Went in to the store yesterday, and got attacked as I was walking up to the register. Angelique was staying I was someone who goes in there too still as me and my husband were going to pay. I felt harassed and attacked by this employee. She is rude and was ready to fight in the store. Worst experience ever. I will not go back there until this employee is no longer there

Typical Family Dollar though a bit crowded with merchandise which could be due to holiday stuff. Not a great selection of holiday items but some sale items are good prices. Staff there is really nice. Located in the same plaza with Walmart Neighborhood Market at 98th & Sage.

Store wasn’t open until 10 minutes after 9. There was a line of people waiting outside @9:05. When the store finally opened the cashier was on the phone on speaker talking to her boyfriend. The cashier did not speak to any of the customers. We were not greeted we couldn’t ask questions because her boyfriend was too important to hangup with. The shelves were not stocked in 3 months is what it looked like, cashier needs to find a stay at home job or one where she’s not dealing with customers. Worst experience I’ve ever had

Who every the store manager is you should know the ugly duckling chick you had cashiering (8/26 Friday evening) let everyone in line know your a “racist white woman” and that you think she gives her “homies hookup” which she did!! She also gave “I don’t get paid enough” attitude when a customer ask for a receipt!

I come shopping here alot even if I'm not allowed @ Walmart I still chance it to buy my goods here . Employee's and management are very helpful towards my needs. Thank you family Dollar 💵

I walked in and asked the cashier lady if they had vacuum stuff such as belts and bags and she straight up tells “I don’t know” very rudely. I said did you just start? And she said check the back. I went everywhere in the store looking and didn’t find any other worker to help me so as im leaving I smile at her she doesn’t tell me have a great day she simply gives me a dirty look. I called and asked for a manager and the cashier hung up on me. I work in costumer service and I know costumers can be annoying asking where things are but her rudeness was unacceptable. I wish I would have got her name.

I got pulled from the line at closing time, maybe 2 minutes before but the line was long. Another gentleman behind me followed and the cashier didnt greet or anything and just told me the price. The cashier walked after me telling the man to go back to the other line. It was rude, all to make sure the doors were locked after me...well after the gentleman who walked out and left his stuff.

Young kids running storelike to talk on the phone more than helping customers or cleaning the storefront,if you say anything to them about this they call you rude,hey I'm the customer I pay their hourly wage when I spend my money and time in this store, go home and have mommy diaper and powder your butt !!! leave the customer service to the grownups....please put customer oriented people in this store you may make a Buck on the sales and have a clean storefront lpossibly save on store theft who is minding the store?????any way this store is poorly run and left to the kids to run that are young and unmotivated they don't care about your store or your customers,so tell me who does????? Drive the few minutes down the road to the store on sage and under you will enjoy the experience!!!!!!

I was looking for a hat one day (cause my work requires I wear one and i forgot mine at home) but I couldn't find a regular one so I kept going back and forth in the aisle and I feel like one of the employees were watching me and following me but he never bothered to ask if I needed help.

Never answers the phone and when they do the manager gets on and is so rude!!!!! Why work in customer service is you have no customer service skills! Smh. I think corporate needs to come in and re-train and fire people.

Not from the area but the staff was super friendly in helping us find a laundry mat n answering questions we had! I wish I could remember his name, but taller guy w goatee is super awesome!

The place was big but I felt that it didn't have a lot of thing like other dollar stores. The employees just didn't want to help you find what you were looking for.

Terrible service, cashier was rude. On her cell ph while ringing me up. What was I think a mgr cut her friend ahead of everyone to ring up something. Poor service from top to bottom
