HAIR IN FOOD. We’ve all found hair in our food but I’ve never found a clump of hair like this! Went in on a Friday and the line took about 20 minutes to get our food. The people in front of me sent their food back, which should have been a sign, but I had already waited this long. When I got home I found this huge and disgusting clump of hair right as I opened the packaging. I called immediately and the manager told me he wrote down my info and to go in the next day and get my refund. Saturday comes around and I go to get my refund and they tell me they can’t refund me and there isn’t any info of me calling the day before. The manager and staff all asked multiple times if I want my order remade. I could not express enough how much I did NOT want my order remade because of how disgusted I was by my order. How does a clump of hair that big go unnoticed!? The manager told me he called his GM and she didn’t answer so I just asked him to have the GM call me directly. I get a call on Monday and the GM assures me that I will get my refund, I even offered more info than was asked to make sure I got my refund. I ordered on April 7, 2024 and talked to the GM on April 10, 2024. It is now April 19, 2024 and have not received any refund. Normally any company would refund immediately based on the circumstances, especially taking to a GM. I don’t normally write reviews and usually only do so because I really liked a place but this was just a horrible experience all together. The hoops I’ve had to go through to get a simple refund is rediculous.

As a person that has been to multiple locations. I would definitely say this is one of the better Establishments Everything was quick, easy clean and on point The customer service was a little indirect But it was relatively busy and The workers were kind of young, so it's to be expected. That is in no way saying the customer service was bad at all. They were all great.

Normally the food is excellent, however the last 3 times I've been to this location my instructions were not followed! I had to repeat myself at the speaker 3 times! I ordered the #7 sandwich turkey and provolone! I said No lettuce and No onions! I repeated myself 3 times and the person taking my order understood what I said. When I got home, I smelled the onions right away and the lettuce was there as well! It just so happens that I get sick when I eat onions and I've mentioned that, too! Apparently, I'm speaking a different language because they're not listening or paying attention because they've made the same mistake 3 times now! When the sandwich is made correctly and they listen its a great experience and tastes great, but when they don't it tastes bad and I get sick. Thankfully I looked instead of blindly biting into the sandwich. Please tell your employees to listen and pay attention better!Karl Schmitt

For lunch today I ordered a $10 regular #44 buffalo chicken sandwich. The chicken smelled bad and the sandwich was dripping too much sauce. On top of that the old lady at the fast food window put the tipping screen in my face before giving me the gross sandwich. Are you kidding me!? It will be my first & LAST visit to this place on San Mateo Blvd thank you );

Placed an order for a few subs. After placing my order, the person slicing meat asked me to repeat my initial order which was a giant 56. They had a lot of orders, gave us the cold sub, and then said they would call the grilled one out when it’s ready. When the called it out, I saw it was only half of what I ordered. I let them know, they said they’d make the other part. They called me up again and said they only charged me for a regular and charged me for another sub. I don’t mind paying, but having to pay extra was very upsetting. The employees were rude, the lobby was dirty, mats were still rolled up and left by the doors, it was just an overall very poor experience, and to have to pay an extra $5 on principal was very frustrating.

Great cozy sandwich shop with delicious hot and cold sandwiches. I ordered the chicken steak sandwich meal. It was excellent just like the service. It has a large tv screen to look at while enjoying your meal. Service is an extra plus ....friendly and pretty fast.

We have been driving around town all day and wanted to get a bite to eat. This was our first time stopping at Jersey Mike's. There subs are more on the expensive side, but their subs looked fresh and taste delicious! I'm satisfied we stopped in!

First time to Jersey mikes subs and I have to say that for fresh sliced on the spot subs this place is awesome. The price for a regular sized sub which is about 7 inches was adequate for what I got. The place was clean and not to noisy. For a lunch stop I have got to say that this was a great choice. Very friendly in my own point of view. A must for those that are looking for a fresh sub.

Had a really bad experience at this location. I did a pickup order through the Jersey Mikes app. When I got to the drive through, the employee told me my order had already been picked up. I told her nobody but me should have picked up that order. She said door dash picked it up. I said it wasn't a door dash order. She stopped responding and I assumed she went to get someone to help.About 8 minutes later, she comes back on and acts like I'm a new customer. When I told her it was still me and I still needed my pickup order, she reiterated that it had already been picked up. Said they gave my name and showed her the order. I start to respond, then she impatiently cuts me off and tells me to pull forward. I do and she looks at my order on my phone for a while. Then she says she needs to get her boss to come look at it.Boss looks at it and tells me that's weird and that her employee assures her that she was shown the door dash order. Boss asks if I had been given my sandwich already. I say no and the employee tells her it hasn't been remade yet. I did an online order because I only get a 30 minute lunch break. Due to all this nonsense, I was late getting back to work.If they messed up and gave my order to someone else, or if it was stolen, fine. Stuff happens. But the way this older lady acted like I was trying to scam them was really annoying. Jersey mikes customer service sucks. Sticking to Firehouse from now on.

Ordered ahead, and when I finally got to the window at the drive thru after waiting 10 minutes, they made me drive around again because my order wasn't ready. I ordered 1 mini sub only and got to the store slightly before the email said it would be ready.I just recommend not ordering ahead. It would be faster to order at the call box.

This location has very bad customer service, The workers are very rude and wasn’t helpful with the menu .. We also told them ! this was mines and my wife’s first time , and still didn’t change anything. Yeah the sandwiches are great an everything else but the workers are not friendly’

The food is good, not the cheapest sandwich around. You have to decide price over quality. The points help with that.The Sunday lunch crowd was coming in but there were breaks in-between where they could tend to cleaning things. The tables were wiped off, that is to say they got the big chunks, but not clean. The light from the windows shows everything. The floor was no better. We found the cleanest, dirty table we could. Cleaning is easy and makes a big difference.

Came in a few months ago and witnessed a customer who had been directed out of the drive thru and told to wait....she waited and waited and then understandably so came into store upset, only to have the manager tell her she hoped she got into a car wreck after she left. Thought I'd give them another chance but they still suck at EVERYTHING!!!!! Go to the location on Paseo Del Norte for a quality experience and better food

This Jersey Mike's is great! Not just because of the yummy sandwiches or nice drive thru, but mostly the level of service they provide. There is a wonderful lady by the name of Jone, that truly displays great customer service. Every time I go there to pick lunch using there drive thru, she is just so friendly and polite and just on point! Kudos Jersey Mike's for hiring a great employee!

It's such a shame. I love this place. Just ordered from there for lunch through door dash and both sandwiches were made wrong. I do not understand why putting a sandwich together is difficult. Extremely disappointed and now we can't eat lunch. We now have to spend more money to get food we can eat. It's upsetting. Can't say I'll go back to an establishment that not only can't read their receipts but also can't put together a sandwich.

My jersey Mike's chipotle steak was excellent. The two young ladies and the young man cooking were very professional. They had a bus load of boys get there a little before me,but my order was made quickly. I would definitely go back. 10/31/22 back again My Philly steak sandwich was perfect,Ariana the young lady that made my sandwich was so nice and professional. The whole staff was very polite.The dining and drink area looked well maintained. Definitely will return.
