I don't live or work close by the store anymore. I stopped in as I was traveling. The store was in great shape & well stocked. I asked an employee for help & she was great 😃 The employee who checked me out was also very friendly & helpful.

I tried ordering 4 times online. 4 times the money was taken out of my account ( so I know that was not the problem) 4 times the order was cancelled by Petco. In trying to get my order I lost my free bag of dog food two times. I contacted CS 2 times. The 1st agent gave me a gift card for the loss of my bag of dog food in the first transaction. I to lost that because in the 2nd transaction it was used and then cancelled. The next agent told me to just call because he/she couldn’t help me. I would have done that if I had the ability to do so. My daughter got a bag of dog food for me. The rest of the items I was trying to order … I ordered from Amazon. Thanks

I came in for fish food. But was actually looking for some fish.I have never seen SO MUCH ICH in my life. I have a reef tank and freshwater tanks. The salt tanks were absolutely atrocious, riddled with ich and what looked like fungus eating away at all the fish’s fins.And the fresh tanks weren’t any better, ich and dead fish all around

Took my dog to be groomed and was pleasantly surprised by how professional and clear the team there was on their process. They had him ready when they stated they would and provided me with tips for grooming my GSD. My dog was clean and happy after his grooming. Much appreciated

I found what I needed on my last time to a Petco store very easily. My little female Shitzu was groomed on that day & she always feels shy after her hair is cut short. So I buy a shirt or in this case-a jacket to help her feel warmer & more comfortable.

I was at the cash register purchasing my dog's sweater when the cashier asked me if that would be all and I said yes ma'am she told me off in front of all the customers saying not to call her ma'am that she is non-binary and uses the pronouns he, him, and they. I was shocked I come from a generation where maam and sir are common courtesy and respect and I told her that and she threw the sweater across the counter I called corporate to complain about her her name is Rosina and was told i'd get a call back and I never did

They have a nice variety of potential pets to choose from. You can tell they are well cared for in the pet store! They staff is Friendly and Attentive, but also give you space to shop Peacefully!! We bought some cat toys and bugs for the turtles and they are both Happy with their stuff!! Great Selection to Choose From!

The groomers are amazing. 2happy little girls were better and got there nails done. Cost is upward of $30 depending what you get. We will be back in 6wks for another doggie girl spa day.

Took our 2 year old to adult level 1&2 classes since we had a harder time training him due to Covid. Our trainer was Linda and she made it seem so easy. Our dog caught in so quickly in her class and Lynda will come by 1:1 to ensure your dog is understanding the assignments. We go my take home gift and a great graduation after each class. Linda is always so flexible in case you miss a class you can come to another one to make up. Highly recommend for anyone struggling to train their dog.

On grooming- Pricing is fine and the staff seem nice enough, but no one there seems very experienced and they cancelled my grooming appointment twice in a row. The first time was understandable/an air conditioning issue, but the second time the stylist called me 20 minutes after I dropped my dog off because "her stomach is upset." When I picked up my dog she seemed completely fine anxiety-wise but was bleeding from her nose, which makes me question how she was handled in such a short time. I will be looking for an experienced local groomer from now on.

I enjoyed taking my dog for grooming at Petco. Samantha did a great job with my dog. She was very caring and trimmed him exactly the way I asked. I think he looks great!

Stopped in for new lights for our aquarium. The fluorescent lights are no longer available, but the very helpful young man in the department assisted us and helped find the right replacement in LED's.Staff has always been fruendly over the past years and is very knowledgeable and helpful when I need help with either in-house purchases or finding the right item for any of my pets.PETCO is my go to FIRST.

This store has exactly what I need for my cat in stock - both dry food and wet food that I cannot find in Walmart nor anywhere else. I enjoy coming here and buying everything my cat needs, even calming diffuser that he loves. I love this one-stop shop!!! Thank you Petco!!

I have two dogs and they both love it here. The staff here are always helpful and knowledgeable. They are always excited to see my pups and take time to greet them. The store is clean. I have used their grooming services and they do a fantastic job. The dog trainer (Linda) is amazing. We have taken four classes with her and couldn't be happier with the results. We also love the vital care program. We save so much money being members. They also have a great product selection. This is our go to place for everything related to our pups.

Poor customer service. Not willing to help. Found the 3 sets of dog shoes after looking for 15 minutes. One box had what appeared to be very used shoes & all of the boxes were damaged! Not coming back.
