Wow! One World Rug Care is such an amazing place with wonderful people and has super kindhearted owners. I walked into the store and saw so many beautiful Rugs. I went to visit my dear friend Lisa, and this was the second time I walked into their place. She was not there so the very kind lady at the front introduced me to her husband Michael Rose, whom kindly introduced himself and explained to me about all the different kinds of rugs, patterns, designs and colors. This one particular rug caught my eye with the black red green and orange colors, that stood out with the bold design. As I walked along the rug being displayed, the color changed from a dark yellow orange to a light, yellow orange, which I had never seen before in my life. I knew I had to take this rug home with me, and it would be perfect for my living room. The rug was delivered to my home and 2 older gentleman were also super kind and helping to move a couple furniture in order to lay the rug down in its new home. They shared a couple good stories and made me laugh and a little about how to care for my beautiful rug as the Seasons Change. Thank you so much! We have used One World Rug Car for years--they are truly miracle workers! From repairing and restoring carpets that were badly damaged, to cleaning and appraising, their services have been beyond exceptional. We have a rug that had massive slits and holes from a workman's box cutter--today it hangs on our living room wall, perfect in every respect. Would never think of letting anyone else touch our rugs.

Wonderful rugs, wonderful owners!!! After working with the Mike, we will never rug shop anywhere else! The idea of finding the right rug seemed daunting and Mike made it easy. We walked in and they showed us through an entire stack of rugs, one at a time. Several hours later we chose a number of rugs that we were interested in. Mike and his team followed us home, moved furniture and laid out each rug in our den. We chose the perfect rug and are thrilled!

I talked to one of the team at the Lavender Festival and had two members of the team come to my home to do an estimate. They were professional, knowledgeable and kind. While I didn't get a wall hanging fixed, I did agree to have them take a Caucasian wool rug to be cleaned and repaired. They did an AMAZING job with both the cleaning and repairs- the rug is over 50 years old and now looks new and refreshed! I can't recommend them more highly. PART 2: When they returned my rug they looked at another rug- my puppy had chewed off a lot of the fringe. They machine stitched the edges and cleaned the rug and I just got it back yesterday- it is gorgeous! I won't go anywhere else for rug care!!!

We stumbled on One World Rug Care while passing through Albuquerque. We were looking for Navajo rugs and they put my wife and I with Shaundie whose grandmother was a weaver. He went through dozens of rugs and laid them out for us to look at while telling us the meanings of symbols and imagery. We bought a pillow and two rugs and could not be happier.

One World Rug Care just delivered 4 rugs (2 small and 2 large) that I had brought to them when I had discovered they were infested with moths and appeared to be in pretty bad shape. I had just inherited the rugs and they had been on the floor of a storage unit for a few years. I’m so glad I put my trust on this business and took a gamble on having them clean them up so I could see what I actually had. We were referred to One World Rug Care, by a friend that is an Interior Designer. We were so pleased with the friendly reception of the staff on our visit to the showroom. We had two rugs that needed cleaning and some repair on one. Michael was most professional and knowledgeable about a recent rug we had acquired.
