Showed up to this place a little before my appointment this morning at 10 am. All I needed was one tire. The fella at the front desk named John said they were busy and it would take about 45 minutes. They were finally done with putting on my one tire an hour and a half later. They also falsified their paperwork. I watched them not do an inspection on the car but filled out all the paperwork as though they did. I had to add a bit of fluid when I got home. The old car surprisingly has no leaks so they obviously didn't bother checking the fluids. Also overhead one of the techs complaining that I was waiting and watching through the windows. Some folks are just trash i guess. I highly recommend going anywhere else.

Update:I got an inspection done with a different mechanic, and they allowed me to look at the underside of the vehicle. THEY CUT MY SKID PLATE! To remove the damage from it dragging, they just cut the skid plate and told us it wasn't damaged!Also, I emailed the corporate link below and have not heard anything back!Original:I have had the worst experience at this Pepboys in a story that never seems to end. About a week and a half ago, I took my car in because I had a coolant leak. We noticed a drip in our driveway on the driver side. I took it in and was told the leak was from the water pump, I paid almost $1000 to have it replaced. The next morning, while driving my son to school, I heard a terrible noise coming from under my car, I immediately took it back to be told that a screw had come out and they fixed it with no damage. I thanked them and headed off to get my son. The next day, I noticed a small puddle under my car. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured it could be condensation or excess coolant, but it continued with small puddles everywhere I stopped. So after all of the work to figure out transportation and care for me and my special needs son we were able to take it in today where they tell me that now I have a leak in the bottom of my radiator and it will be $1800 to fix. I feel like I am being fleeced. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired at this store, and I feel like I am living in one of those mechanic horror stories you hear online. My car is only a 2019. There is no reason for the radiator and water pump to both be failing. Dont go here. You won't feel welcomed or valued, not so much as a hello when you walk in the door, just a bill and more problems.

My truck is old and they do not have it in the system anymore. I had to get oil from next door and a filter then they can change it. This to me is a no brainer. Yes, I want them to do it and of course I will go buy the parts and hand it to the technicians. Better this way so I don't have to recycle the oil. Everything was good on the s10 accept for a few things. Now I can schedule an oil change for my other car. This location is very close to my house and I can do this after work which helps. They let me take a look under the truck at the issues which was cool. Thank You so much!

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Wife had a leaking tire on her way home and close to Pep Boys closing time. They got us right in and patched the tire. Both the service writer and technician were very pleasant to talk with. The waiting area was exceptionally neat and tidy.

These guys bent over backwards to help me out and thoroughly explained where my vehicle was in the entire process. I have a fleet vehicle and the fleet management company we use was not responsive. The crew here took care of me while waiting and kept me informed constantly. Will be back for sure

The manager at the Juan Tabo Pep Boys, Mr. Patterson, was helpful, friendly, and professional and talked to me about my car in a very considerate way. The tire company I had been going to had missed that the valve cover was loose and that's why the tire pressure light kept coming on! I had my car in to check up on that and to make sure that there were no problems before I took a holiday trip. Mr. Patterson and crew did a great job! I will definitely be going back to this Pep Boys location.

Called made an appointment for my headlight I showed up this morning 9am they pulled the truck in right away 30 min later they came to me and said instead of $25 it’s going be $90 I told them never mind it’s a 8min job and your technician probably barley watched a You tube to find out he has to take the bumper off I knew it that’s why I took it to them I watched probably the same you tube video he did I told them never mind I’ll take it to a buddy I got in my truck and they took apart my light and didn’t want to put it back on they took off my seals & old light I would stay away John he is a angry man he runs the front desk Id stay away from this place like I have the past 20 years and I will never go back To this place again took apart my truck but didn’t put it back together or they just wanted more money out of me as you can see in the picture my new light they opened old light and my seal took my vehicle apart and didn’t want to put it back together they way it was before they out there hands in it

These guys do an amazing job and really respectful professional and do the job right. The manger is a stand up guy I told him another pep boys did me wrong and he took care of it. I’m not going anywhere else again. I trust this spot and trust is huge when it comes to your car. Also big shout to Paul he was tech that work on my car and he made sure everything was check and safe before driving!!!

Went for a diagnostic check yesterday and was told they would forward the documentation to the correct company to proceed with the required maintenance. After no update, I called the next day just to find out the paperwork was never even submitted. I went into the shop this morning to figure out what happen and was met by a very rude manager named Ronnie/Marcus. He gave me and multiple representatives different names , was super disrespectful, and untrustworthy. Will never be taking my business or family business to this location again, and UNPROFESSIONAL, IRRESPONSIBLE, and INCONSIDERATE of customers time and values.

Pep boys got my vehicle in quickly and were able to diagnose in a record time the issue plus they were able to return my vehicle in an excellent timeframe. Paul was especially helpful in assisting me to get extra coolant into my engine so the check coolant light was then able to go out after the hose clamp broke loose.

i went to get 2 new front tires and it took them over 3 hours to put them on (with an appointment, not a walk in). at the end of the 3 hours they brought me one of “my” back tires and showed me that it had 5 nails in it and that i should just get it replaced while i was there because it would go flat within a week. it’s now been 6 weeks later and somehow magically there’s 0 nails in any of my tires. these scumbags literally pulled some random tire with nails in it to try to trick me into buy a full 4 set instead of the 2 i needed. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.UPDATE: in reply to your automated response you have all the info you need. this review is for potential customers because at the end of the day you won’t do anything about it. thanks

I took my car into Pepboys on Jaun Tabo today- I have a fleet vehicle so paperwork and approval can be a headache. I was helped by Paul, he was professional, personable, and very diligent . The shop was absolutely slammed and they still managed to get my car in and out in a timely fashion. The guys there work hard and it shows, they did an awesome job on my car! Will certainly be back

the experience with peps boys was good until I got to my truck and it was filthy on the exterior, like my truck was splattered with oil or grease. all my windows were filthy dirty. was not happy about that.

I've been taking my car here for about a year and have had nothing but positive experiences with these guys. Their repairs have been effective and permanent. Their service is faster than most in the area as well as polite and honest. Their prices are reasonable. Most recently, I hit a curb a knocked an undercarriage protector off the bottom of my car and they had it back up in place in about 15 minutes free of charge. Definitely a recommended shop.

I had tires installed and the severs was great. I wanted them to do aliment but when they put it on the rack he said i didn't need it and didn't charge me . Its hard to find good service like this.

Second time using this location and the team there is always responsive and helpful. It did take longer than expected, but it was a holiday so guessing there was a few more walk-ins than they were ready for.

Needed to replace a tire, I called first and confirmed that they had the tire so I set up an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately it took 2 hours to change one tire and they didn't even replace it with the same brand nor did they inform me that they were going to do that.

Went in on Sunday at 10am and was told they weren’t going to have time for me until 3 but asked me to make an appointment for Monday instead so I did with no problem. I came in today and they turned me away because apparently their lift can’t lift a Dodge 1500 Promaster. Waste of my time

My mom lost (or it was snatched from her car while getting work done at a different autoshop) her tool to tighten a bolt on her bike rack. She couldn't drive back home without tightening that bolt and we were in a time crunch so even amazon wasn't going to be fast enough. John and Oscar saved the day. They happened to have in their toolbox the specialty tool we needed (that no hardware store in town had in stock) and hooked her up so she could beat the storm getting back to Oklahoma. Thank you both so much for your kindness helping out my mom!

I needed tires, and 14 inch was the size of the tire. Most places are not open on Sunday. The places open had to order that size? Pepboys had them in stock and I had a good experience with there customer service. And prices was very reasonable.
