I can tell they care how my dogs feel. I've been looking for some groomers for the past few months and I'm so happy I finally found the perfect pair!

I went to the store to shop. I usually order online then pick up in store but my $15 coupon wouldn't work. I think it was because there was another coupon already in my cart that I couldn't remove. The manager Susan was really patient and took great care of me. I really appreciate the great customer service from her and the girl who rang us up.

I took a stray kitten and the ladies were very kind when they scanned the kitten for a microchip. The kitten was very smelly as it had gotten sick on the car ride. They were very understanding and helpful. They played a role in helping this kitten get to her forever home.

I had to purchase live food but was hesitant to buy from the store again after having purchased dubia roaches ($10) and super worms (also expensive) and after bringing them home noticing a bunch were dead. This time we went in 25 mins before close and checked the live food and noticed a bunch of them were dead on top. However, I was unable to get anyone to help me before close and had to purchase anyway. I bought wax worms and dubia roaches. When getting home and pouring the wax worms into container I smelled a horrible rancid smell and noticed only a handful were still alive.most of the ones that were alive were grey in color and died over the next two days. The dubia roaches werent in much better shape. If I'm going to continue to pay premium prices I expect premium products and services and I simply haven't been getting that here. As a reoccurring customer over years for fish, reptiles and dogs I will give this place one last chance. Otherwise, I will be taking my business online elsewhere.

They do have a very good variety, what I love is the aquarium section. They have tons of variety of aquarium plants in terra-cotta, which is amazing.Plus, the staff was always eager to help.

Don’t order from Instacart and try to take the item back. Ordered a dog harness and my dog could not handle it. Took it back with my Instacart delivery receipt. Would not refund my account UNLESS, I called Instacart to get their delivery receipt. Had to get a gift card per their policy. Had NO issues at pet-smart for the same issue. Lesson learned!!!! Will shop at petsmart.

The groomers are the best in town. Hands down. Destiny was so pleasant and accommodating for my 2 boys. They love her dearly! Be sure to ask for Amanda as well! She made my boy look so handsome!

Do not waste your money getting your dog trained at this location. We spent two sessions just feeding our dog snacks trying to get our dog to even go up to the trainer. He litteraly was never trained to do anything. The whole time the trainer just tried to give him snacks so she could pet him. We went to the second appointment and the trainer forgot about our training session and we stood at the front of the store for 20 minutes waiting to track down the trainerWe were not happy at all and very unprofessional. Instead of the general manager calling us back she communicated through another employee by text to relay to us. There was zero training and this is truly feeling like a scam and shame on the general manager for not calling us bacl. The general manager should be ashamed of the unprofessional disorganized chaos. This was truly the biggest waste of money I have ever seen. I filed a complaint.with corporate and my bank. Also the first time we went into this location a charity for homeless pets was in front asking for money. I was willing to donate to the charity cash. The male worker told me he can not accept a cash donation unless I want to donate to him personally??? He literally opened his pocket and wanted me to give.him the $20 so he could keep it. This is insane and this location is so unprofessional and disorganized. Everything about this place shouts scam

Went there for my little dog to get cleaned up. Amanda is great. My little dog hates to have his nails clipped and she is the only one that is able to get the job done. Amanda is so patient. Thanks Amanda!!!

I really enjoyed our training here at Petco with Abigail Black. She was interested in our story and what we needed to work on with our dog Kosha. Abigail was energetic and good with Kosha. Kosha loved going to training here and got over her fear of getting in the car due to the consistent trips to Petco and how much fun she had during training. We learned leash walking, commands such as sit, wait and heel. Thanks for a great experience!

Second time in the store and not only is the service absolutely horrible. The store is completely unorganized, disgusting and dirty. I will never step foot in this store again. The management sucks. The staff sucks, and as I walked through trying to find one small thing I saw three people stealing and not one person around to help. I had two employees walk past me that I asked for help and they both said hold on, and never came back Worse experience ever

Terrible.I've been here for the longest time, and not a single sales associate has acknowledged me, let alone offered help.On top of that, they have cats, who are clearly terrified. Shaking in their cage, hiding under their bedding for comfort. This isn't helping them get adopted, feel safe around humans, or other animals.I'm just sitting with them on the cold floor, hoping my none threatening behavior helps them feel calmer around humans.This place is seriously lacking care, for clientele, and for the animals.There are 2 cats in this picture, one is hiding better than the other.

I bought my two ferrets here. The customer service and caring nature of the employees is AMAZING!!! I looked everywhere for my pets and chose petco and am so happy I am. One of my ferrets wouldn’t eat and is only alive because of an employee there who took her home to syringe feed her. I love coming in to update them on the life she has (because of the petco employee). Amazing and knowledgeable. Pets I have gotten here, (ferrets and hamsters) have been in great health unlike when I bought animals from Clark’s pet store. A+++++++*

I bought 6 female guppies and when I got home, (1 hour away) I realized that 2 of them were not even guppies at all but red minnows. So I paid $7 for 2) 29c minnows. I went back and was told "How do we know you got them here?" Never going back!!!

A good bunch of people state they can’t find anyone to help them in the store. Well I’ll let you know why. I was able to be helped by a lovely lady who was the cashier today. She was willing to leave her post to quickly help me search for good cat food. Another lady needed her help too. As I was looking to see which flavor I would get my cat, my kiddos happened to see the large display of kitty litter just there for literally anyone or anything to get into. I have no idea why kitty litter would be available for anyone to touch in the first place, but of course any young child would consider it sand. Anyhow, another lady came up to my children and told them, “ this isn’t a playground!” Well when you have sand like substance available for anyone to touch in your store, you sure make it like a playground… maybe even more so a zoo!!! We left without purchasing anything because 1. You’re not the mother 2. Touching it isn’t going to end the world 3. You have your priorities completely backwards. Clearly that particular employee rather yell at tiny children who aren’t making a mess than help you, the paying customers. So there you go, if you can’t find anyone to help you, follow that tired mom with children in tow trying to shop in peace. You’ll find an employee that can maybe help you…well, after she’s done yelling at children first.

I cannot believe the prices!!! Wayyyy too high. No one tried to help us, even when we asked for help. Prices not posted, isles littered with unpacked boxes which was a tripping hazard. I will not be a patron of petco
