I recently took our dog for grooming and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Not only did they do an excellent job grooming my dog, but they were also friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. The groomer for my doggies is Alejandra, they absolutely love her!! Every time they get in the car to go they are so happy waggling their tails because they know its time to visit her. She is so kind with them and does exactly what i want. I trust and recommend Alejandra for all doggies. She is such a sweetheart and caring person, we love her!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I Took my daughter’s dog to get groomed here and Alejandra did a phenomenal job! My daughter was very happy with her dog’s new look. We’re definitely going back.

Ale did an amazing job on my 3 pitties. Everytime I take them in the are literally jumping out the car running and excited to go see Ale. She goes above and beyond to make sure my babies are taken car of and treats them so amazing! Highly recommend Ale! She will forever be my first/only choice! Thank you for being so amazing Ale!!!!!

I take my dog grooming here. My dog can be hard work sometimes but the employees always make both him and I feel so welcome and secure. Cypress has been my bather and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Best pet smart experience I’ve ever had!

I take my poodle mix exclusively with Alejandra only because she is super gentle and understanding. My dog isn’t really easy to handle when it comes to grooming and she always manages to get it done without my dog being afraid and that’s just more than enough for me !

Im not usually the type to post a review but I noticed all of these reviews on here and I want to share my experience. I recently came in to get my dogs groomed, I brought them both at the same time but they had separate groomers. One of them looked great, the lady was super nice during check out, I was super happy with the haircut and the conversation we had afterwards. My other dog, though, had stray hairs everywhere on her, she seemed stressed for a few days after, and her face was very lopsided. When I brought them in, the lady who checked them in (who I learned was the groomer who did the messy haircut) was just really rude. She seemed unhappy to be there and rushed me out the door after taking my dog. I have seen other reviews on here saying Alejandra (ale?) was really nice and did a good job, but that was just not my experience with her. 4 stars for the nice lady and the great haircut, maybe the other lady was just having a bad day, but I feel that she was just unprofessional and rude, so I figured I would share.

The prices are high but they have a few things you can't get anywhere else.I do enjoy going for the fishes and they do have a good range of tank fish, an added bonus is when they give out free fish fry sometimes. If you know how to care for them it's pretty cool seeing them grow. The workers are welcoming!!!

They cancelled my online order without any reason. Then claim they never got the order when I called to ask. They even claim they’re not affiliated with PetSmart. The employee just sounded like he hated his existence and his job. I get it but then why work there? The customer support line wasn’t any better.

This was my dogs first time being groomed, and I was so worried about how he we do. But I was very pleasantly surprised after picking him up, he looked adorable and the groomer had great things to say. Although he was very nervous, the groomer was so patient and kind with Winston and gave a great feedback when we picked him up! Thank you to Cass for being so kind and gentle, and giving Winston the cutest haircut!

I picked up my best friend’s cat as she was stranded out of town and her Kiki was outdoors. I was able to catch him but needed to get his special dry food and cat litter as well as some wet food. PetSmart was the only place I could think of that would have it all.I wasn’t sure which scent of litter to get so the cashier pulled up my prior receipt and verified I had selected the correct one. Next stop was my place with a very happy cat with all the comforts of his own place. PetSmart made my day so much easier.

That’s awful! I’m dissatisfied with the groomer’s work very much! We had an appointment 10/05/23 at 12:30 pm, we came sharp that time but the groomer was absent. I was told that I can get my dog back in 2-3 hours but when we came to the waiting room in 3 hours our dog had still been sitting in a cage!! He was wet and scared!! But the dogs which had been taken after us till that time they were already almost ready to be given back to their owners but my dog was still sitting in a cage! And after all this groomer didn’t tell me anything, she didn’t answer any my question! I was following while she was cutting my dog but most of the time she just was talking to another worker ignoring my dog!! OMG I was given my dog back just in 5 hours! The worst that such kind of people work with animals, I think she really doesn’t care about her work and about her clients at all! She must not work with animals! I will never come back there because that’s abnormally!!

The employees are always super friendly and helpful at this location. Lorna in particular is such a light. Maybe not my favorite area regarding the traffic as well as the foot traffic, however we'll definitely keep coming back for our crazy dog's, ever limitless needs.

We’ve had our puppy Nachito groomed by Meranda twice. She always does such a great job with him! Nachito was nervous on his first go but she was able to keep him calm and steady.The last time he went to see her, was his first full haircut. Meranda is kind and patient. When we took him for that appointment he was excited to see Meranda. She gave an excellent report on his behavior.I was so happy with the outcome as I could see Nachito’s adorable little face. He was able to stay cool in hot weather. He received so many compliments on his handsome looks after his time with Meranda.I’ve recommended Meranda to all my family and friends as I plan on having her groom Nachito and any other dogs we may have. We will be seeing her again soon!Attached are before and after pictures.

The groomers here on August 31 and September 1 were AMAZING !. It’s hard trimming one of my dogs nails and instead of handing her back with “this is all I could do” the man there handed her back and said he couldn’t grind her nails very well if I could come back and have another employee give it a try. Most places won’t even care if you got your money’s worth and just hand them back without saying a word! I appreciate you guys ❤️. It took two when I came back to get her nails completely done and I’m grateful For the effort! Ms. Champ got her nails did too lol Lady and the Champ are very grateful ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
