I went to Menchie's with my daughter and granddaughters as part of a school fundraiser. While the staff was pleasant enough, some of their behaviors were concerning. The staff was a young man and young woman. The young woman, while sitting behind the counter, was applying eye makeup. She did this the entire time (30 minutes) we were there, other than for a few minutes when she was making out with her male co-worker. BTW, he looked stoned. The place was pretty dirty, too. The floors, tables and chairs needed to be washed. Probably a one and done for this business and me.

Love this location! The staff was super friendly and they had all the advertised flavors available. Tons of topping options and enough seating if it's busy. We'll definitely be back!

Love Menchie's but this location is so dirty. The workers unfortunately sit on there phone while the store needs some major cleaning. The floors are very sticky and the tables are dirty. Sadly it's been like this the last 2 times I've come in.

This menchie's is the worst men she's I've been to to take my kids to get some froyo and get to the front and the lady goes oh we don't take cash like really all your other menchie's takes cash why not this one do they not know how to count money that's ridiculous they should have it posted this is the only menchie's that does not take cash so if you guys carry around some cash don't come to this menchie's these girls over here don't know how to count money

Came in while visiting from out of town because my daughter absolutely loves menchies. Unfortunately this location was absolutely horrible. Young lady working couldn't be bothered from sitting behind the counter on her phone. Almost all flavors were low and not available. Made a comment about the few flavors and she just sat there on her phone. We decided to walk out without our menchies and get desert somewhere else.

Always a favorite spot to take the family or friends. Lots of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings and staff is always friendly and the place is clean.

My Kids were so excited when we pulled up to Menchie's last night. Without realizing the time, we walked in without a welcome or greeting. There was another girl in the shop shutting down the machines. She completely ignored us. My kids wanted to eat their frozen yogurt inside and sat at a table. When I went to pay the worker said, "I'm going to have to ask you to leave because we are closed." After I paid $25, I decided not to leave a tip. The worker made a comment "I appreciate that" (sarcastically). I asked him the time and he said it was 8:07pm. As the Vice President of a local business, I am very passionate about customer service. I would never ask my customers to leave, especially 7 minutes after closing. Please take this feedback as an opportunity to train your staff.

I couldn’t have had a better experience! This team member taking the time to ensure cleanliness in a store that is WOW clean. When you walk in, you are greeted with happy smiles! The store smells so fresh. The toppings and candy bar are fully stocked and organized. I will drive all the way from Northern Meadows just to go to this location! 10/10 recommend!

I couldn’t believe the price! I went into Menchie’s because I was craving something sweet and it sounded perfect. I didn’t put much yogurt in the cup, less than half the cup was full. I added one spoon of peanuts and one spoon of Oreo. I was absolutely shocked that it came out to be $7.07! Then of course they ask if you want to add a tip which I did. I won’t be back this is outrageously expensive!

Buyer beware. We came in tonight and it was filthy. Dirty cups over flowing in the trash, unwiped counters and tables, picked over/dirty toppings, even the scale was dirty. Worst of all the 2 employees were completely unconcerned and too busy visiting with friends.

The product is good but this location was absolutely unclean inside and out. See photos. When you come in the store there is nobody to greet you and everybody is in back out of sight the white chairs were all covered in black grime and tables were absolutely disgusting. Management needs to really work on improving the cleanliness of this location. Seems like I’m not the only one who has noticed this because there are other posts about this exact same thing.

I normally don't write reviews on Google that often, but the Menchies on Holly Ave. in ABQ NM has gone downhill fast!!! We used to go there ALL the time pre-covid. And now going there after covid I've honestly contemplated writing this place off for good, which makes me sad because this was my favorite yogurt place in the city. Whoever the manager/owner is at this location doesn't care and it's blatantly obvious. Everytime we've gone in there in the last few months, it's ONE teenager behind the counter who is overwhelmed with customers. So, that means they don't have time to fill the yogurt that's run out, the toppings that have run out don't get filled and above all, the counters where the toppings are always looking DISGUSTING. I went in there recently, there were toppings all over the counters and on the floors. My first thought was, if they don't clean the counters, an obvious area that's visible to everyone, what else don't they clean. Makes you second guess if you should eat the yogurt there if they don't even clean the general area. Very gross. Instead of hiring ONE teenager, how about hiring two. One could handle the cash register while the other refills toppings and CLEANS COUNTERS AND TABLES AND CHAIRS. Especially on the weekends where there's a higher volume of people who go in for yogurt. This place has turned into the Golden Corral of Frozen Yogurt, and that's not a compliment.

16 delicious flavors, 50 sweet toppings, clean bright colorful decor, friendly staff, indoor & outdoor seating, what's not to like? It's all smiles anytime anyone suggests Menchies and everyone is happy with the delicious concoction that they create.They even have a chalk board for the kids to write on and just got a huge connect four set to play with.The unique fun spoons are good enough to keep and fun to use after washing again and again in the dishwasher too.

I love a celiac safe place to grab dessert! Great customer service and tasty! It can be a bit pricey as it priced per ounce. If you fill your cup really full it will be heavier and costlier. But still worth it!

This place is disgusting. They do not clean frequently enough. I’ve been here multiple times to try and give it a chance but it is always dirty. The tables, chairs, frozen yogurt dispensers, everything is filthy. You definitely don’t want your children to eat here or touch anything inside.

Used to go here all the time but hiked prices up and never have all the yogurt machines full of flavors leaving limited selection. On top of this they have regularly been closing BEFORE their posted time which is an inconvenience when I drive all the way over there only to have the doors locked at 9:15 (even though the sign says they close at 10) employees then pretend not to see you as you try to open the door or flag them down to ask why the store is closed. Honestly disappointed used to be my favorite spot.

Great frozen yogurt shop. Priced by weight with many choices of toppings. I enjoyed the new West side location on Montano and Coors next door to Hastings. Pet friendly place.

Horrible! I had no idea there were so many people there till I walked in the door and only 4 of us out of 20, including the girl who work there, wore a mask! No social distancing, no masks, do they think the coronavirus is non-existant??Seriously! I.will be picking my yogurt up from the store from now on when I do my monthly grocery shopping!I will NOT shop where there is no masks or social distancing required!

We showed up and all of the flavors were completely liquid coming out of the machine. The person behind the counter just Shrugged and said it's hot. Wasted money. I wish U swirl would come back to the Northeast Heights

We just tried to go here on Halloween at 5pm. The door was locked and there were employees inside looking at people trying to open the door. They never came out and said they were closed but instead could be seen flipping people off through the window.

First time and it was really good. Really great selection of different flavors of froyo and toppings. I would reccomend for anyone to try it atleast once. You wont be disappointed.
