Had breakfast here with friends on a Saturday morning. The two women who helped us were absolutely lovely, and the food and coffee we all had was delicious. There were plenty of available tables and no line when we arrived at 8:30 but when we left at 10:00 it was very busy. Looking forward to returning in the warmer months when the doors are open to the outside.Dietary restrictions: My friend with celiac disease is comfortable eating here and they have a gluten free menu.Parking: The closest spots are very tight, but there is ample parking to the east of the building in the shopping center parking lot if you don't want to squeeze into a spot

Yesterday, I was told I am the only customer who ever complains multiple times over by the manager, Abigail.Yesterday 4/3/24: I ordered huevos rancheros takeout for lunch. I checked it in store & it looked right so I took it home. The small tortillas were missing & the potatoes were not right (pictured). They were the consistency of a potato beef jerky, hard & tough & dry. This had never happened before so I called & explained. I wanted it remade because it’s $15, a treat to me, & the potatoes were not even close to normal. I was hung up on twice. I was put on hold while I was discussed in the background - though the conversation was professional I wasn’t meant to overhear it. I was told that I am the only customer who ever complains & they can’t remake my meal or refund everytime I come in. I was surprised by this. I asked if the expectation is that no one will say anything when something isn’t right & it was reiterated again I am the only one who ever complains. I have never had this kind of interaction with a place of business ever. Abigail’s claims didn’t sit right so I dug up the data on my spend here so this review is fact based instead of an emotional response.I love numbers. They do not lie. The number of complaints I have made has been 100% in the last 30 days (2 visits), 15% in 2024(2/14 visits), or 18% the past 6 months (4/22). The numbers improve further if we also count the times I’ve gone to Mykonos. The total percent of fail at Meraki is 4% (5 issues/4 complaints/100+ visits since April 2021). All incidents have been within the last 6 months.I hadn’t had issues very often from my perspective, which is ultimately why I’d kept going back. The incidents where I complained:Balloon fiesta 2023 - I ordered avocado as an add on to mine & my husband’s breakfast. Breakfast delivered with no avocado. They brought the avocado out after we said something & the issue was resolved easily.November 2023 - I ordered take out with an extra egg (paid add on). The extra egg was not included. I called & instead of having it remade I asked if I could come in later in the week & get avocado added since that add on costs the same as the egg add on. This was resolved the next visit though something else was missing (I don’t remember what & I don’t remember asking for a fix. I wasn’t able to go again until January).NOTE: there were no complaints again across multiple visits until March 2024. I did order food another time in February where they forgot to put my order in & I had a longer wait but I ultimately didn’t mind that & usually expect long wait times since they are always busy. I had no issue/complaint with this.Beginning of March 2024 - I came in on a Saturday morning & ordered a breakfast sandwich to go. I waited 45+ minutes & saw people who’d ordered well after me getting food so I asked. I was given my breakfast & told it had been ready for awhile & they hadn’t called the name since they thought it was a pick up order. They apologized. I checked at my car. It was cold & soggy so I brought it back & asked for a refund since I didn’t have time to wait for a replacement. They refunded my whole order (unexpected & I had only requested the sandwich refund because there was zero issue with the coffee). They also offered other means of resolution (free pastry) & I declined. The pastries are limited & as a former regular my goal has never been to have a negative impact on their business.Yesterday - detailed above2 paid ad ons missing.2 one off scenarios. There was 1 other time where the barista made me the wrong drink realized it didn’t match the drink ticket & offered to remake it. I declined. I was curious & it wound up being one of my favorite things I’d had at Meraki: happy accident, happy customer.Meraki was my go to & would have been a 5 star review with me simply no longer ordering takeout had yesterday gone differently.I can’t get over being told I’m the only customer who ever complains, especially when the incidents I outlined above were all warranted, reasonable, or total outliers.

Unique seasonal coffee flavors, food. Nice atmosphere but outdoor signage needs work, I almost missed it. Cool how all the windows open up when it's warm

I really love the vibe of this place. Food and coffee are delicious. Their homemade hot sauce is unforgettable. I’m hoping the mistakes today were just because they were busy. My latte cup was delivered with a lipstick stain and my friend’s avocado toast was sent without the egg that she paid extra for. Will return but hope wait staff checks orders more carefully before delivering them to customers.

I really love to find new places for quiet weekend breakfasts. This place is fantastic! This is my first trip to Meraki coffee Market, and it certainly won't be my last. This time out, I tried the breakfast sandwich and a cafe latte. Oh man! What a treat! I followed it up with a fresh break cinnamon roll. They only have these on the weekend and it was wonderful.I'll add this place to my list of regularly visited cafes.

I love finding new local coffee shops, so when I found out there was one 5 minutes from me, I was pretty stoked. Finally got a chance to stop by this morning and wasn’t disappointed. The girls working were really nice. Walked me through the menu and all the pastry options and got my drink to me really quickly.I got the Vanilla Honey Sage latte, which was delightful. The sage isn’t too strong, but definitely holds its own amongst the other flavors and all of the flavors worked really nicely with the coffee itself.Hopefully once things start to warm up we will have the option to dine in, because I’m sure it will be lovely in there with the garage doors open.edit: been back a few times since and this is quickly becoming my favorite place for coffee. Plus, their cheese danish is quite possible the best I’ve had.

We had a fabulous first time at Meraki Coffee Market. We stopped by for lunch and we were promptly greeted. We received a thorough and run-through of the menu with recommendations.Per the barista’s recommendation, we ordered a vanilla latte, raspberry chocolate latte (cold), spartan hummus bowl, meraki burger, and pastries. It was all delicious, fresh, and quick! Burger was AWESOME.The barista said they made all the syrups, jams, and pastries IN HOUSE! Wow.I’d also like to commend the barista working (2/15 afternoon) for the way she handled a difficult situation with a house-less and seemingly mentally ill individual. She was compassionate and kind while also remaining firm and protecting the business/customers.It was quite the disturbance but she handled this well. Let us know community services had been called, and urged us to speak to her with any comments or concerns. Way to go Meraki Coffee Market. Will be back ASAP!

Not the best service. My nephew and I sat at a table away from small crowd and evidently it was the traffic to get food from the back the baristas would walk through the area and they reeked with perfume. Every time they went by I would sneeze it was so strong. Very inappropriate for those of us that are environmentally sensitive they also had no diabetic alternatives to sweetner for our coffee. The parking there is very tight and it's hard to get in your car. Also the tip was at it automatically without our consent. There are much better coffee shops...

23% minimum tip on the register. Completely ridiculous (it's annoying to have to enter a custom amount). Standard should be 10, 15, and 20 percent , NOT 22, 25, and 30. The coffee was good, the food was good but small portions, but minimum tips at 23% mean I will not be back. Owners, pay your employees a fair wage so customers don't feel ripped off by high tips.

Two words: Spot On!First, walking up to the place, with its wide open garage doors and open air feel, I was immediately impressed.Cool seating options and bright feel. Then, where it’s most important… The coffee: Superb!!Well trained staff that seems to ‘get it’ in quality preparation. Roast was extremely tasty.Everyone was friendly and attentive. This coffee snob gives Meraki Five Coffee Cups!

Food and drinks executed correctly and pretty good. However, there is not enough seating. I found myself having to fight people for a seat. I had to watch everyone sitting at tables like a hawk and run over to grab their table as soon as they were getting ready to leave. When that didnt work, I ended up sitting outside in 40 degree weather which was great...After 5 mins outside we decided it was too cold and let them know to change our food to go. When the food came out they didn't give us napkins or utensils. Also was a bit pricy. We had 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches that don't come with sides and paid $50.

Cute little café in the tanoan area. Pretty decent menu items along with drink options. My party was delighted with our food and the flavors came together so well. Would love to come back on the days they serve their lunch and dinner items.

I literally never eat out. I am always disappointed. I had a business meeting here and I loved it! I only wish they had more gluten free options tho!EDIT: I originally had given this place 5 stars. But I had to edit it because I have come back a multiple times after my first impression. When I order at Meraki, I literally have to have NOTHING going on or else I will be late. This place takes forever for food orders. So I started calling in my orders. When I do that, they leave the bre off my Meraki burger or when I get a lettuce wrap they stuff the to-go box with arugula and no wrap. I didn’t order a salad, I ordered a wrap. Another time I got Meraki fries and there was no garlic, Parmesan or garlic aioli. I frequented this place and I would have been a long time regular if they didn’t piss me off so many times in a row. So much potential with this place. But so over it. It is over priced anyways.

This review is mainly for the cafe. This is a Cafe with a lot of potential. Excellent, attentive and friendly service. We tried a cappuccino and a late this time and both were delicious. Dog friendly outdoor seating is available . A little bit of wall paint and a blackboard with the coffee menu would make this a 5 star experience.

So this is the new, LOCAL spot for coffee. This not a Starbucks folks! The ambiance is incredible with open air seating. The food is house made and brunch will be a delight. Also for people that would like a little kick in their coffee, you can create your own coffee alcoholic beverage. If you'd like a real treat try the espresso martini. The soft opening will be this weekend. This will be the local coffee spot in this community. Come give it a try and you won't be disappointed...

I had an iced latte, which was great -- smooth, rich, not the least bit bitter. I usually need to put sugar in coffee, but this one didn't need any sugar at all. I also tried the avocado toast with a fried egg. It was tasty and yummy, with really fresh ingredients. I got there just 45 minutes before closing, but I was warmly welcomed by the kind people behind the counter.

The garage system is ingenious, and with the alabaster walls, what a great example of modern Greek. Personable staff and a unique menu. My grandpa says hi.

First time there. Customer service was nonexistent. They don't do the pourovers anymore. Regular drip coffee was 5 dollars for a small cup and bitter as hell, even with milk and sweetener. K-cups in the machine at home taste better.
