I spent $100. Last week and $60. This week They did not give me my receipts, either time. I went back tonight & was told no, come back tomorrow how many times do I need to go back to the store on Broadway. In Albuquerque? May I please have my receipts????????? That's not very nice! I give alot of buisness to this store. I have reason to believe,one of the employees are keeping receipts, so when he leaves at night he can shop for free.

I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW FOR MY WIFE BUT THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY RUDE HERE! SHE DIDNT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE MERCHANDISE MY WIFE WAS BUYING BESIDE WAS GIVEN DIRTY LOOKS BY MANAGEMENT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH CUSTOMERS WE BELIEVE HER NAME IS CRYSTAL TRIED TO FIGHT WITH MY WIFE OUTSIDE THE STORE THERE A HAS TO BE CHANGE HERE PEOPLE LIKE THAT SHOULD NOT WORK THERE WE WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN YOU MIGHT SPEND YOUR DOLLARS HERE BUT YOU WONT BE TREATED LIKE FAMILY!

The store layout is easy to figure out. I found lots of good finds for $5 or less. That includes a Wonder Woman mug that is color change and a phone case for my older phone (iPhone 7). I was so excited to not have to go looking at a mall kiosk and overpay for case for an old phone. Yeah! Now what I do complain about is that they had no phone chargers for less than $8. charging cords are cheap from China, where about 87.5% of these products in general come from. Stay safe and blessed ppl!

ANYBODY GIVING A GOOD REVIEW, IS LYING, & OBVIOUSLY WORKS FOR THEM OR ARE FRIENDS AND DONT SHOP HERE.....FYI.I begged workers to take my money and help me get food, I haven't eaten in two days.They kicked me out and denied me service even though I had money and begged them to take my money, and I'll go outside and wait.Such terrible ethicsI get to look forward to seizures all night, I have Petit Mal epilepsy.If I could give a negative rating I would.

The store is awesome. The lady who rang me up was awesome. Her coworker was so rude and nasty to every customer! The white guy with a Mohawk. He was even making his coworkers miserable! If he hates it that much...get a different job!

The manager was very rude to my 80 plus friend in the store and after leaving the store she came out to confront this elderly friend of mine and asked her if she had a problem with her! Really and 80 plus lady. This manager should be ashamed of herself. Karma, always remember...one day you will be old to. They had Christian music playing and my friend started to sing and she turned off the music. That store started looking nice at first but now its a mess and you can't get through the aisles where there is inventory sitting in the center of the aisles untouched. Been in that store 3 days and inventory is still in the same spot as the first day.

The employees are not properly trained to operate the cash register and don't have any customer service skills. Id love to contact corporate about the MULTIPLE unnecessary behavior and the disappointing leader ship!! Honeslty I don't have any words of enlightenment.

So far this location of Family Dollar exceeds my expectations. It's number 2 on my list of Family Dollar joints near the hood. The number one cool location of course is the one out on Gibson and the freeway. But this one is closer though not as spacious. Still, it's a great location, with friendly customer service folks, never crowded and generally well-stocked. It's only a 3 minute drive from downtown Burque and beats going in the other direction (west), a direction that is generally problematic in terms of overall excellence here in Albuquerque.

Although Family Dollar isn't as luxurious as it's larger big box stores and a lot of the time they have issues with crime, I think these stores provide adequate convenience and treatment to their customers. Great for affordable cleaning products and Hygiene items, not so great in healthy food or drink options. A walmart and speedway hybrid chain servicing lower income areas of the population. Finally, they excell at creating a one stop shop for families of all sizes and cultures.

Like all "dollar" stores, this one is a master of the rip off. This one doesn't honor their marked prices. Just because media is constantly bombarding us with the message that a little bit of dishonesty is okay, it doesn't mean we have to tolerate any degree of it. An item marked at $1.00 they wanted $1.25 for. I cancelled the purchase and left with nothing. Pretty confident I won't be stopping here again regardless of how convenient it may be.

Great convenient store as we've come to know as we across the US.Sad, because the lowlifes in that area have targeted it for vandalism and theft. What could be an asset to the community is being trashed like most of downtown Albuquerque.Clerks there were very nice and helpful! Good peeps!

Why is it normal for them to close the store for hours while they accept their delivery truck??? Is it like this at every location??? Family Dollar this is retail. Hire enough staff to maintain operations. You're losing customers

This Dollar Store was great when it first opened I am a frequent shopper, the last 3 week's I have gone especially today the shelves are empty, I mentioned it to the young man who checked me out his, response was he does not have time to stock. That store is a mess. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE

good family ollar lots of selection some of the best range of nail polish colors ive ever seen and for cheap nice clothing selection real frienldy staff it can be a bit pricier than youd expect its not like family tree but its still cheap the stores got some battle scars like a broken glass door with a wooden board over the door but like hey thats burque especially out here on broadway still a p safe place and wotrth the shop

It newly made store has everything and a lot of sales . The manager is very nice, I have get good customer service every time. Just need a lot organization it's kinda messy .

Will never give them my Business they never have works and if they do they don’t know what there doing asked a worker today and he told me he dint know and it take forever to get checked out they will have one cashier and have a line for days plus there prices are more expensive than stadium #YOULOSTMYBUSINESS
