After coming here many times I do have to sadly report there must be some management and staff issues here. A lot of the times the staff looks miserable. And on my last visit a staff member was berating another one for not doing something properly, which is not cool to do infront of customers but also wouldn't be great behind the scenes and it's likely why everyone looks miserable.So if anyone from corporate etc reads this: as a customer I am getting clear vibes moral is low and that staff are being treated poorly, you need to do better and some change is likely needed from the top down!

Great store with good products. Good produce, but they sometimes are out of items because they are small. Staff is great, and will check for items in back if you ask.

Love this store! ♥️♥️ Great selection of healthy food & employees are always so helpful!!! Clean facility with minimal wait times! Lots of close parking too♥️Sheriff’s office is a couple doors down, so the shopping at this store feels very safe , considering how Albuquerque has been going crazy lately.

Over all it was ok, however the produce section needs attention, I wanted grapefruits, however, all the grapefruit out were old, some bags mold, and others were starting of mold. One of the employees tried helping me by getting "fresh" from the back, however, they were the same, old...I noticed the oranges and strawberries were also getting old. When I think of Sprouts I think of this as a premier grocery store, this was very disappointing.In addition once we opened the bag of potatoes these were old and rotting as well...

The wrap I ordered has cream cheese on it. The lady pulled out a MOLDY container and proceeded to use it on my wrap! Didn’t even hesitate at all! I even have a picture! The store manager said she would look into it right away and took my wrap. She was gone less than 60 seconds. She did NOTHING about the moldy food! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! I am also calling the health department and providing them with the photos! This place is very nasty!

I love sprouts bins and produce! This is a nice and clean store. If I have the kids with me, I have to watch them carefully. That part of town isn't very safe.

Workers are rude. Food isn't that great. For instance the artichokes are tiny and going bad. And not to mention they charge for a bag lol . I shop at Smith's. No thanks sprouts

I went in to get a quick, healthy, pre-made lunch . I quickly walked out. It was 22$. I can buy a family salad at dions for 13$ and still have plenty leftover.The markups seem overly inflated at this grocer . I just hope that with the "inflation prices," their employees' wages have inflated as well.

Have tried multiple times to have a friendly chat with the male cashier who's also a minority like myself and was ignored and shunned both times. Such a shame. Guy won't even smile. Central and Tramway location

I went in to get some Redbob Mills cornmill..They do not carry it but they do have other red bob mills products. I also wantedBlue popcorn but they don't carry it only blue harmony.

I go here when I'm in a good mood and want to hate my life a little more. But seriously, I always leave this store feeling depressed, annoyed, or straight up angry. For a while, I thought I had a problem, but I realized after going here every month or so for over a year, that it's you Sprouts! You are the problem! Stop gaslighting me! But seriously, there's some weird miasma hanging over this store -- the staff are incredible rude (they hate you more if you try to talk to them), it's usually empty, and the prices are a little crazy for the quality of most items. It's just sad. Sorry Sprouts on Central and Tramway, I'm done with you.

A little expensive. I bought a head of iceberg lettuce. The next day I went to cut into it and it was brown inside. I have taken a picture with the UPC on the package and I plan to return it.

Clean and calm early in the morning. The shelves were well stocked and the staff was very friendly. I buy a lot of specialty items due to dietary restrictions and they had everything I needed. I especially loved that the fresh produce really looked fresh and table ready.

Well parking great but be careful exiting your car lock doors and get to the store quick ! Once in the store it is clean and very well stocked and organized. Great customer service and everyone is very friendly. Very clean, checking out was quick ! So nice !! You will almost forget about the horrible area it's in and how fast you have to get to your car, load your groceries and drive away. BewareOf the countless homeless running around that area! Yes I will be going back!

Sprouts is Sprouts... it's a pretty decent store with a large bulk food section and lots of expensive organic food. It's nice to have the privilege of eating well, just remember there are many others that don't.

Great Shrimp shrimp!The cashier was a tad dismissive because we wouldn't pay for a bag and used our own.The rest of the staff was great and very helpful.Cart return spots next to the handicapped parking spots would be a great help too.The homeless and drugs are very apparent.

Super wonderful staff. Wish I could shout out one specific worker, he was very helpful today (4/5/23). Discussed chocolate bars with me & gave me some to try of his own stash. If I could name drop you, I would! Excellent service, very personable.

RUDE with ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, Head Cashier at the Four Hills location EricaRose is by far one of the worst Employees at the 4 Hills location. I witnessed her being rude and foul behaved to a customer while the customer let her know they did not receive the price as marked. She blatantly suggested she was right and that the customer was wrong for the price error. She walked to the item and noticed it was what the customer stated it was, she did not apologize and was huffy about giving a refund. Hopefully, more people complain about this person and suggest she moves on to something less customer service oriented in her life.

For the most part, I’ve had good experiences at this sprouts. It wasn’t convenient for me one time to bring in a receipt to get the five dollar coupon but they took care of me. The area isn’t the best but that’s not their fault.
