Worst panera I've ever had. My bread bowl was so hard I couldn't bite into at all, I couldn't even tear it apart with my hands. All of the baked goods I ordered were unbelievably stale. The cookie I got was also rock hard. The bear claw was stale but okay. Honestly super upset that I spent 20 dollars and got mostly inedible food. The Mac and cheese was good but overall bad experience and will not be eating here again.

If you haven’t signed up for the Sip Club, what in the world are you waiting for? It has paid for itself ten times over! Being able to get a refill every few hours, is super helpful for those of us who travel.This location is in a very convenient location with ample parking. Love the patio they have outside as well. Every employee we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Can’t speak to food quality as we didn’t eat here, but all soda, coffee, tea and flavored drinks were in stock. The entire store and bathrooms were also very clean!

The manager and cashier lady were super nice and friendly. They even gave us our money back for the cold pizza they served us.As for the food, I don’t think I’ll come back here again for lunch. I really didn’t like the pizza. I also ordered the chili lime ranch salad.The ice tea was good.

Priscilla was the rudest server I’ve ever encountered! She treated me like I was an inconvenience being in her place. Very rude, not helpful, and very unwelcoming! Maybe she should be out in the back where she will have no involvement with customers. I use this place for client meetings taking place at our firm. No more! 11/03/2023 at 12:50 pm.

Was here to pick up a delivery and it was Monday 2/19/24 at 7 pm the 2 girls one with pink hair the other younger dark long hair (they wouldn't give me their names )working in back preparing food literally ignored me for 10 min then I finally had to get there attention an with a snotty look on their face and in their attitude they said I'm not done with it.. there's no reason to treat people like this I have 2 jobs an would never treat people like that

The perfect lunch stop on a road trip. We ordered from a kiosk and food for all three of us was ready in 5 minutes. The only hiccup was that our two salads didn’t have dressing included, but that was easily remedied. Everything was fresh and tasty.

Breads, bagels, pastries, cookies, scones, and other baked fresh goods available for purchase. Lines were a bit long during the lunch rush but kept moving. They have some kiosks allowing you the option of skipping the cashier and ordering yourself. Once orders are placed you receive a table pager that you place on the table you have selected to sit at and the food is brought out to you as it becomes ready.Prices are a little high but the food is fresh and dishes are made to order. Their “kitchen sink” cookie is a favorite and a must try for cookie lovers.

I have had issues in the past with orders and regarding discounts but I overlooked it and gave Panera another chance. What's ridiculous is I called in order instead of placing it on line like I usually do because I was paying cash. Today I was told I couldn't do that because I needed to pay with a CC?!!!! I was told they just recently switched not allowing you pay cash when ordering over the phone? I said why would call I would have placed my order online it's frustrating. Now I have to hope that there is not a long line just to place my order to go. This company is making to many changes in order to make more $$$$ obviously!

This location cannot get an order right for anything. When I order hot I get ice… when I order ice I get hot. 9 out of 10 orders have been wrong over the last few months. Sometimes I get so many scoops of chai in my drink it’s in drinkable and other times it’s basically hot milk. I’m not sure what’s going on with them. Didn’t used to be this bad.

I placed an order to go on my Panera app and I wasn't able to go pick it up right away and was stressing!! Duane the manager at this location was so awesome! When I finally was able to come in and get it, he immediately helped me out! My daughter loves the kids meal! Thank you so much!

I didn't eat, but I did stand in line for about 8 mins just to get my drink cup. There were plenty of people working, but the front end of the store wasn't being tended to and when I went to fill my drink, all 3 of the juice containers were nearly empty. I've never worked at a Panera Bread store so I don't know how it should be run, but I believe there should be enough people to tend to customers, and if we are getting our own drinks, the juices should be available. No container should ever get below 1/4 in my opinion.
