Used to take my four dogs to the dog wash before it shut down and have their nails cut. Cody (think that was his name) was always patient and cut nails correctly. Took my dogs to the groomer and was concerned that their nails were being cut too short. I asked about the length and how it would cut their nail quicks. She told me that the nail quick was just a myth. She put styptic powder on all their nails and made one of my dogs yelp. No more. She was very rude.

Sherry is knowledgeable about how to groom dogs with an abundance of hair. My Great Pyrenees looks the best she ever has since going to Sherry and her team. We will not take our dogs anywhere else.

I love Pets2Groom. Sherry is a delight and always greets me on a first name basis on the phone or in person. She was not hestitant when I mentioned the breed of my family dog, Doberman. After each groom my dog sports his shinny coat, smells wonderful, and his nails are trimmed perfectly. I also appreciate the follow-up text message when my dog is ready for pick up, which is usually within 45minutes, Perfect for a busy persons schedule. Sherry also invested in a machine that will hoist-up heavier dogs. Im comfortable with this technique as heavy lifting can strain our human backs. Despite some negative reviews, My dog & I have been coming to Sherry for over a year, we never had a bad experience. we plan to remain a loyal customer!

They always do a great job grooming our dog. He used to hate going to the groomer but since we have been taking him to Pets2Groom he looks forward to going and is very calm and happy to be there! And he comes home looking great!

Sherry was our groomer for 10 years, untillour dogs passing. Our dogs became family to her. They were difficult to work with because of their nails. She was soothing, worked quickly, got it done with no drama. My dogs loved her, her care, tlc and yes and nail trimming. Her knowledge of breeds was broad, she was a great go to for help and information. She was a wonderful educator and always had great advice. She's amazing! The people were nice but the shop is small. The place was a bit a mess bit could be because she just finished a rush. Loves my doggies bath but the haircut was a bit uneven. Good customer service, so I'll give it another shot

..do not recommend.. took my small breed dog for a nail trim and owner deliberately cut ALL the nails extremely short to the point they bled. She admitted to this, made no apologies, and implied there was nothing that can be done when they are long. If that wasn’t bad enough my dog could not jump on the sofa for two days because her underbelly was also injured. Meds had to be given for the pain and trauma. Owner was rude and hung up on me after saying next time I need to request that not be done. DO NOT USE.

Owner Sherry is so rude. Constantly complains about your dog, customers waking in and calling. My dog left with blood shot eyes and she blamed it on the dog. This has never happened in 5 years of owning her. Worst groomer. Do NOT recommend!

I'm so glad I found Pets2Groom when they first opened. I have a very fearful dog and I used to dread getting her nails cut as it was always a traumatic experience. The groomers at this shop are very good with my dog and have taken the stress out of manicures for both me & my dog!

The owner of the business, Sherry, has been grooming my dogs for about 25 years. Right now I have a Sheltie and a Border Collie mix. I have had two German Shepherd mix dogs also- mostly rescues. She does a wonderful job with them- they like going to her and they always are sparkly clean when they are done. I trust her completely to handle my dogs.We live in the UNM area and I travel to Golf Course and Paseo del Norte every 6-8 weeks so they can be groomed by a person I know will take good care of them. My pets are family.

I have been taking my dog to Ann for nine years, since I've had my dog. The other ladies here are always very friendly and it seems to be busy here just about every time I have been here. I feel that's a testament to how good the service is here.

Idk who the owner is but on the reviews alot of ppl are hanging her. All i know is i been there 2x same person did my dogs nails and she did awesome ill be in there again this week so im expecting another awesome experience but again if not this review can be changed.... But i got faith😇🙏

We took our dog here for the first time and it was no joke the worst hair cut he's ever had. Uneven and she didn't​ do what we asked. Not worth the $50.Update to response: it wasn't under my name and it was definitely your salon.
