This Sonic is always slow, and service sucks. Today was in line over 30m in drive thru, and when getting to window waited over 10m to be acknowledged. Did swipe card at window as usual, eventually they came to say the amount on screen was wrong and the machine is messed up, that it charged someone else 3 times. They charged me again and gave me my order after scolding me that I shouldn't have swiped my card. My food was cold, but it was made right.

We had a major power outage and I was forced to get out for some fast food. Ordered through the app and was trying to get the Buy 1 get 1 Free on the Cheese Burger. Ended up paying for both burgers and getting a free Potato Tots.The burgers "could" have been good except for the fact that they were cold. Too much sauce (whatever that was)!

I usually stop here after work but there happened to be some serious work drama. From the small snippets I overheard while waiting for my food a worker quit as she wasn't feeling too good and management wouldn't let her go home. As a manager in food service myself I see it as a red flag overall. I fully understand being shorthanded and believe me those kind of days suck, but if a coworker isn't feeling good and is forced to work this should be looked into as I'm sure no one wants to eat food made by someone sick and potentially get customers and even other staff sick.

This location is hit or miss, but lately mostly miss. If you ask for light ice, you will get a cup filled to the top with ice instead.And more than half the time lately, the ice cream is grainy and full of gooey yellow chunks and is too gross to finish.If you're unlucky, the guy handing you the cone at the window will be the one who always has really dirty fingernails (though there is another younger, slim guy who's always friendly and hardworking when he's there - the only credit to the place). I've finally just given up on this location, which is unfortunate as it was the only decent Sonic in town for the last couple of years.

They forgot my lemonade so I drove back and hopped in line. Finally got my lemonade. Brought the drinks back to my house. I requested for light ice on all of the drinks. All of the drinks were completely full of ice. So disappointing! It’s not even worth the price if the ice uses up all the volume of the lemonade. It’s petty and not cool.

I placed an online order for myself and my roommates and came to pick up. Turns out all of the stalls are closed so they made me get in the long line. I didn’t want to wait because I really just need to get home and study but I can’t even get a refund apparently, and Im not wasting $30. So I waited 45 minutes in line for cold soggy food. And I had 2 items missing. Seriously?

I compared what I got from this Sonic to a picture on the website and this is clearly false advertising....I came here for a Sonic blast because I was craving ice cream. I order a large chocolate chip cookie dough blast and got this...... When I called the cashier to ask why the cup didn't look like the picture. I was responded with. "filling the cup up is over portioning" I then just said ok and came to spread the word. $6 for what I got is a rip off don't waist your money here. Their are other places and other Sonic's that are friendlier and that arnt skimpy.

Got the 50 Cent corn dogs and the half-price Shake pretty good deal this place has really good food for the prices my opinion only thing they need to improve on as their French fries. The french fries are okay but they're not the greatest obviously McDonald's has the greatest french fries about they have really good shakes their hamburgers are pretty good too

FYI 20+ minutes for drinks with only 4 customers in the drive up stalls. I highly recommend the gas station across the street for your beverage involved purchases.

Food was okay I normally don't like the burgers at Sonic. It actually was okay. I got a strawberry slush and it was some kind of syrup flavoring with the ice and then some strawberries thrown in the cup. My hubby got a "new" strawberry tea and it looked like regular tea with like 5 or 6 strawberry pieces in the bottom of the cup. Not very good. The tater tots where hard and not very good tasting.

Pulled up around 9:25 and ordered a Medium Popcorn Chicken WITH RANCH. I did NOT RECEIVE said ranch, on top of that, the order taker Jesus (says on the receipt) kept interrupting me as soon as I said one food item, then one drink, then another food item, then another drink. He kept saying "is there anything else" or "is that gonna be all" right as was starting to say another item for my order, it was rude and irritating. Overall, they made sure to give me my side of Buffalo sauce, but not the side of ranch.

Ordered on the app but when I tried to check in the app wanted me to pay again. There was no option to check in without paying for the order again so I pressed the button on the drive up. The individual on the mic came on long enough to tell me to go through the drive through and immediately turned it off. Didn’t even get the chance to tell them I’m trying to check in; the mic was already turned off and ignored.Okay, that’s fine. I spend an hour in the drive through. No, I’m not exaggerating like people are prone to do when they are angered. Spending an hour wouldn’t have been so bad if I wasn’t treated rudely upon driving up to the window to grab my two ice creams with missing churros.Lovely customer service guys, real top notch

Typically pretty good but yesterday it took 2 attempts to get someone to finally answer and take my order without just disappearing using the stall button. When I placed my order they weren't particularly busy (only 3-4 other stalls being used and maybe 3 in the drive thru lane.Despite this it took them almost 20 minutes to bring out my food and the fries were cold and inedible. It took them several more minutes to bring out a fresh hot side of fries.

Fantastic!!! I'm so happy to see a restaurant still taking precautions with food service. I ordered through Uber eats and my food came secure. Drinks covered with a huge sticker that no one can get into your drink without breaking it.Fast service also. Great job Sonic.

We go to this sonic and it usually is 30 min.... so we did an app order to give plenty of time. Well we ended up sitting in a stall for almost one hour!! We call and the guy was rude and hung up... we call back and he picks up and hangs up. So we stood at the door asking for our food we paid for... after being ignored we finally get it. It isn't over... they forgot 3 items!It is unbelievable how rude they are!! If they don't like the job, find another because treating your clients like this is AWFUL!!! HAVE I ALSO MENTIONED THEY GAVE ME A SPOILED MILKSHAKE TOO??

So slow! I ordered from a stall. It took over 8 minutes after my 🍔 and drink were prepared to be delivered by Vanessa in her playboy mask on. The hamburger was cold but really good and they weren't that busy. They didn't seem to be understaffed. The drink I ordered was wrong. People are paid to do a job why do they not care to do that one job???? The cook seems to be the only one doing their job during this experience.
