Smiths is a tried and true place for my family shopping. I love the coupons that they mails every month. It's nice to have a coupon that's actually helpful. I love their fresh produce they're fresh meat section and they have very good fish too. I always like to stop at their drink cooler section because they always have interesting fun drinks to try. We usually use the self-checkout but today we did the regular line and it was still easy and fast. You get gas perks to which today we got $0.40 off each gallon. I feel like I'm winning shopping at Smiths. If you read this please click "like"... it helps my feelings. Thanks 😊

Smiths is my grocery store. However, the cashiers and baggers need additional training!! Today the bagger put cans in the cold insulated bag and cold items in a regular bag. Then the cashier added a large jar of peanut butter on top of everything! I had asked for $20 cash back and found it in a bag instead of handing it to me! Geez!

Dimitrio (tall guy w/ glasses) in meat & seafood is the worst! Unbelievably rude & acts like it’s an inconvenience to help. He literally refused to grab a piece of chicken I wanted because it wasn’t the closest piece to him. An employee told me they’ve heard complaints about him from other customers as well.Justin (bagger) is terrible too. Always looks miserable & never says hello. Was there 5/10/24 & he put my groceries inside a plastic bag & then put THAT bag in a reusable bag I brought. He throws everything in & will pile heavy items on top of tomatoes/produce that bruises easily.

I love my neighbor Smith’s. Everyone is so kind, friendly and helpful. Jimmy, Jodi, and everyone else who’s name I can’t recall are all so wonderful and pleasant. It doesn’t matter what time of day I go in, I always get smiles. Thank you all! I love this team!

I bit into a staple in a container of cubed cheese and the cashier literally laughed when we told him what happened and processed a refund as quickly as possible to get us out of there. The manager was distracted with another issue so we left, but it’s surprising there was no concern or acknowledgement about it. I’m also shocked they wouldn’t pull the cheese from the shelf.

The cashiers station went down and the receipt didn't print. They made me pay twice even though I showed then that tye funds came out on my phone. They said I had to take my time out and come back to speak to a manager. This was 3 weeks ago still not resolved.

I asked to purchase this outdoor gazebo 3 times. Each time I was given the runaround. I finally received a call from an associate who explained the store director had advised the gazebo was purchased by him for ā€œstore useā€Can someone explain why Smith’s puts price tags on products that are not for sale?

So misleading! You knew exactly what you were doing here. This whole bin has only 3 containers of blackberries. The rest are blueberries which you know look super similar and you placed it right inside the door, so people have to grab and go without noticing they spent 5x more than they thought. Shameful when people are already paying so much more these days for food. Thankfully, I noticed in time.

I literally just left the store. I used the self check out because I was in a hurry. An item didn't ring up correctly priced from the discount shelf. I keep the attendant button. No one came for three minutes. I looked around and there was an attendant behind me, ignoring me. I said, "ma'am (assuming she identified as a woman), this rang up incorrectly". She didn't speak a word to me only told her eyes. She put her key card in and I explained it was on the discount shelf without a red sticker. She used a huffy tone to tell me that I had to put my valued customer number in. I started to tell her that they usually had the sticker and was going to apologize. But she interrupted with "valid point" and repeated that phrase every time I tried to speak . I could not get her name tag name. She was in her early 40s. Long black hair, heavy build, dark eyes. Very disappointed in this experience.

Pickup services are pretty fast at bringing the purchased items out to the car but the quality and accuracy of the items need a lot of improvement or the store needs to find some new employees for certain sections of the store. Pretty sad when your produce is crushed or has mold on it right after purchase

This is really odd. I saw good reviews until I came here. I was unable to find raw peanuts so desperately started looking customer service folks for help. Went to the counter and there was a nice lady busy on her phone she didn’t care much and just said ā€œGo to Naturals sectionā€. I went there but could not find and started looking again but in vain.Called customer support and they sent one guy to assist me after 5 minutes on the call.I told this gentleman what I needed he brought a jar of processed peanuts and when I said ā€œThis is not I’m looking forā€. He rudely said ā€œwe don’t have itā€.If this is customer service at smiths then I am very happy shopping at Walmart and Sprouts.

I was discriminated against by the security & the manager here, I literally had to start taking video because it got to the point where they put their hands on me & took some of my groceries away?literally for no reason other than I looked suspicious, the security guard point blank asked me ā€œwhy I’m wearing a mask?ā€ Like what? I was at a register and the lady who was working the self checkout was extremely rude. She practically goes through your stuff at the self checkout. If you don't trust your costumers don't have self checkout!! I scanned every item and had to move bags from bottom to top and she questioned my scanning. I try not to use self checkout since its not my job but with the little cashiers its almost impossible. I will never shop at this smiths if Wonda is working. I will go elsewhere.

I did a pick up order here. Part of the order included half and half. I typically buy two because they stay good for weeks and sometimes up to two months. They gave me two half and half’s that expired 6.5 days after my grocery pick up. We went to open one 8 days after purchase and realized we had to throw both of them away. I’ve never checked the date even when I’m in the store because it stays good so long. I guess they’re trained to give you the garbage they’re about to take a loss on. That will be my last pick up at smiths. Food is too expensive for you to be trying to pass your losses off on the customers.

This location has a problem in their customer service department. Both times I’ve attempted to return a purchase I’ve been treated like some type of scammer. The first time I was told I had exceeded the ā€œten dayā€ return policy and was sworn at when I asked for that policy in writing, at which point I had to get a manager involved. This was an older gentleman with gray hair whom I’ve had multiple unpleasant interactions with (when he’s a cashier he just throws items on the belt and is extremely rude in general- my husband confirms this is also his experience with this person). The other day (after multiple questions intended to stop the return) I was told the item I was returning wasn’t from your store. Both times I had told them I had a receipt at the beginning of the transaction. After much trouble, both refunds were ultimately processed. Not sure why you guys are trying to alienate your customers in this way.

Nicole on the front end of the store is such a disgusting, rude, and horrible example of a manager. I can't believe this store still has her working there period, but especially as someone in a management position. I've seen her belittle the baggers who have special needs, and stand around gossiping with other associates when there have been huge lines and customers needing help at self checkout on multiple occasions. This store used to be a great place to shop with what I would consider high standards but up until the last 6 months it has gone downhill BAD. I have been coming here for over 10 years and this is the worst I've seen the front manager's behaving. I don't know why the last manager (I believe his name was Ricky or Ricardo) left but at least he seemed to have a professional attitude, appearance, and respect for his peers unlike the ones there now.

It's fine. It's a Smith's. They have decent produce, sky high prices that they try to cover up with their loyalty program, and expect you to do all the work of checking out.I stop in when I need something quickly and rarely outside of that.

Shopping today, just fine waiting in line at a register, the lady called me over to self checkout, I assumed she was going to cash me out because if I wanted to do someone else's job I would have gone over there and done it myself. She scans a couple things and just walks away. I don't shop there to do your jobs for you.

Was treated very poorly while trying to return some fish that I purchased earlier today that was clearly rancid. Breona is HORRIBLE and tried to have me removed from the store all because I forgot to grab my receipt, although I had the original packaging AND had entered my shopper's reward card information. I have shopped at this Smiths since it was built and have spent my hard earned money here instead of Walmart, however after today they will not have to worry about me returning.

Dirty store along with stocking racks everywhere. The stockers are rude when your trying to get something where they are stocking. The box girl was rude, woke and overloaded my bags. I'm thinking Albertsons is my next overpriced shopping trip.

Do not fill your prescriptions here. For a while I had no issues, but now the pharmacy technicians and even the pharmacist herself are extremely rude. They will not answer the phone (I was hung up on twice) and my provider couldn’t even get through to them. Take your money elsewhere.

Pure and simple, walk in easily find your items and use the self checkout. Thanks to the attendant I almost forgot to swipe my rewards card. Awesome store awesome people, clipped some coupons on the app. and boom got some items on discount as well. $29 turned into $22. Great store and staff. Clean fast friendly and easy.

Wonda, who usually works self checkout is HORRIBLE!! She is rude, she is cold, she gives attitude. She made not only me but my whole family feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I will tell everyone I know to avoid her and any register she is working!! WONDA IS A HORRIBLE, RUDE OLD LADY!!

I shop here several times a week, great for those in and out trips. We only buy our meat here, good quality for a good price. Great produce as well. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the number of "Good morning" greetings I get always makes me smile. Their Friday Freebies are great as well, a free product every Friday! I also like the convenience of downloading digital coupons that are tied to my member ID, no more coupon clipping! Great store!
