It was very straightforward. Discounts on move in, clean units, many sizes, easy access, and a convenient location. There's only so much a storage unit can do to earn 5 stars... what really made it great was the customer service. legion Aten he was always cheerful and helpful and would explain anything you needed. The office had packing tape, boxes, bubble wrap, and even padlocks. He gets 5 stars!

This place is a scam. I decided to store my items here for the last 8 months since I'm stationed at Kirtland and figured it would be convenient. I somehow overpaid last month for both February and March and I don't owe until April (I have payments on autopay so I'm not sure how this happened, they charged me 2 days in a row and it's on my bank statement). This was shown on the app as well when I had checked at that time and it stated I don't owe until April 11 and now it shows I'm overdue since 2/11. I explained this to the woman working the front office when I was moving out of my unit and she threatened me (stating I still owe money when I don't) that it would be sent to collections. I've already spoken with 3 different reps about this and all I receive is attitude back. Unprofessional company. I haven't had any issues until now and I assumed it would be an easy move out and it's the exact opposite. I've threatened with taking legal actions if this isn't resolved. I don't recommend this business at all. Save yourself the hassle choose a different company to store your items.

Extra space storage on EuBank is the only storage placed I have used to store my personal belongings when I have moved and for just to keep the things my place has no storage for. The manager at the store, Legion, has been professional, kind and informative. He made sure he went over all of the policies so there was no confusion about my bill or the policies. I will use them over and over and go now where else. They treat you as top priority and have been there to help w any issues and suggestions within company guidelines that I may have arise if i am in a bind. The facility is kept clean and the price for as big as the units are reasonable. I will choose extra space storage Everytime I need storage space. They do a stellar job.

We had an issue of changing the units intoSomeone else name with the the original owner of the storage having to Daley a power of attorney we were told this would take days before we could gain access to the unit Legion went above and beyond to get this taken care of the same day an we are greatly appreciative for everything Legion has done to get this done!!!!
