This is a great Panera Location. I stopped by on a road trip and the food was prepared quickly and fresh. The pumpkin squash soup was delicious. Unfortunately some of the salad seemed to have old pieces of lettuce so it wasn't as fresh as expected. There is a large dining area with plenty of natural light making this location a great one to work from.

Very rude staff. Like they went out of the way to be rude.Place a simple coffee through the app, and they made a big stink.I showed the app confirmation, the two email confirmations, and still said well we don't have a ticket.Well, that's a panera issue, not a me issue.The manager kept saying I'm doing my job, and I don't have a ticket.See attached and still not good enough.Thanks for being rude all over a cup of coffee.

We used to really enjoy Panera. But the last few times we have visited we have noticed that the sandwiches just about has no meat on it anymore. I would say that the sandwich I ate had less than half of the meat that it normally came with when we used to visit. There wasn't enough to taste whether it was roast beef or chicken, and the tiny sliver of onion was almost non-existent. My husband ordered avocado on his and they gave him a chunk about the size of a silver dollar. The manager explained that the ingredients were weighed before putting them on the sandwich and that this was rules set by corporate. I understand it wouldn't his fault, but Panera needs to understand that it's not worth the money to get a piece of bread with a little bit of aioli and a tablespoon of meat. We won't be coming back, which is a shame.I did give the food two stars because we enjoyed the chocolate croissants.

This was very efficient, and the food was very good.When I got there to pick up the food, it was a very nice person at the register he recruited me and helped me find my bag. The food was ready to go, it was still hot when I get home, and I found it to be quite delicious.I got the cob, and it turns out I'm not really a fan of the Green Goddess dressing. I think next time, I'll just get a different dressing on it. But, the salad itself was very very good.I also got French onion soup. It's too was very very good. There was no cheese on it though, which was a surprise. Luckily, I take it at home, so I just got some Swiss out of the fridge and put it on top. I don't know if that's a thing with Panera, but I think French onion soup without the cheese on top is pretty boring.The soup was packed really well. There was no spilling, and you can see from the photos that they put a little soup carrier in the bottom of the bag to make sure it doesn't turn over. I thought that was a nice touch.

The food was excellent. I like this location because it has a lot of space.The self-serve aspect can be kind of confusing if you're not used to it. As a result my order got lost in the shuffle because they had ran out of the coaster/monitors that you get upon self-ordering.It's in a nice location and the Staff that I did interact with was pleasant.

So, my granddaughter loves Panera Broccoli and Cheddar soup. So… what is a granddad to do? We went here and came in the door that opens to the parking lot. Evidently a lot of people do that, because a bunch of people did it while we ate.The soup was superb! Plus, if you haven’t tried their lemonades and teas, you are missing out! Their strawberry Mint Lemonade was impressive.Come on in here, the management is friendly as well as the staff being courteous and helpful. Plus there are lots of stores around to par-ooze.

Ordered on app and went in store to pick up food. Nothing was on the pick up shelf so I waited...and waited. Finally asked someone about my food in case i was at the wrong panera (Im not from Albuquerque) and the girl gave me my order. It was just sitting in a bag next to her behind the counter. What is the point of the app and the pick up station of you're not going to use it? Also, our bagles were stale, but the breakfast sandwiches were good.

As single dad and student with a budget, I asked for a cup with hot water(brought my favorite tea) at no charge. I was glad to sit outside and connect my laptop so I can finish my orientation modules. I took the art bus that brought me from central right. Across the street from Total Wine. What a great time for some of their signature soups and enjoy the amazing music selection that soothes the soul.😎😎😎

UPDATE. I visited this one in person a couple more times. I think they are doing fine. Employees are kind, food is alright.------------------------------------Terrible food. We picked up the food and got very disappointed. Very tiny sandwich with joker fillings. Very soggy, looks like someone ate the sandwich and threw up inside the sandwich. Does not taste like Chipotle chicken at all, just taste like a mix of expired ingredients. The warm bowl was nothing like the description, missing a lot of ingredients. Check the photo to see the quality.NOT RECOMMENDED.

Panera Bread is a very nice place to relax. It is cozy, has very friendly service, great breads and smoothies, good coffee for an early morning start, and very nice breakfast choices. They also have a rewards program.There are customers here who are obviously regulars. This last visit, I tried a scrambled egg and cheese breakfast brioche sandwich and it was excellent.Today I had the pumpkin muffin and the green passion smoothie which is a very tasty non dairy smoothie ( I think made with almond milk). The pumpkin muffin here is one of the best I have ever had.Vegetarian options: Many choices have no meat here. They also have some non fairy smoothies.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair access and there is lots of room in the restaurant to manuever.

Strawberry Poppy chicken Salad is the best thing I've ever had here.. best salad in bakery.. grabbed a 1/2 chipotle chicken avocado sandwich since I was feeling extra hungry today.. sandwich news great. Soft flavorful and the chicken was perfect.. will order again for sure .

I am a member of the Sip Club so I frequent as much as possible. Overall, I enjoy Panera with my family. Please fix the fireplace as winter approaches. This will be the third winter with no warm & cozy ambience. Also, I got a roasted turkey BLT avocado for my daughter. Please roast the turkey. The coffee in the urns was cold. Since I spend a little bit more I would appreciate some attention as I probably speak on behalf of others. The staff is usually friendly & caring.

Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable employees. I ordered the chicken avocado chipotle breakfast sandwich on asiago bread, chicken avocado chipotle lunch sandwich with a strawberry mango smoothie and a chocolate mocha cold brew blended drink. Lastly for desert a chocolate scone and a cinnamon roll. Everything was really delicious more so the smoothie and lunch sandwich. Not too bad on cost about 30 dollars or less.

They are going to mess up your carry out orders. Like, every single time, either forgetting drinks, pastries, utensils, or on occasion the main entrees. Plus not marking the clearly markable sandwhich labels on every sandwhich is sort of a mainstay at this location. No apologies when they screw up either. Bummer, used to like Panera.Also, the single chopped up chicken macnugget in the $7 salad was pretty sad looking.

Update 3/26/24 - 3rd time we’ve ordered the Napa chicken salad sandwiches, with less than a tablespoon or two of chicken salad. Thinner than spam spread. Times must be tough. 3 strikes and your out. Won’t be back."Every calculation based on experience elsewhere, fails in New Mexico." Major General Lew Wallace, Territorial Governor of New Mexico (Approx 1871) - I eat at Panera’s pretty regularly in Las Vegas, Redlands, Phoenix, Tucson, and Denver - that are all good.This location and the one on off of Holly, not so much.
