I had originally came into the store for a product called fruit riot after seeing it was in stock on the website. When I arrived the shelf was completely empty, walked around nd thought a 4 -6 $ sandwich from the deli area could be nice. And stood there for 20 minutes without any workers asking if I needed anything. And left the store empty Handed. So the whole experience was a waste

Large selection of each grocery category, including locally made items, ready-to-eat/-cook, breads, plant-based and organic foods, bulk foods, alcohol, etc. Some are pricey, but the Sprouts brands are reasonable.

This is a great place for bulk foods and fresh produce. The prices are good and the employees are helpful in finding an item. The bakery has fresh baked goods and the deli has a wide selection of foods.

Sprouts could do so much better. No store should consider themselves or their product, better than anyone else's, and no one hits the heights of pretentiousness better than Sprouts - which sadly, trickles down into the attitudes of most of their inconsiderate patrons.On several occasions We've walked into this Sprouts and greeted the staff, only to have them glare back dirty looks with no other response, or they side eye ignore us so they can continue gossip amongst themselves; that's not a guess, you can clearly hear their innane conversations.The produce is spot on though, and sometimes meats will be better priced than competitors, but it's not our go-to even though they're the closest grocery store to us. We seriously think twice before visiting and have to steel ourselves, less we forget how likely we'll be treated like trash upon our visit.As you hipster types might put it, "do better, Sprouts".

My visit was nice. I live in Belen & we don't have a Sprouts here. They had a lot of choices throughout the store. I will definitely visit again!

The best option for a great selection of high quality produce at great prices. I love loading up on 3 bags of veggies for $20. Always feels like I'm getting a great deal. And they have a big section of bulk foods including hard-to-find nuts, mixes and ground meals. In many cases you can find a huge variety of salted/unsalted, raw, roasted options.

Inconsistent bakery. Sometimes their baked goods, like vegan chocolate chip cookies, are amazing! Delicious, soft, chocolaty... and other times they're hard, stale, and disappointing. I never know what I'm gonna get until I pay $7 for a box of cookies, get home, and open the box.

This sprouts had everything I needed in stock and the staff were very helpful in helping me find seasonal items that weren't in their normal spot. I didn't ask for help, but it was quickly offered and the staff member maneuvered through the store with me to show me where my item was, I understand that's not always going to be the case, but it was definitely great support in that moment.

Probably the rudest interaction ever with whoever works Delly/ Meats my hands were full no carts at the entrance I politely asked here where they were and angrily said in the front . If you hate your job then just say it but don’t be rude.

I've never been so frustrated trying to navigate a store in my life. They have grocery displays EVERYWHERE, and every few of them there's some other display or cart or whatever blocking the path. It's like a maze just trying to enter the store and while a line of us were waiting a lifetime to checkout, there were several other staff just standing around chatting.

Your system doesn’t update the sale price, so whenever I check out, I have to remind the cashier about the sale price or will be charged regular prices. Also, bad customer services from most of the cashiers when I don’t see the price reduced as sale on my bill, I ask them if they know the produces are on sales, their answers: “No” and continue doing their jobs till I tell them: “well, I need you to apply the sale price if it applies today, then I have to run back to the counter to find that items, take a picture and show them. Your staff don’t do anythingReally? This is how customers have to do extra works if they want to pay few cents cheaper?

I do NOT like this Sprouts. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE. Employees give customers a hard time when it comes to returns. Even though the product has never been opened and you have a receipt the employees are very rude. I prefer to shop at Whole Foods. When it comes to returns the workers at Whole Foods are kind and will not give you a hard time with or without a receipt

They always have good produce! Worth the extra couple cents it cost per pound (when compared to other places). They always have the speciality health items I am looking for which is nice. Remember to bring your own bag!

I shopped Sprouts for sprouted wheat flour, which is hard to find in stores, and they had it! Along with sprouted smelt flour.

It's been one year that I stopped shopping at Sprouts on Academy because they charge for bags. I have spent $300 per week at Whole Foods instead. That comes out to a loss for Sprouts in the amount of $14,400.

Love this store for the butcher and fresh fish, and the jewel like fruits and veggies. Like an old Masters painting. Also their bulk dry goods: nuts, candies, granola, flour, etc. And the cool funky stuff no other store has🤠
