Decent location, and I shop here regularly. Recently installed lots of self-check outs, which I'm not really a fan of since that means there are only one or two human cashiers. I usually have some problem at the self check out, so what is the point? Is it really my job to be a cashier AND pay the constantly increasing prices?There are only two mobility carts at this location, and they are usually available, but they are so old and beat up that they barely work. The displays in the store usually make the aisles narrow and difficult to navigate. I inevitably knock over or bang into something. It's annoying and painful, but profits are far more important, no?UPDATE: So, the store responded to this review about the lack of accessibility in the store. It seemed like they would make improvements, but I'm here today, and it's worse than ever! I banged into several displays with the mobility cart, trying to get around them, and completely demolished a display of nuts trying to move it so I could get by. Oh well! You don't make sure your store is accessible then guess what? I no longer care how many messes you get to clean up. I might start knocking them over on purpose! But I wouldn't really need to.

Absolutely the worst sacker.Do you not teach your staff how to sack groceries? So they do not bruse the produce! It's expensive enough without your people making it worse

The man doing Instacart at 9:30 AM on Tuesday April 9 was super rude and not a Usual sprouts employee.He was in a checkout line and there was groceries on the belt, and I asked him are you closed? He looked up at me like I was bothering him, And just stare at me, And refused to answer.I’m just not used to this lack of customer service from sprouts employees, but oh well, I guess Instacart takes all of your mind capacity and he was unable to communicate with customers in the store.Also, looking for the tropical fruit granola mix, We couldn’t find a bin marked anywhere and also looking for the yogurt covered nuts. Those are also absent from the bins. Hopefully the same guy is not in charge of the ordering.

They need way more cashiers. Spend more time waiting in line than shopping by far.Three people stand around at the u-scan while one cashier is slammed with a huge line.They may not think waiting for 10 minutes is that big of a deal but it's super annoying when you are watching a group of employees chit chat and cut up. Like one of you could come hop on a register and help.Edit: once again there is one cashier working at 6 pm with a huge line

I have gone here for years, and thru good times and hard times, they always have good deals. Great Customer service, and even if there is an issue they are resourceful and helpful. The Citrus Salmon, is a personal obsession for me

Prices are getting too high. Don't feel like it is worth shopping there any longer. I will be going to Trader JOES & Whole Foods from now on. Used to love it when it was Sunflower Market.

I don't write a review just because. I only do it to suggest a place others might want to know about ... or to warn them about something.Sprouts is a specialty market known for their produce and unique healthy options, albeit an expensive one.I needed some items, produce, pastes, and cheeses I couldn't find anywhere else so I braved both needing a second mortgage and getting clerks annoyed at my lengthy list I would need help with.3 people helped me with courtesy, patience, and smiles. They didn't have everything on my list; 2 were out of stock, 2 not carried. Among the 3 who helped, none rushed me even though I had help finding things for most of my hour long trip.I'm upset I didn't remember names. 1st fellow was in cheeses, 2nd was a girl in produce, and then Paul.Biggest disappointment: they no longer carry DARK chocolate covered pretzels. Bummer 😞.

If I could give zero I would. Thanksgiving I had ordered two dinners. They did not have them. It was at noon. Scrambled for food. Manager would not come talk to me. Emailed the customer service email, no response. Facebook messaged, December 12th, said they sent a gift card. Today they said the same thing. Will NOT shop here.

today I went to sprouts to return an item I bought with my CC. I did not have my receipt so I called prior to ask them if they could look it up with my credit card and if I could return the item. They said yes when I went in I waited in line when I got to the first cashier she told me she did not know how to do a return without a receipt so she asked for a manager. The manger Devon asked me to get back in line and wait for the other cashier I got mad said no I am not getting back in line then the manager Devon said she would do it but didn't know how so asked employee Vilere to help and she put it on a gift card I said I want it back on my CC and they said they couldn't do that I asked for the main manager Julien who is worthless and allows his employees to be rude and disrespectful to customers then refuses service to customers if you complain about the employees. worst customer service ever don't go to the store on lomas and San Mateo go to the one on academy

It’s a smaller Sprouts, but still with a great selection. Lots and delicious and health snacks that you won’t find at other simpler grocery stores. A wee bit pricier though.

I really like shopping at this sprouts since I moved here. but I do get watched closely in the vitamins isle, as a black person. it's annoying. very Walgreens of them

I so love ❤️ the atmosphere here. People remember who you are especially when going there more frequently and they are so helpful and address you with respect.

Not my favorite. Some yoga mom cut in front of me, cuz obvi I'm invisible at 5'9. When a register was available, I went for it, and the worker shouted that the other lady was first. Paying extra attention to me, but missed the fact that she cut initially. Not that serious, but it's always something "micro" here, if you catch my drift.

I love to go here and get a freshly made sandwich. Better than any sandwich place in the area and much better priced. They also have good produce and meats but can be higher in price than other places.

$35.00 for a "Harvest Bouquet" of cut flowers? Shame on Sprouts for taking advantage of the holiday!! EVERYTHING in this store is overpriced. Sprouts used to be a good place to shop.

Felt a *little* snacky so we ran to Sprouts. I found local labne which I've been looking for since last December. Awesome selection of apples, these delicious boysenberry crisp cookies, and these addictive Mexican street corn tortilla chips. My mouth is so happy right now. 🤣😂

This is a nice store but they really need to hire and schedule more cashiers. So often I come in for a few things and spend way more time in line than shopping.If they do, I’ll change my review!Update Jan 2022. They seem to be doing better overall. Still some days I have to wait in a line more than 8 people but it is getting to be a rare occurrence. Upping stars in my review.

I stopped in here to get some watermelon some berries and peaches. We like to get our fruit and produce from here since they are usually fresh.We got a container of clam chowder that was very good.I also picked up a loaf of garlic bread which was tasty.

Sprouts is always awesome! The service is always great and they have many options for meals and snacks! The only thing that makes me a little sad is that they got rid of some of my favorite products, such as the Sprouts brand of aloe vera juice, but this store is still awesome and we will continue to keep shopping there. :)

Most of the vegetables were out of stock the few they had were miserable and wilted looking then to top it off had a horrible experience with the cashier who had a just a piss poor attitude wouldn't talk or say hi or anything wouldn't even give me a bag for my items such an awful short older lady with glasses like I get having a long day but at least keep up the facade of customer service till you get home and be fake friendly to the customers
