This location is close to my office and I utilize their Print & Copy department a lot.The Print & Copy Department are quick and competent.The actual inventory of the story is all right. They usually have what I am looking for 90% of the time.The parking lot is kinda rough and patchy. The interior of the store is old and would be nice if it was refurbished. It doesn't affect me going here at all, but worth noting.

Staples falsely advertised their printing services as same-day on their website, then when I inquired about the status of my order after two days, I was told that the website isn't accurate. Well then why are you advertising it as such? If you know that it's not same-day service, why are you baiting customers into choosing you over another company that may actually offer quicker service? Why isn't the website updated? I only chose Staples because it promised my order would be done in a timely manner—instead it took a full week.

Incredible customer service from all employees I interacted with. Someone directed me on how I needed to go about packing up a return, and another employee assisted me with printing and shipping the box. They made it a quick, easy process and were super friendly!

The folks at this store bend over backwards to help you. Especially Ryan in the copy and print center. His patience with some of the most rude and impatient customers amaze me. I go out of my way to go to this store.Update November 2023: The variety of items stocked, including a wide array of printer ink, is terrific. Staff are helpful, professional, and nice. And the place is clean, tidy, and organized.

Horrible customer service. I had my stuff all prepared while the gentleman infront of me did not, he was performing his order while in line. I asked for tape so I could tape my box while I waited. I was told to purchase tape or wait my turn. 20 minutes later I FINALLY got to ship my item through a different cashier who was much friendlier (hence why they got 3 stars)This is why I don't come here. Unfortunately the other staples that understands xustomer service is not offering shipping at the moment.

The workers at this store especially Dave (I think) and the manager (didn’t catch his name) are so kind and helpful. There were a couple difficulties with printing and they helped me with every single thing thoroughly and to the best of their ability. Especially for 8pm on a Thursday, they were so helpful and nice and I really appreciated them. This is definitely the best Staples in Abq that I’ve been to.

Needed two legal size pages printed. Should have cost me $1-$2. Terrible customer service. Ended up having to purchase an overpriced Pack of legal size paper and pay for computer time I could not use. Rude and inefficient help. Ended up spending $18 but will never return

I've been going here for 6 years for all my print needs. I will literally drive across town to work with some of the staff. They have had some turn over and sometimes I think the management lacks in appreciation for some really good print workers, (thus the turnover) but always someone tends to come through. At times some of the staff has had to go through a learning curve, but compared to all other print places, I think this one consistently can produce decent professional level work.

Generally they have what you need. This last visit I found that the price per copy was 11 cents including 3 hole punch. Does not make sense with the volume I needed copied. These issues still exist, but I am upgrading my rating. The changes to a more service oriented experience is a welcome change. The store manager at Eubank and Montgomery is on it. Nice guy. Keeps his employees productive. Pricing is getting a bit up there, but I think this is a whole economy problem. The physical presence in the market place is good.

I went there today to return items for happy returns and the customer service was seriously lacking. I realize everyone is short handed but when you see someone who dosent know where to go ask if they need help when your walking by or when your looking at them across the room, by all means check on them.

We came looking for a specific blue color notebook that we had seen online and just couldn't find it in the store. I am so grateful that Chris R. was there when we came looking. It probably seems silly that we wanted this very specific blue colored notebook, but it was important for us. Chris never once made us feel like we needed to give up, or tried to convince us to just simply choose a different blue shade. He looked through all of the notebooks on the shelf, and when he didn't find it he went the extra mile and brought over a ladder to look in the boxes above the shelves. We were so excited & grateful when he found the blue notebook!. Chris noticed that it was a wide ruled notebook when we usually used college ruled. We told him that was okay, we were just grateful he found the color we wanted. However, he continued to look for us on that ladder and found the exact blue college-ruled notebook we were looking for! I just couldn't believe Chris would go through all of that so we could get what we really wanted. He was so kind and really wanted to serve us in anyway he could so, if possible, we could get what we wanted. Thank you Chris R.!!!

We like the products at Staples. But every time we go we are profiled and followed around the store. I don't see them doing that to other people. It's because my husband and I are Hispanic and tattooed. We live right down the street and I do a lot of my major printing/copying needs there as I work for a major MCO company. But I probably don't look like I do, so maybe your staff should not be so quick to judge and make your loyal customers feel uncomfortable. THANK YOU

Never been to Staples for prints off my phone. I went there to have 5 copies made and 6 prints off my phone. After an 45 min. I'm asking the lady in the copy center for help. She just left me standing there as she helped other customers. Now it's almost been a hour. At one point the lady was by herself then a man with a grey shirt was behind the counter. I Had to ask him if he would help me. By the time I walked out of there I had my copy and only 1 camera print!!! After an hour!! I'll never go back.

Good service and have nearly everything you need when it comes to office supplies. Always a quick trip, in and out, compared to similar stores. I've bought everything from laptop computers to this year's Turbo Tax. And I use their print services often - cheap and excellent quality. They have good prices.
