We purchased a basic fridge for extra drinks and the delivery driver, Chris, was fabulous--taking the extra time and effort to really make sure things were done correctly. We appreciate MSC and will be back soon to purchase a new washer/dryer set.

I recently purchased a washer and dryer from MSC Appliance, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Despite the difficult access to my home, the team was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to install the appliances. They even took away my old appliances, which was a huge help.The entire process, from purchasing online to speaking with their team on the phone, was seamless and pleasant. Everyone I spoke with was super helpful, and I had a lot of questions that they patiently answered. The appliances, being used, were in fantastic condition. Both Chris and Peter, who installed the appliances, were friendly and professional.I highly recommend MSC Appliance to anyone in need of quality appliances and exceptional service!

Great Experience. Bought a great dryer at a great price. You could tell it was worked on by the staff and tested. Delivery was in one day and Chris our delivery driver did a great job and installed a new vent as well. This is the third item we bought from MSC and we will buy more when needed. I am always willing to support small local businesses over big chain any day. I had an awesome experience with the ladies in the store. They were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable of their products and knew what I was looking for. The delivery was on time. And the gentleman who delivered and installed my new machine was fast, clean and gave me get advise on the care of my new washer. I'd like to thank him. I am so thrilled with MSC! They are so helpful and worked hard to get exactly what I needed at a great price and quick delivery. Christopher did the delivery and really did a fantastic job swapping out my refrigerators in difficult areas. Very easy to deal with and purchase. Chris and Trace were the perfect delivery men. Delivery and takeaway was smooth and efficient, machine hooked up and worked with no problems. They were very courteous and friendly and respectful.

From start to finish, every interaction with MSC Appliance was a good one. Went in on a busy Saturday and got excellent service despite the business. Stopped by MSC for a refrigerator for our new home. HUGE selection of appliances in all shapes, colors and sizes. Stephanie helped us find one in our price range and preferences. We then noticed the stoves and saw the amazing prices on those as well. Ended up getting the most beautiful electric stove. We chose to have them delivered as the fee is only $60. Chris came and delivered our appliances and got them right where we needed them. We were short on space, but that was no problem. Chris took off all the doors and managed to expertly get our things in the kitchen. He was quick and professional. Offered lots of tips and tricks with our new place. This was an AMAZING experience. When we are ready for a washer and dryer we will absolutely be using MSC. Great products at even better prices. You need to check this place out.

Great place to buy appliances. They always have a good selection of items to pick from, I went in with 9 minutes before close and they still let me look around. When Christopher came to set up my appliance he was very respectful he even helped me block my gate so my dog couldn't get back out. They went above and beyond to help and I appreciate that I will be back! You have a great crew keep it up.

The staff at MSC Appliance Sales & Service LLC provide great products and excellent customer service. I purchased a washer and dryer, which work great, and I was impressed that they also offer a 90-day warranty. I had a minor problem with the dryer a couple of months later and the issue was fixed quickly (and covered by their warranty). I've already recommended the company to friends for their appliance needs and I plan on buying from the company again in the future.

I've used MSC twice now and would definitely purchase from them again. Great customer service. I went in looking for the cheapest washer/dryer set and they didn't try to upsell me - which I really appreciate. I got lucky and they were able to accommodate same day delivery, which was super convenient. Delivery and installation were quick and painless. I wanted to keep my old machines for a friend and the Technician I had, Christopher, went above and beyond and helped me get my old machines out to my shed. Thank you again! I needed a stove/oven as my oven was not heating properly and could not find a part to correct. Looking at the big stores nothing I wanted could be delivered for a month. I had company coming and was annoyed with my oven. I saw this business on marketplace and went in to check it out. Stephanie helped me in the showroom and answered so many questions. When unable to answer one question she went and got her tech to answer. I decided on a Maytag glasstop range that was delivered in 2 business days by Chris. He spent time making sure of proper installation using levels so it was evenly level adjusting the feet as needed. He also made sure everything on the stove was functioning; the burners, the oven and temperature/thermostat and clock. I am happy cooking again with a stove I really like and at half the price of new with 90 days parts and labor. I like that this is a local business that I am supporting. Great LOCAL Customer service

After going 3 weeks without a working washer and dryer I purchased this set on Saturday the 13th. I chose to buy form MSC after checking reviews and actually looking at more used appliance store than I can count. I spent a week getting all of my laundry caught up and meant to post a review sooner but time got away from me. I love some of the new features on this set and found MSC’s pricing fair and at times better than the other stores. The others didn’t offer the same warranty. I did what was probably my 8th load and when taking it out of the dryer the clothes seemed too hot, I usually dry on low or medium heat. When trying to start the next load to dry the dryer turned on and counted down but the tumble and heat weren’t working. I called the next morning, Friday the 19th to check about getting a service call on the 90day warranty. They immediately checked if I was available on Monday the 22. The repairman came out this morning, earlier than expected and had the dryer up and working in less than 15 minutes. He came prepared for any and I think all issues that could have possibly gone wrong, no waiting to get parts or going back to the shop. This probably made my review longer than planned but it didn’t change my rating, it just reaffirmed my positive experience with MSC. Every interaction we have had with MSC has been professional, pleasant and positive. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.

I had an older upright freezer that I had to defrost , loaded it backup with all the meat , a few hours later it went out. The next morning I was at MSC looking for a freezer, they had the perfect one it was newer, self defrosting, bigger (25 cu. ft.) , great price , very friendly and professional, my wife was very happy also. Definitely will refer others to MSC and will return if and when I need help with appliances.Thank you MSC

They were so kind and amazing..the lady who helped me was so sweet..we bought a washer from here after my grandma was scammed out of 1600 dollars by Aaron's in Gallup for a washer that didn't work and banged around with every tiny load we put in..it made it super rough during the pandemic esp for us since we are a immune deficient household..well I finally went to Albuquerque for a doc appt and stopped at MSC appliance and boy they took good care of me and were so amazing ..they were even worried about me driving it all the way back to the Zuni rez and gave me advice so my washer would be ok..well I hooked it up and it's beautiful to hear a quiet washer and to be able to actually wash our clothes!! No more laundromat and spending thousands to drive to Gallup to wash our stuff..I totally suggest going here .they're appliances are good and for an amazing price!! Don't ever let ur kids or grandparents ever buy from anywhere else!!! Esp from rent to own!! Ur better off going here!!! I love u guys so much!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

The customer service from MSC was great - they called to confirm the delivery a half hour before arrival as promised. Delivery was during the scheduled time - installer was professional and friendly - answered all my questions. Installation was quick and uncomplicated.One of the things I like about this business is that I was able to handle pretty much everything over the phone. I was able to order what I needed, schedule the delivery and set-up all while being deployed without any added worry or concern about the job getting done. The same day I contacted MSC, I reached out to several other places to shop comparatively. None of them contacted me back. The quietest responses spoke the loudest.If you or someone you know is looking for some new appliances, please consider calling these folks first. They will address any problems you have or concerns and make sure you are a satisfied customer.

Ive shopped at other appliance stores around town and MSC has the best customer service, and the best appliances at the most competitive costs. Small delivery fee. The delivery man, Trace- extremely efficient, courteous, cautious, patient and kind. Steph answered one of my inquiries on FB marketplace and sent me all the info I wanted to make a decision. It felt like a family member was helping me rather then feeling like I was just another customer or even a burdenTo be blown off as I’ve been made to feel at previous stores Ive attempted to purchase from. Who doesn’t like to feel valued? I will absolutely be buying anything else I need from this store. Who doesn’t love getting the best deals possible.
