Truly saved our day, our trip, and our sanity. We were a single turn away from getting to them when our tire went from flat to SHREDDED!We called them and they had the angel Mike come RIGHT over, jacked up the car, and put our spare on like the magician he is in under five minutes. We were beyond a bind and they made us feel at ease and like family. The repair was done in less than 20 minutes.A HUGE thank you to Mike who came when we needed him most, and Michael who acted as Mission Control and got Mike to us and guided us through getting a new tire. Thank you both, you saved our trip and if we could rate you ten stars, we would.

The customer service guy was very good and explained things well. The service was good- took a little longer than expected and cost more than I expected all in (lube/oil/filter, replaced starter, 120 point inspection), but car is running well and I have a good sense of what else to look out for.

Absolutely AMAZING service and customer service! I found a screw in my tire and stopped in to see if they could patch it. 15 minutes I drove away. Very friendly, quick and professional!! I also noticed that the gentleman at the counter, James I believe, called an Uber for an elderly women who had to leave her car. I will definitely be back!

When someone books an appointment for for a simple Uber inspection, a whole 5 minute task, you don’t bump them and tell them they’re going to have to leave their vehicle half of the day because you couldn’t get to the vehicles that you were supposed to earlier or the day before. Your inability to time manage is not my issue. Also your customer service skills are embarrassing, Jorge.

Multiple place told me because I have a VW they couldn't do the work because it was too difficult or charged almost twice as much as here. My car was fixed in a timely manner and it is running great

We were trying to get on the road from a school trip and we had flat tire and 14 kids trying to get home. They got us in right away and helped us get back on the road ahead of the snow storm. So grateful for their service!!

Worst experience EVER!!!! DO NOT go here. They will rip you off. They will sell you a defective product and stick it to you. They will not make it right. Sold us a battery 2 months ago that is now deader than a doornail. Had to have the car towed to get it fixed. Took the battery back and they wouldn't give a refund for their defective product. The dealership, where the car was towed to, replaced the battery with a 8 year battery that cost less than the 4 year POS that Pep Boys scammed us with. Pep Boys just wants your money and doesn't care about the customer. Their products and customer service leave much to be desired. Save yourself the time and money. Go elsewhere.

Very Unprofessional to say the least. Vehicle brought back multiple times for the same issue. Specifically the SanMateo location inAlbuquerque, and Michael who stated to be the store manager, stated "bring it back and we'll get to it when we get to it. Our alignment tech is not very experienced"

Called ahead and was told I could just bring my car in. As soon as I came by I spoke to Mike and my vehicle was serviced quicker than I expected. Was back on the road in less than 30mins, definitely recommend this location for your automotive needs.

It was a late Sunday afternoon when we were searching for a place to fix my flat tire. Of course being a Sunday most places were closed and the ones that were still opened were not able to fix the tire. So I called pep boys and they helped us even though they were to close shortly. They were professional, quick and treated us very well. We also got a discount! This is now my go to place.

The staff at the PepBoys in Albuquerque were wonderful! They got my car in for service at the time scheduled, thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done, and did not try and pressure me into buying services that I did not need. They were friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

We were visiting Albuquerque from Denver and got a bolt in our tire upon leaving to go back home. We stopped in here and the team was very helpful in fixing our tire! Great customer service! Osman was the wonderful tech that fixed our tire and Michael was the service manager that helped facilitate the repair! Amazing guys - thanks again!

I tried to put all of this on the Pep Boys website however it would not work well enough to let me submit a review. My wife and I went in to get our oil changed with a coupon that said we could get a 30 minute oil change with conventional oil for $19.99. what we did not know is it I would end up spending over 2 hours to get the oil changed and I would be pressured to do over $3,000 in repairs. After I declined those repairs we were put the bottom of their to-do list. The 30 minutes were supposed to start after I signed my acknowledgment of service. However I ended up spending a lot more time there than I planned. Also the staff there put in one quart more oil than my car takes and I had to drain the extra quart. They charged me for it though and when we called to complain they fought on the phone with my wife. The argument got so heated that the gentleman called back 1/2 hour later to argue with her some more. We will not be returning to Pep Boys in the foreseeable future.

This is the most amazing store! I've been to Pep Boys stores all across the US simply because they're open longer than their competitors, but, this particular store will be my forever favorite + preference!! Thank you Michael + Team for being awesome, efficient, and kind 💗
