Such a wonderful PetSmart! The employees are so warm and welcoming when you first walk in, and the grooming center really knows how to treat new dogs coming in. Super sweet people and a our boys grooming came out amazing (shoutout to Kristin for the wash). He smells so wonderful and his nails are perfect! We’re so grateful to everyone here for treating our boy and making him comfortable and clean right before his 3rd birthday. The store was also very clean, organized, and fully stocked! Definitely worth the trip to this location.

Do not take your dog here for grooming. They are unorganized, rude, overpriced, they charge for services that they don’t perform. I paid over 100 dollars to get my dog groomed. His cut was uneven, he looked terrible and they were supposed to grind his nails and they never did but they sure charged me 25 for that service. Then they lost his rabies info and staff called me at 7 am the day of his appointment to tell my it was expired when he is a puppy that hasn’t even had his vaccine for a full six months, they demanded I bring him in earlier because they overbooked themselves when I said I couldn’t because I needed to go to the vet to get his paperwork since their system was input with incorrect information she got upset and hung up on me. I called back to talk to someone. They gave me the inventory manager who has nothing to do with grooming who told me it’s not his fault I can’t find the paperwork for my dog. No. But it is your fault that you guys double booked and now are trying to cancel my appointment and trying yo blame me for your incompetence in inputting their information correctly. Then they said I could no longer use their salon because it wasn’t a good fit. Apparently, saying hey it’s rude to call at 7 am and lose your clients paperwork. They don’t want to take responsibility or even acknowledge they were in the wrong. Instead they just tell the client to go somewhere else. The store is disheveled and and they never have more then one person on a register. It’s obvious they lack customer service skills what so ever and then when you hold them to account they twist out of it and try to make it your problem instead. It’s gross. So unprofessional.

This grooming location did not disappoint! Our girls look amazing! Kira and Oz did fantastic and exceeded our expectations. They listened to what we requested and delivered. Highly recommend and will return!

Rude cashier. I was told I would not get sale prices if I didn't give my phone number. When I told him I did not want solicitation he said he could not control that. I won't be shopping there again if I cannot get the advertised sale prices without a phone number.

These guys are great. Every time I go in there they have everything I need. They have not been out of stock on any of my items I needed for my little furry baby at home. The prices are very fair. You can also order online curbside pickup and they even deliver. And the staffs are very knowledgeable and you can tell they love our pets

I LOVE Pet smart as much as the LOVE their clients and Your dog. Price is very reasonable. Tue is Senior discount. They always do a GREAT job. I ask for Brittany or Katie! They're AWESOME, but I'm sure all of the groomers are. Brittany and Katie just know my Rascal. They're Good! Promise!

OK so I am a big fan of petsmart and here are some pros and cons from our last visit..Pros- (as a dog and pet owner)*huge selection of items, especially for dogs*staff is very nice when we bring our pets*animals and enclosures look well maintainedCons-*not as many "speciality items" as other locations. (ie tubes, items for tanks, reptile items)*don't carry a large variety of live foods*always crazy busy.Also- never bought a pet from here, usually just items. However my son fell in love with a bearded dragon. I asked a lot of questions to see what I was getting into. I was told not too hard, they eat a couple meal worms a day, he was about 6- 7 months old. However, when I got him home I researched and realized there was a lot more to it, he was probably 7-8 weeks old and he needed different live food. Not a deal breaker bit I could've messed him up if I didn't bother to research. That belong said still helpful with all of the items we needed and he is a sweet little guy.

If I could give a 0 I would. The store manager Nicole refused to sell me fish because my “tank is too small”. First of all, I have an empty 5 gallon tank and I know 2 fish requiring a 3 gallon tank can go in there. They were rude. And I’ll never go back. Calling corporate next. I have been going to petsmart for 10 years or more and that was a store not worried about their customers. I also stood there for 10 minutes waiting for help and when I asked a staff memeber to kindly send help she said she was off the clock and couldn’t ask an employee to come help us. This store has poor manners and management

So I don’t think this is necessarily towards Pets-mart, but I adopted 2 kittens from them last week and just had to spend $162 on a vet bill for antibiotics and eye cream cause my kitten is sick. I have other cats in the house so I’m hoping they do not catch whatever my kitten has. $150 turned into $312
