 a mo. which is not what the sales rep told me . He said it would be the same $145 . I have fought with CORP T MOBILE AND THIS LOCAL STORE TO HONOR WHAT WAS SAID TO ME , and now that I love my watch-that I did not want in the first place, I have to GIVE IT BACK!Corporate T Mobile said there was noway in hell that with the watch it would be same price even with all the discounts !!!! IT IS SO SAD WHAT PEOPLE WILL DO FOR EXTRA COMMISSION . I have made at least 6 phone calls spend 20-30 minutes each time and have gone to the store personally to confront them about the IPhone 8 that they said I did not leave, was another 35 minutes . When a T Mobile sales rep wheel a deal, with you on paper, take picture of it. T MOBILE CORP- ACTUALLY ASKED ME IF I TOOK A PIC OF IT. I said no, I did not did not know that I was being lied to !!! And then make sure your invoice that you leave with, matches what they wheeled and dealed ON THE PAPER-Soooooo FREAKING MAD !!!!

Esdras saved me from a real dilemma. I was told by another location that l would have to do a factory reset to rid my cell of viruses & would have lost most information. Esdras knew what to do to avoid a factory reset & "cleaned" all the unnecessary apps. I'm so pleased! I will recommend him to everyone l know.
