Love Mimi green. We’ve order a few collars over the years. The look great. Love that all the info is on the buckle so no noise when the dogs move. Also customer service is great!!! I always recommend them to anyone with a dog!

Thanks to Mimi Green, my little Chihuahua Terrier mix, and Doberman are both looking super stylish for the holidays! My 100-pound Doberman walks nicely on the leash for the most part, but there are times he decides to pull on the leash (he is strong like an Ox, no kidding). He has now had several collars that I purchased from different makers, but he has destroyed all of them lol. I think the dog collar from Mimi Green is going to last longer since he has already used it for a month, and so far, the collar looks like it is in good shape. The big guy got the black velvet collar with a burgundy bow, and my little one a red collar with a beautiful flower, she looks so cute and classy. I really appreciate Mimi Green, especially since they are a local company. The customer services is awesome, and the owners piked the collars for us. I highly recommend this company for anyone who are looking to dress up they fur babies that being for special occasions,or everyday use!

My dogs look fabulous in all of their Mimi Green gear! We have been happy customers with this company for two years now, and the customer service is always genuinely nice with quick responses. Their turnaround time is out of this world! The custom engraving is so professional and they really take their time to make sure every item is beautiful! I send all of my friends and family to Mimi Green and will continue making them my dog gear company of choice!

I have ordered 4 collars through Mimi Green now. I may be a bit obsessed. The engraving, quality, and craftsmanship of each piece is really beautiful and it's a nice elevated look for a dog collar. I've been so impressed I've sent friends on over. I'll never order a collar anywhere else. Worth every cent!

This company is such a gem! I stumbled across this brand on Instagram and could not be more pleased to call them an obsession! All of my collars are from here and they never disappoint! We love the biothane/waterproof collars for our outdoor adventures and the martingale buckle collars for our daily walks. I love being able to completely customize with choices in lining colors to match the fabrics and all of the prints are so cute! We love Mimi Green and will forever be customers!!

The seller does not accept returns, but rather tries to get you to buy more expensive (yet poor quality) merchandise at a 50% discount. The Seller claims "We use super-strong materials and hardware, but note our products are not warrantied for tie-out use." However, I've used the collars for less than a week and my puppies(red labs 7 months) have managed to chew through one of the collars and buckle. You are better off going to petco-- the collars lasted me over 4 months and I still have them and had to put them back on my dogs since the collars from Mimi Green were cheap. I was expecting quality collars for the price I was paying. Spent a little extra on the leashes so they would match. Now I'm stuck with two leashes, 1 collar and 1 already chewed/destroyed collar. Not worth the money.

I was ok with the overpriced dog collar, at first. I figured my dog was worth it. I ordered the leather collar. After a month, the collar fell apart. I called customer service. No answer. They emailed me a few days later instead. The email read, "We received your message regarding the Chicago screw for your leather collar - you are able to purchase a replacement screw at the following link. Your shipment will include installation instructions to be sure the screw is secure."My boyfriend adjusted the size and screws tightly. They obviously don't stand by their product. A waste of $85 for two collars that were supposedly part of their Monday special. Completely regret my purchase. I found that it would have been better to choose nice collars at the pet store and simply get it engraved. poor customer service and poor quality of product. Wish I could've had a better experience as I try to support local small businesses. All in all, not worth the cost of the poor quality and hassle.

Awesome collars and great service. They bent over backwards for my 2 pugs with personalized collars that were sooooo cute! They also have new oil cloth collars that are absolutely amazing. My dogs have been wearing for 8 months and they still look brand new. Amanda, the owner, and her staff really take a lot of pride and put a lot of heart in to everything they do. All of their items are hand-made and they are a very creative bunch. Very cool company and love to support a local business!!

Very rarely if ever I write a bad review, If I could give a zero star I would. The sizing chart on their website is incorrect. the collar I received was way too big for my dog. I was willing to compromise and offer to return product at my expense for a refund or exchange and they were not willing to accommodate at all. In email correspondence they mentioned more than once for me to have understanding towards smaller business during pandemic and although I completely agree with that statement it also goes both ways towards customers whom have reduced hours with reduced income. I highly recommend you DO NOT purchase from this company they have no idea on how to treat customers nor wish for return repeat business.

Great company,The people are sweet and understanding and seem to really care. The color is stitched with my pups name and looks beautiful. When there was an issue they dealt with it immediately. I also have a leash and it is so soft and rich in color. Would recommend because the product is beautiful but mostly because great customer service and care is unbeatable!!From a proud gooldendoodle parent - nothing but the best

Ordered an engraved leather collar and leash. Received it on time, looked good, but the screw that held the collar together wouldn't catch the threads. After emailing Mimigreen (and being told I was wrong and there is no way the screw wasn't correct) I had to pay $15 to mail it back to them. Once I received it again it had a new screw in it... I know because now it's a Philips screw and not a flat head screw. In addition, a lot of the gold has been scratched off of the metal and the new screw doesn't hold up very well when the dog pulls. Waste of a lot of money.
