We were a little leery of artificial turf until we met with Marcia at Purchase Green. She was friendly and professional and helped us choose the perfect turf. We were very pleased with the affordability and quality of the turf we chose (Natural Fusion 80) which looks and feels like real grass. Freddie and his crew did a superb job on the installation. Overall we were very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend Purchase Green for any artificial turf needs.

I had some turf installed late last year and figured it was time to get some cleaner, I was referred back to Purchase Green and gave them a ring and Derrick was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I do not live super close, so I was not able to come in until about a week later, in which I actually met Derrick, as helpful as ever. He walked me through the products they recommended without up selling me anything else. While I was there, he told me about other services they offer, and I was surprised to say the least. Moving forward, I will be using them for said services in the future and will certainly come back and make the trek for their supplies when I run out. Thank you again Derrick!

Marcia was very helpful and super friendly. Spoke to her on the phone then headed to the store to look at grass swatches. I then decided to invest in the artifical grass and she helped me find a great contractor. I just had it installed yesterday and contractor and team did great as well as Marcia at Purchase green for selling me the product. So far very happy with both company's and the product. I highly recommend her and purchase green.

Just installed. Great product. Many compliments from neighbors and passersby. Excellent customer service from their showroom. Marcia Westbrook answered all my questions from DYI to professional install. Her recommenced installer did an excellent job as well - J&D United Landscaping. Freddy and his crew installed the grass as scheduled and left the site cleaner than when they got there. Highly recommended.

I learned about Purchase Green at the Albuquerque Home Show. This was followed up with a visit to the showroom. My interactions with Jocelin and the sales team were extremely positive. I found them to be very courteous and professional. I was also impressed with the variety of artificial grass products that were available. My experience with the installation was also exceptional. Freddy and his team were efficient and attentive. They ensured that the grass was installed correctly and that the lawn lights continued to operate properly. I was referred to Purchase Green by Adam Martinez Landscaping, who insisted was the best artificial grass around and the only artificial grass he uses on his installs. I went into the showroom and was assisted by Derrick Patterson, who answered all my questions and advised on the perfect artificial grass for my pup. Derrick went above and beyond to ensure that the square footage I needed was available within an hour for pick up and my installation by Adam Martinez Landscaping was done the same afternoon. We are very satisfied with our turf!! Through Purchase Green, we used J&D United Landscaping and Turf, and they did a wonderful job! They completed the project quickly and made sure everything looked good, including making sure that they kept a plant in the area the turf was installed. The turf also looks like real grass!

From the first phone call with Jocelin to the pick up of our grass from Derrick, everything was a smooth, quick process. The hardest part was deciding which grass to choose. Initially Jocelin sent us home with 3 samples, after considering the area we were covering we decided we needed something less wide. Called again and Derrick said to come by and he could show us other options. We went in and decided which grass we wanted. We came back a few hours later with a truck, they loaded the grass plus infill, nails, etc. and we were on our way. Everything was in stock and we saved a lot of money with a good quality product. Not only do we love it but so does our dog Fat-Fat.

We love Purchase Green - They installed a large yard in only one visit and it was beautiful. They have a great installation crew and their boss Jesus was top notch. We had a window that reflected the sun on to our newly installed turf and burned it in 2 days! We were disappointed that it happened, and called Purchase green and they said they would fix the problem, as soon as we got a remedy for our windows - while we were waiting for the window shades to be installed, Marcia called every week to check to see if they could come back to remedy the problem. As soon as our window screen was installed Marcia scheduled our turf to be taken care of. Marcia even called weeks later to make sure we were still satisfied with everything. They have great customer service and we are happy to recommend them to all our neighbors, friends and family.

I can't say enough good things about Purchase Green in Albuquerque NM, and it's staff. Everyone made my family and me feel welcomed and wanted. Now you might say that this sounds weird for a service industry provider, but in today's lazy poor customer service world, it was a breath of fresh air. I had been looking at getting artificial grass for a play area in our yard for our child. After visiting other shops in the city I was referred to Purchase Green by a friend. I'm so glad I took their advice. Their showroom was one the best organized and cleanest of all the shops I visited. Their staff was especially knowledgeable about the products they offer.
