Our experience first going in was good. The gentleman in the vitamins and medicine area was a lot of help!However, the employee in self check out, she was horrible. l seen her treat three other customers with disrespect. She was rolling her eyes at customers, she’d go up and help and start saying things to them. She yelled at a man because he switched self check out registers because the first one he was on wasn’t working.When it came to us, their scale that weighs produce wasn’t working. We asked for her help and at first she yelled at us like we were stupid and didn’t already try to redo the transaction. Then she comes over and says move. She did the same thing we did and she kept trying. Then we said, it’s okay we can pay for what we have and ring that one up at another register if that helps. She got mad, and threw our produce down where the plastic bags were and walked off.Then proceeded to roll her eyes at other people, never came back to help us, and was getting mad at other people. She didn’t want to help us after that so we just left our produce. If you don’t like your job… Don’t take it out on other people and ruin their day. This was yesterday night, 4/12/24 at around 7/730ish. Never have I experienced that kind of mannerism or behavior from any employees. Hopefully, this store does better in the future.

We really enjoy the fresh selection of vegetables. The fresh baked breads are a favorite. Every employee seem to be friendly and helpful. Looking forward to the Enchanted Hills location.

I was able to buy everything I needed and the blueberries and strawberries were beautiful! Sweet and delicious! Not loving the self check registers so we were glad to see several regular registers open for checkout!

Love the selection at sprouts. I like all of the natural and organic food/beverage options. Deli carries Boar's Head meat and cheese products ! Bulk section is fantastic

The store is clean and easy to navigate through and the staff are awesome but there are so few choices for vegetarians and vegans in the prepared foods and sandwich section of the store. I'm really surprised. Whole Foods offers many more choices in this department. I hope you'll start catering more to us vegans and veggies who can't eat spicy foods. Thanks!

Very rude staff on the floor. I accidentally dropped a small yogurt on the floor and it exploded. I offered to clean it up but she did not let me. Which was fine, but then she asked what I did with it and I said I threw it away and she acted like I was an idiot, rolled her eyes and said UGH. I apologized literally 12 times and she not once said it's okay or was nice about the accident. Staff on the floor needs a serious attitude check.

This is my go to for most of my groceries. The reason I am leaving the review is my husband and I had outstanding service from a butcher name Tye. He was professional, friendly and so helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had good service. Great service Tye.The only reason I leave a five is the bathrooms at this location are not clean and need some work. That part was unpleasant to be honest. Overall, a good spot to get groceries.

This Sprouts location has gone way downhill over the years. I have done almost all of my grocery shopping here for years, spending $300-$500 every single week here to cook meals for my family. I am fed up! When I buy a giant cart full of groceries and there is only 1 or ZERO people at the regular check out, it is extremely frustrating. I have been forced to do self check out with $500 worth of groceries on more than one occasion. There are rarely baggers. I went the other day and there were no carts, no baggers, and the best employee (Darlene) was at the self checkout. The lines looked like I was at a Walmart. This has been my experience over and over again. You guys need to hire more staff! My guess is the few employees you have are extremely overworked and doing multiple jobs. I love the food options here, and unfortunately this is the closest location to me, but at this point I’m willing to drive further to get a better shopping experience. Maybe a different sprouts location will be better? Management, you need to do better. I won’t be spending as much money here until it improves.

This place is busier than a Filipino Port City on sailor night! Parking is atrocious and nobody cares if you're handicapped.That being said, the store is amazing! It's clean, Staff is friendly and you won't find better products.

Sprouts is my favorite grocery store! Produce is always fresh. Friendly employees, and I'm always shocked at the quality options available for such a small store. It's just a very well organized and run operation. Of course the supplement section rocks!

It has an anachronous look to it throughout this huge store. You'll find a plethora of products for everyone. No military discount here. You MUST have the store app if you need any savings. And so now you know.

Odd experience. Couldn't find anyone to help in the fish department. I tracked someone down and then he said he couldn't cut a smaller piece from an entire filet. Rather than buy twice as much fish as I wanted we ate leftovers. Then the self checkout computer couldn't figure out what it was doing. Like I say odd. The other Sprouts was much better.

My least favorite Sprouts. Miss priced items a lot of times. Manager even went and looked but still wouldn’t honor price. This is not the first time. Left a call with weights and measures. Store are suppose to honor their mistakes. Maybe with a visit they will do what is the right thing in the future.

Sprouts is always one of my favorite places to go to get fresh fruit and vegetables! Another reason I love sprouts is the rustic loaf bread omg that is my all time favorite bread for sandwiches...speaking of sandwiches again the fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions and the boars head cheese and sandwich meat slices just how I like it by a deli specialist! The workers are always so nice and friendly always ready to assist if I need it and always there to greet when we enter the door! Also now during the world wide pandemic sprouts is doing a great job with keeping us all safe with cleaned carts and as you enter there was tons of face masks and hand sanitizers to purchase if needed! I've loved sprouts since I discovered it about 10 years ago, I was working for a home health care company and the client that I had would send me to sprouts to shop for her healthy foods! They have a wide selection of fruits that I can not find anywhere else. They have cherimoyas and dragon fruits that are not a common fruit but you will be lucky enough to find them at your local sprouts! I'd you have not gone to your nearest store you might consider it especially during winter months when fruits and veggies are not growing in our backyard gardens. Its wonderful to be able to find all of our healthy goodies in one location. The gourmet coffee aisle is wonderful too you can pick your coffee beans and also grind them to your liking! Sprouts also has the ready made dinners that only need to be heated up for those of us who are not a big fan of cooking or just had a long day make sure you stop and try the meat balls or even the chicken alfredo! Sprouts will also make you a sandwich as well so I'd your looking for a quick lunch and dont have much time considering stopping in at sprouts and having them make you a boars head sandwich however you request! Awesome store! A one stop shop! A lot of local and new mexico made salsa has it's own little spot as well! I'm glad they build the sprouts near my home because I am a regular! And definitely recommend it to everyone and anyone who likes organic fruits and veggies or just wants some really great sandwich meat and cheese you wont be disappointed with my recommendation! And dont forget the try the ready made parfaits and the cotton candy flavored grapes! Yes! Cotton candy grapes! They are so delicious and again something I've never seen anywhere else! Thanks again to all the workers there keeping it safe and open for all of us sprouts lovers to be able to shop!

Sprouts is a bit expensive, but super worth it. Fresh produce of all kinds, organic goodies everyone wants, and just a bunch of natural goodness! Be careful though... You'll spend more than you think because of all the cool extras.

Rude associate in dairy and eggs, there was only two of the milk my customer needed both expire on the 1st, I asked if he had had anymore and just flat out said no. Also needed this specific sour cream, all expire on the first (not exaggerating) once again asked for help and got a no. I’ve been to every sprouts in Albuquerque doing instacart, usually the associate will check or at least offer to help in some way. Terrible customer service. Thanks for the help man! Only giving 3 stars because the other associate I asked help from was actually helpful, maybe the first one was having a bad day

Why should you think about going to one of those “expensive” Sprouts Farmers Markets that have conventional and organic foods. “Everyone” knows that organic is “super expensive.”Did you know that organic foods are very tasty, often twice as better tasting than the conventional. Compare the taste of a conventional apple with its waxed exterior and sulfur dusting and who knows what chemicals are sprayed on them. Then try an organically grown apple. You’ll taste the difference.It took several days for my best-half to convince me to try hamburgers from cattle fed organically grown feed, no antibiotics, and no hormones. My first bite into that hamburger, on organic bun, with organic lettuce, onions, and pickles, with organic mayonnaise, catsup and mustard took me back to how my childhood hamburgers tasted, those many years ago.I’ve not looked back since that day and will even skip purchasing “conventional foods if the organic variety isn’t available, which doesn’t happen in Sprouts very often. The staff are all very helpful and management always looks out for their customers’ interests.Get radical, try organic foods from Sprouts; you, too, may never go back to less tasty conventional foods.
