Took my car which is not your normal run of the mill vehicle and the guys at Ratchet took their time and did an excellent job wrapping my car. They also went above and beyond on some special graphics which took time and a lot of skill. They never cut corners and now I have a great looking car.

I took my 2018 Jaguar F-Type in to get wrapped and all of Ratchets team stopped what they were doing to help me choose the right color for my car spending a good hour with me making sure the color was a perfect fit. Decided to go ahead and wrap the car they squeezed me into their busy schedule and got it done in less then a week! And to top it off they even wrapped my model car in the same wrap! I will be bringing back my other cars because of there attention to detail and professionalism.

Had to take my zr2 like a year ago because of a hit and run they didn’t put my emblem right on my truck and the paint they put on the rhino skin my truck has had faded and dosnt look like it was done by a professional. I went to shop and told the manger about it and they said they would give me a call back never did. I will post pictures soon I’ll take them to civil court if I have too. .!

I took my car in to have a couple of items wrapped (door handles and spoiler) and have a ceramic coat performed on the entire exterior. I shopped at a few places prior to scheduling with Ratchet and I felt comfortable with their explanation/communication. They showed me current cars they were working on and the garage was clean, everyone was friendly and I just felt more comfortable there than I did at other shops. They took the car for the length of time we agreed on, charged me what we agreed on, and I think the results are amazing. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn’t change anything, and they’d still get my business.

Wow…. I got my hood, roof, and back hatch of my 2011 Honda CRZ EX wrapped 1 year ago. I recently noticed rain getting into my car. I took the car to the dealer to diagnose the issue. Turns out my back tail light and spoiler were broken when Ratchet Industries worked on my car. No one even had the guts to tell me they broke it during the job. Now I have to pay $1500-$2000 down the drain to fix the issue. Smells and sounds like RATCHET work to me. - Brandon De Flon

It's a terrible place; don't take your vehicle here for work. I went here to get a quote for a minor dent repair on my truck hood on a Friday. I claimed with my insurance but discovered I could only get a rental vehicle on Tuesday the following week due to a shortage, so no problem. I work Monday-Thursday, so I scheduled my 2-3 day dent repair for the following Friday with Rori when I dropped my truck off and got the rental car. Rori was charming and said I was on schedule in the books for a 2-3 day job I could pick up the following Friday. I should have just ordered a new hood with the trouble I got from this place! The place constantly lied about "paint shop work" for over a week. It took them over two weeks. Only use this place if you like a runaround!Service: Body & Trim

We took our 2012 Honda Pilot to get some advice on what do. These vehicles have clear coating that will fade on the hood, roof and any flat surfaces(around the windows) we discussed doing a vehicle wrap, complete paint job, or matching the current paint on the sides of the vehicles that still look good. We decided to go with matching the current paint. I was a little hesitant. They did an amazing job, I only wish I would have taken photos. Great job, for a great price. Took my car in to Ratchet planning to get a quote for realigning my front fender after a coyote t-boned my car. Rori came out and was able to adjust the fender so it would no longer scrape against the seem of my driver door. He did this in just a few minutes, and didn't even charge me. A dented rear bumper--not my fault!--was fixed in 15 minutes while I waited at a very reasonable cost, using heat and a little pressure from the inside. The result: no visible damage, and the paint was intact. I was delighted at Rory's work. He then showed me one of the other talents of the shop: body wraps. One truck in the shop was being transformed from bright red to a glowing lime green, with no trace of the original color at all on the outside! It's clear they do great work, and Rory and his crew are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!Service: Body & Trim

The most amazing experience with amazing people! I came in after I had backed into a truck and they helped me as soon as I came in and I only waited about 30 minutes for them to fix it! I don’t have a before and after but the work they did in such a small amount of time was flawless. I have never been to a shop that actually wanted to help me and not just charge me insane because it I am a female and it was the same day. Ladies, if you need help fast, come to Ratchet! Life saver! Let me just say that first. I was in a bind and grateful this place had time to check out the damage to my vehicle. After a couple of hours of calling so many places that were not official business, trying to meet me on the side of the road, I eventually found my way to Ratchet Industries. It was Saturday and it was getting pretty late. The business hours showed they were closing in an hour and they still told me to come by, and they would take a look at my car. When I showed up, they remembered me calling and headed right out to my car. They were knowledgeable and gave a fair estimate. They were cracking jokes and really put me at ease. I was so nervous about the condition my car was in. They looked out for me as a customer. So let’s talk about the finished product because WOW!Listen. I think they made this car look better than when it rolled off the lot brand new 🤣🤣. I’m not going to even talk about what I paid because you’ll never believe me. They did the work in like 30 minutes. Impressive doesn’t do my experience justice. That’s the least I could say. Impressive, entertaining, fast, reliable, affordable, I really could go on. The weight that was immediately lifted after I saw my car. Just give this place a shot. It’s worth it.
