Found what I need, I called first and they where fast and willing to help, very unique store with lots of horse stuff, I got a tube of terramycin to help my dogs eye infection, i dodnt have yo go to the vet, if you pay cash they give you a better deal

Nice and knowledgeable staff. Found everything I needed to help treat a poultry wound and some other supplies too, like a waterer, buckets, supplements, etc. Prices are better than some other stores in town I've been to (and this place is also well stocked which TSC never seems to be!) and definitely better than what I've seen trying to order things online. Would definitely recommend this place.

Hands down the most unknowledgeable and unhelpful staff I have ever had the misfortune to interact with. The counter staff is completely clueless and would rather talk amongst themselves then assist customers. Of course you're probably better off that way.....

I researched a specific bit on line and then called Paul's to see if they had it. After I got there, it turned out the bit was not quite right, so the lady called the other local stores to find what I wanted and then offered to go get it for me! Who does that? Not to mention, every other time I have gone in, I have received impeccable customer service from knowledgeable people. I am a loyal fan!

I love Paul’s! Everything there is reasonably priced, they have a great selection, new expansion with more saddle pads and roping stuff. Always can find a sale at Paul’s! Plus, I love visiting with Chrissy 😸

My husband has been shopping here for years. Its a great place. If you want to be coddled then go somewhere else. They are there to deal with professionals. Its a great supply for farriers.

Last time I was there, the staff were not wearing masks. They gave a customer a hard time when she asked that they put masks on. I liked the store but won't be going back.

Poor customer service. No Returns accepted whatsoever. Prices are listed as discounted, but I can find them on Amazon for the same price or lower. With Amazon Prime, shipping is free. Saves me a drive into town. One less errand.

We come to Paul's on a regular basis for horse related items like feed supplements, blankets, wraps, etc. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. Prices are very reasonable.

Excellent prices on horse, livestock, and dog supplies! You will not find a more knowledgeable staff on equine supplements or medications. They also carry a full line of grooming supplies, farrier tools & shoes, clippers, dewormers.... you name it. I always check there, first, before shopping online - because they usually have competitive prices, I can pick it up right away, and I am supporting a local business that has been in New Mexico for decades.

Staff was friendly on the phone. Physical space was logical and offered many supplies. I have to admit, however, I get a little creeped out by "shop cats" in a place where I purchase items to take home.

Paul's is an amazing small business. If you're needing something for your animals this is a great place to look. They can also do special orders. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Lawless Craziness at Paul’sWalked in wearing my mask behind a man NOT wearing mask.Turned to the cashier and asked whats going on here, you’re letting people in without masks? Only to see that she was not wearing a mask hanging from her ear!!!As I Continued with my disbelief a manager walked out to tell me that masks don’t work. If I didn’t like it don’t come back. You can take it from there.......

Sales person went ballistic when I asked her to wear a mask. Very rude and refused to do so. I have pre-existing health conditions. This is the second time I’ve encountered an “attitude” at that store. Will not be going back.
