BEWARE: The WORST Groomers and bad customer service in the Salon!DO NOT USE RACHEL TO GROOM! SHE WILL BUTCHER YOUR DOG!I had the worst grooming experience ever and will not be trusting anyone in the salon to groom my dog. Then, when I got my dog back, he still had goop in his eyes, and the dog was supposed to be washed. If you can’t cut the hair right how am I supposed to trust you to do the rest? It looks like nothing was done, but a botched haircut.I have a yorky who clearly had long hair and all I asked for was the bear face. They botched up the cut. Now my dog looks like a Chihuahua! 🔥😡🔥Then to add insult to injury, the lady who cut the dogs hair told me it’ll grow back and then you can get it cut the way you want then And then other employees chimed in on the conversation.I don’t even know if they train these guys but the looks of it they just give them some clippers.My dog looks terrible.However, the management for the store is awesome and I will be coming back for products.

Grace was wonderful. She was great with both of our dogs. And our dogs seem to like her which means the world to us. We love this location even though it is not the closest PetSmart to our home.

I’m disappointed with the manager’s at Petsmart. The way they talk to people is disrespectful and don’t seem to like dogs. It is unfortunate, because we have been loyal customers. Some groomers are okay, but most don’t do well with larger dogs. We will no longer recommend nor be customers at any Petsmart. We will be giving our business to people who are caring and respectful to our dog and people. Do better Petsmart.

Grooming is horrible here. It’s the second time I have brought my dog to this location and the groomers do not listen. I feel like they purposely didn’t put any effort in making my dog look like I had explained. Will take my $70 to a professional shop.

This PetSmart is so clean, including the animals, reptiles and fish tanks. Do I agree with them as a company to buy live animals (etc.), no but I do appreciate that they are doing their best to keep the store in tacked and care for the animals (etc.) as best as they can. One thing I really appreciated is how they chose to use repticarpet (of course not the best for a lot of reptiles) rather than sand. I will be going to this PetSmart for supplies now. I hope that they keep up the good work for a long time.

Great staff and huge selection of pet stuff. Got this super little stuffed dog for my puppy and she loves it. Excellent groomer named Brenda. Did this spiffy haircut.

This petsmart is a bit confusing with prices. There labeling is unclear and also most items are placed wrong or in wrong spot. However the customer service did adjust the pricing after I made it known . But you have to literally say it or you will be paying full price for a sale item

Uhhh its pretty obvious that the rosey red minnows are being discriminated against. The other fish are doing good but the rosey tank is jacked up! So many dead bodies 😭😭😭

I’ve taken my dog to the salon several times (almost every month over a year) for basic nail trims and grinding. He is 30lbs and 14 years old, with arthritis.This time, they didn’t have me sign a waiver and dragged him back while I was calling after them “he’s anxious, has a heart murmur and arthritis in his ankles and feet. PLEASE BE CAREFUL”. The lady exclaimed “I know! I’ve seen you before!”I was peaking at them the best I could and everything in my body wanted to walk back there and grab my dog. I saw the way they were rough with his feet and were doing nothing to calm him. Minutes later, they brought him out with the lady saying “we did the best we could. He was moving a lot”.I looked at his toes and he has several that don’t even look trimmed. They charged me full price, for a nail trim and grind when it doesn’t even look done all the way. My dog is not aggressive at all, anxious, yes- arthritis- yes. I can tell by the way he walks after getting his nails trimmed if they were gentle with him or not. They definitely were not. They seemed in a hurry. A lady recommended Jack Rascals to me. We’re going to try there next time.Ridiculous. I wish salons didn’t get a bad rep but unnecessary stuff like this happens and causes harm to the dogs.

Do not attend the dog training here!Learn from our mistakes!Kala the trainer was the worst! She was so mean to our puppy (she would call it names and she would attend all other dogs and not ours).The training also consisted of listening to her talk about things other than dog training for the majority of the time.Our puppy regressed coming here!We have since met and began working with another and very affordable dog trainer at k9CreationsNM and have seen amazing amazing results!

The store is great. This is a review of the grooming department.We brought our 4 month old puppy in for her first grooming. Groomer was curt when we dropped pup off and were speaking rudely to a dog that was being groomed. After picking up our pup, we noticed she had hemorrhaged her eye and a throaty cough. She might have fallen of a table while leashed and we weren’t told there was an accident. We won’t be going back for grooming BewareThey store managers were very understanding and apologetic. They refunded the service and paid for our veterinary bill.

Marina is our favorite groomer. Always go for a bath and cut. We are always pleased. Price is reasonable without all the extras.Before and after. He's 5month Bichon/poodle. 💕

The grooming salon is great. Ive never had any of my dogs professionally groomed because well ive never had a poodle before. The experience is great so far. Very sweet to my Chanel. I loved the head salon artist Hilda. Very gentle and knowledgeable about her job. Cant wait to see my Chanel. Ill post a pic when i get her back. She is from the shelter so her hair was pretty matted. Hilda salvaged the hair she could n buzzed the rest of her. Im glad. She has a fresh start now. She looks great !!!!! Deff coming back.!

Had to put 5 stars because my 1star reviews keep getting taken down. this is the most discriminating store I have ever been to. Unlike the workers at this store I actually work at my job so my clothes was a little dusty but the disrespect I got from these people was beyond anything I've ever experienced as soon as I walk in the worker literally stops what he is doing and cuts in front of me making me stop to ask me if I needed help I told him no and walked around him because he didn't move I got one bag of dog food and was looking for a certain treat my dogs like and while I'm looking two different working start doing something in sight and the the guy who cut starts making announcements on the inter com first one he said "security to the front register" next one he said "APD to the front register" by now I'm already in the front going to a register and now he starts talking loudly to lady worker " yes they are on the way" and she says "10 minutes" and he says "oh no sooner then that a couple at most" and then they both look at me for a reaction I just pushed my basket to the side and left they could have their little charade all they want but they are not gonna get my money

Periodically stop in to buy pet supplies because it is close to the house.- Staff is usually hard to find but normally friendly.- Fish are well stocked but there seems to be quite a few dead/dying fish in the tanks.- Prices are consistent with other pet stores.Today's visit was to purchase 5 Albino Corys to help deal with some hitchhiking snails that have been thriving in my 55-gallon aquarium. The sales lady tried to argue that Corys are not the right choice to eat snails, but I insisted that was the fish and quantity I wanted. This seemed to upset her as she made sure to write in large, clear letters on the bag "No Guarantee".I understand the need of a store to ask questions to ensure a customer is educated to help promote the health of the pets, reduce returns, and increase the overall satisfaction of the consumer. I do not however agree with a sales rep attempting to punish a customer for not being interested in recommendations.Edited to remove the sales person's name.

Kinda heart broken with you guys. I been taking my dog here to get groomed for years with the same person. I called to ask for the other profile to be removed because the dog passed. No compassion . Not a I’m sorry to hear that or an apology. Nothing. They said Basically I removed it but if that doesn’t work call corporate. End of call. I tip for all my grooms and when my groomer has cancelled my appointments because she has been sick I always say oh no problem I’m sorry. Hope you feel better soon. Then to get not even a I’m sorry or anything. Wow. Heartless and since I’m just a number. Time to find someone new.
