TERRIBLE!!!!😭 I was so in shocked with how my dog came out. I would NOT recommend abby to be your dogs groomer. Claimed my dog was difficult during the whole process but I’ve had him groomed before with no issues other than not wanting his nails trimmed (which is normal in most dogs). The first picture was the FIRST grooming with petsmart and the second is this time with abby. They didn’t let me see my dog until AFTER I paid and it makes total sense! Not only did she do a TERRIBLE job she didn’t wash him AT ALL. I was charged 55$!!! For a “trim and bath” but BATH WAS NOT RECEIVED!! I feel like I was completely RIPPED OFF. I could’ve done a better job for FREE. Unbelievable.

I feel like I've been in here every day lately since I started this fish tank! HahaI'm finally in the spot where my project seems to be complete! My son is happy! Therefore, I'm happy!The staff here have been supportive and helpful every step of the way!Extra shout out to the people in the FISH SECTION for being SUPER HELPFUL and PATIENT!Jeff does a great job leading the pack.

Nice and clean store. Well stocked. Cashier told me goodbye when I left even though I didn't buy anything. Clean women's restroom, but you have to have a code to get in.I boarded my dog here in the Pet Hotel for a couple of hours. Both workers I dealt with here were super nice and helpful. The parts of the boarding facility I could see from the windows looked clean. The place didn't smell bad or over saturated with cleaners either.The woman I talked to on the phone to set up boarding appointment was super nice too. She was at a reservation center in Louisiana, but she was helpful and seemed knowledgeable.I was happy that my elderly dog who does not like to be chased had a room of her own while I was away.

This is so crazy... you pay for a service you communicate what you would like for a haircut for your pet.... come back 3 hours later and they have nothing but excuses on why they didn't do something... this was my dog's 3rd haircut.... I'm sure he was not the savage they are saying he was. Then I go to a manager and she clearly is not happy with her job... then I call her out asking why she has an attitude... customer complaints are apart of the job description of a manager. Customer skills people customer skills.. learn them. If not work from home on the phone so we can't see your attitude all over you face.

I go to this Petsmart frequently. I have several animals and am always in need of something. The employees at this location are much more friendly than at other stores. This time I found some cool new things for my Beardie. He's getting a habitat upgrade very soon and he's gonna love some of the cool new things I found.

Love shopping 🛒 here for my puppy. I get her so many treats and toys. She is spoiled because of this specific location. Staff is always friendly, and helpful when you need them and they don't hover around you when you don't need them. Great place and people!

Did you know that fish need light to survive?Did you also know that fish need the lights from the hoods of fish tanks to survive? Wow! Apparently sunlight is not a sufficient source of light for fish survival. Apparently you "need a hood with lights." You can't buy .27 cent goldfish here without being told you need to buy the entire aquarium kit. Buying what you can afford in pieces is against the chunky checkout girl policy. And "she's been studying it for 3 years."I hate this topic, because I honestly feel it's overused in today's society. But, as a minority, everyday you go out, you are aware that you are one. It hurts when you and your daughters feel like you were just made aware that you are one. Not everything should be viewed through a racial lens. So, I'm going to say I was reminded of my differences today.

The only reason I'm not rating this store higher is because they only had one checker on a busy Sunday afternoon. Due to two returns ahead of me, it took quite a while to purchase my one bag of dog treats. I came close to walking out but didn't want to disappoint my dog.

I went in to get 2 parakeets for my sons birthday...The gentleman getting the parakeets I wanted was very nice and gentle.. I was having a good experience until I reached the register to pay..the girl asked for my phone number but I have the app and I just showed my card for her to scan...she looked at it and said to me "what's your number " .. I told her can't she just scan my card..and she said no I don't think so and rolled her eyes... when she grabbed the scanner she said oh guess so...I have 10 dollars in rewards I was going to use but she didn't even ask me if I wanted to use them ..and I forgot... She just handed me my receipt said thank you and moved on to the next person...I said to her which one of these boxes are my birds?...she said well I guess both of them because nobody else got birds but you.....how rude!..I won't be spending my money there again...if you hate your job just find another one!

Excellent staff and very friendly. I took my dog there to doggie day camp for half day and he absolutely loved it. When I called to check on him the staff were friendly and informative about how he was doing. From the moment I dropped him off to picking him up I was welcomed with a friendly smiling face. On our way home he was exhausted from his fun filled day. The staff kept me informed and let me know how his day went. I will definitely be taking this little guy back.

Just left the store after searching for a cat surgical collar. Only employee I could find was the cashier who had seven people in line. I finally tracked down a manager in the pet hotel. She grudgingly led me to the items. When I asked about inexpensive plastic ones, she rudely stated. "that's what these are". I left without buying anything. Never again. Petco, here I come.

It was horrible. My dog was barking like crazy and my anxiety was at a 15!! The appointment that I had confirmed an hour before I got there, and a 2nd call to verify the location near Top Golf, but on opposite side of street.; was no where in the system., so they had no info on my 7 year old female Staffie/American pit bull mix. Blü is a very social animal, but she is physically intimidating to other pet owners which transfers to their pets.I'm so glad the floors are slippery, because that's literally the only way I could have maintained control over my dog.The lady behind the counter was as empathetic as could be expected under the conditions. She proceeded to book me a new appointment because the 3 pm.slot was open still,hmm. To make a long story shorter, she booked me an appointment for the end of the week and suggested giving Blū trazadone 24hrs before my appointment to calm her down.24 hours before Blū's appointment, and after 200mg of trazadone the night before, she woke refreshed and exuberant. Super playful, literally leaping and bounding around the living room like Tigger lol.I'm going to try a product a friend suggested off Amazon and then see if I can get her in for a regular check up.

HORRIBLE experience. David, a groomer at petsmart, completely shaved my Siberian husky bald. He did not call me prior to this, and this is not what we discussed at check-in. While my dog is usually there for 4-5 hours getting the proper care she needs for her coat, David took only two hours to shave her bald. Additionally, he refused to come and talk to us at checkout and stayed hiding in the back.

Dog was dropped off perfectly healthy for 6 night stay at Petshotel. Picked him up yesterday and he's sick with what seems to be Kennel Cough. Location admitted to confirmed cases but unwilling to do anything. If you want assurance that your pet will return healthy don't take your pet here.

Entered the building at 7:50am on June 9th, 2023. Asked the young girl at the 1st register for the code to the women’s bathroom. My 3 year old and 5 year old were begging to use the bathroom. The young woman stated she couldn’t give us the code but would send someone toOpen the door for us. I told her we would be waiting by the bathrooms. We waited 15-20 minutes and no one showed up. My daughters and I went back to the front and notified the young woman that no one opened the women’s bathroom for my daughters to use. She said she would have someone open the door for my daughters to use the bathroom. At that point my 5 year old was crying to use the bathroom. We started to shop but continued to stay close to the bathroom doors to see if an associate would come to open the bathroom doors. Still no one came to open the bathroom doors. We finished shopping and went to the 1st register. I notified the young woman again no one opened the bathroom door my daughters to use. She said sorry we are short staffed. At that point I had to have my daughter use the restroom in the parking lot. I ended up spending $255.26 and wasn’t good enough for my babies to use their precious restrooms. Received both managers names to call tomorrow morning.

They were quick to give unsolicited advice for Beta fish. Even saying they wouldn't sell them if certain things were not owned. I have had Betas before and KNOW what they need.

My fur baby (great dane) stayed at the Pet Hotel at the merchantile location.. Checking in was great. Had zero issues. Staff was super nice. Dropped her off on a Sunday, picked her up Friday evening. Brought her home. She seemed a bit off. First time boarding, l thought she was having some separation anxiety and stress. She was very thirsty, filled up her water bowl like 4 times. She was also very hungry. She ate all her food as well. Noticed she looked skinnier than usual. I asked employees how she did. They mentioned she did great. Ate all her food. No issuthey gave me back some pre packaged food I took. Like 2days worth (which they shouldn’t have had any extra) that was strange. Well next day she’s not wanting to eat. Thought it was because she ate and drank so much late the night before. Well she then starts with a cough the following day! At this is point she looks extremely malnourished you can see her ribs, spine, hip bones, and neck, all protruding through her skin.Called my vet and they tell me she came home with kennel cough. She has really bad cough. Luckily she’s still eating and drinking enough to where she isn’t dehydrated or needs to be hospitalized. Prescribed antibiotics and now waiting to see how she does. I will never take my dog there again! Staff are nice but I believe they mistreated my dog. She came back extremely malnourished! And sick!!! My dog is super sweet, she didn’t deserve this treatment! This picture actually makes her look better than what she does in person. Very heart broken with our first experience with dog boarding and this happens. And on top of that, they don’t care! They say it’s in their policy that they aren’t reliable for any diseases they may get. Don’t take your fur babies there! The only reason they’d get the one star is because they had good customer service.

This is a big store with a lot of selection. The shelves and aisles are neatly organized and clean. They do seem understaffed with only one cashier, but they move fast. 5/5 for the store alone.For the pets hotel the front desk staff seemed nice, but there was a girl in the glass play room with bright colored bangs and dark hair yelling at the dogs too loud for "ignoring her". The dogs are already in an overcrowded and high stress environment, which makes it difficult for even well trained dogs to listen perfectly. This seemed like a little much. Camp Bow Wow has similar pricing and may be a better choice for daycare / overnight. They have more play spaces and cameras for parents to access.

We go out of our way to come to this location, get greeted every time we enter with welcome to pets mart, the guy at the register would be an asset to any business on nights, he is always so friendly and knowledgeable, from his greeting, to answering any questions, to asking about your day, and your shopping experience, he has helped us so many times find things, and he knows exactly where everything is.

I go here to take my dog Holly Banfield hospital inside PetSmart is pretty awesome. The coworkers that work here are very polite and they love animals from birds to fishes to dogs and cats maybe reptiles also.

We were passing through town and needed some dog food because we forgot to bring some from home. I dont know if they're understaffed but we waited a really long time in line so minus one star for that. What i did find really neat was their doggy day care and doggy hotel. We don't have anything like that back home. The place was pretty clean as well.
