WILL NOT RETURN UNTIL EMPLOYMENT IS ADEQUATLY TRAINED!Not friendly at all. It took 15 minutes when I was at the front of the line for them to even start my hot sandwich. Other customers kept getting their toppings as they have to awkwardly cut me in line.All this while no employee rings me up or asks me to stand aside. They just pretended I didn't exist so I walked out and they didn't seem to mind.Not the first time I received bad service here either. Hopefully in the future management can tighten up the staff!!

This was our first time here. My kids got a cold sandwich ( roast beef and provolone and turkey and provolone) and their sandwiches were good. I got the chicken cheese steak and it was ok. Not the best. But ok. I'm diffinatley going to try the cold sandwiches next time!

I been wanting to go here for a while since people have been raving about this place. Honestly this was very disappointing and not even toasted and they added mayo when I asked for no mayo. I rather go to subway for a decent selection of bread, toasted and greater selection of toppings. The Subs here are big and soggy.

Very nice experience. The staff was very courteous and friendly. They slice the meat right there when you order your sandwich. The regular size is about 8 inches, the giant is double that for a little less than double the price.

My favorite is the #12. It's not on the menu in restaurant, but you can ask for it or order on the app. Perfectly cooked roast beef, provolone cheese, and pepperoni. It's the sandwich you never knew you needed, but once you try it, you're hooked. We go here quite a bit and the workers are always friendly and accommodating. Make sure you join their Shore Points program. We earn free subs after only a couple visits, so it's free and well worth it!!Dietary restrictions: There are so many options. You can make any sub a salad or wrap. There's whit or wheat bread, and plenty of veggies for toppings!

Music way too loud they can't even hear you ordering maybe turn it down so people are not shouting thier order. The selection of sandwiches are good but I cannot handle thier food safety approach I am allergic to fish and they use the same knife to cut every sandwich or wrap and the residue juices and accompaniments to these items are just scraped off the cutting board into a drawer.

Don't waste your time. Showed up at 8 just hot sandwiches no bread for other sandwiches. Terrible service slow sandwiches just made ugly. What's funny is 3 personnel were on the clock. If you want a sloppy sandwich or no options come to this place

Been here twice got the Philly cheesesteak with the rosemary garlic bread was very good so different love the sauce only thing they can do better is add more peppers and garnishes etc but overall great sandwich! Prices are a bit pricey also

Not real thrilled with this location after today. The sandwiches I normally love but this one had maybe 1/4 of the meat, cheese and toppings it's supposed to have. Very disappointed I spent that much on a sandwich only to not get what I paid for. I'll stick to the San Mateo location from here on out.

Visited from way up north Montana and have only ever tried subway and jimmy John's. Friend recommended that I try Jersey Mike's only a thousand times since "its entirely better in every way". Well, after the staff dealt with my inexperience professionally, calmly, and kindly I was able to get a sandwich. And ho-ho-ho it must be Christmas because the sandwich was leagues better than any fast food sandwich shop I've tried to this date. My entire journey through this was clean, safe, friendly, and most importantly tasty :) thanks again to the manager who helped me, Juan. If you want a great first experience, I'd try here!P.S. I forgot to take a picture of my food :(

Always a delicious experience at Jersey Mike's. My personal favorite sandwich shop... Especially since Firehouse got bought by RBI. I also really appreciate how Jersey Mike's helps support the community and they don't blatantly advertise it. A really kind company with quality food. I only wish that they would pay their employees better for the work that they do, but the good news is that it is higher than minimum wage.Vegetarian options: Non-meat sandwich option

Had a fantastic experience at this location, far better than the Coors and Irving store, employees where quick and friendly, especially the tall guys Juan and Anthony who where working when I went by. I ordered four subs and two giants, and they absolutely knocked it out in no time. Lobby is always clean from the four times ive visited total, overall I'd say I've had great experiences at this store, and it makes it qorth the extra seven minutes to drive there. Wish there was a larger chip and cookie selection, but the sandwiches are phenomenal, and I always appreciative that after every sandwich they make, they clean their work station for the next one, even if multiple sandwiches are going to the same person.I'd say this Jersey Mikes is worth the visit, especially if your like me and have had distasteful encounters with other stores, these guys know what they are doing, and have never missed a beat. Thank you Jersey Mikes!

The staff tonight (and every night) are on point. I don't typically eat here simply because they're on the higher end price for a sub, but the quality is always amazing and the service is always friendly. I decided to eat here after a negative experience at a Subway down the road, and even though I arrived about 15 minutes before closing, I was able to order exactly what I asked for with no issue. The food was great, the service was fantastic, and it was an overall positive experience. Thanks to all the staff for taking pride in your work and delivering a filling sub that was well worth the price!

We went on the day they were donating all their proceeds to the special Olympics. That part was good. The sandwiches were good. It took them over a half hour to make sandwich #26. They made #7 in about 2 minutes. So, they had good intentions....

So tonight was definitely a good experience even know I ordered over the phone and got the wrong sandwiches. After returning home I opened the sandwiches and they were totally wrong. I was actually overcharged as well, but when I called the manager she was very helpful and turned the whole experience around. The food is always amazing and the customer service is top notch. It's rare these days to actually get good customer service, but if you ever have a problem they will fix it. A special shout out to the manager for making things right!

I ordered an order for delivery on the evening of 9-13-2020. I ordered via the Jersey Mike’s website. Apparently they used DoorDash to deliver. In any case they forgot one of my sandwiches. I called the store and they told my I could come down to the store to get it. I told them that defeats the purpose of having it delivered. I asked for a refund, to have my account credited. The person asked if I wanted the whole order refunded. I said that was up to him and what type of customer satisfaction he would like to provide. He said he would refund the entire order, which I thought was great. When attempting to refund my account, they said that there was a problem and they could not refund the account remotely, that I would have to come down to the store. Again, I told them that I am in a wheelchair, which is why I had it delivered, and that me going down to the store was not acceptable, as it was their f-up, not mine. Yes I did uses the F-word. Perhaps I should not have, but I did, as I was growing increasingly frustrated. During this time, the person on the other end hung up on me. I called back and said did you hang up on me? A different person said “Yes. You don’t need to be yelling at my employees. We refunded your card, so leave us alone”, then hung up on my again! I tried calling back to see if I could get a reference number to ensure that my money was refunded. They refused to answer the phone. I want to make certain that my money is refunded. Rest assured, I will definitely leave Jersey Mikes alone from now on. Additionally, I will tell everyone I know to leave them alone as well. I would like a call or email from the owner or corporate confirming that my money has been refunded.
