Edward was excellent. I would recommend him to anyone looking for invest and life insurance advice. He was great about explaining my policies and giving advise that made since to me so I could make educated decisions about my future and how i want my investments to be handled.We discussed our life insurance policies and again he made it easy to understand and i feel very comfortable with the changes and decisions we made for our future. He had no problems with all my questions and took the time I needed. I am very happy to have him handling my accounts and appreciate his time and knowledge. He is wonderful! Thank you Edward!

I have had State Farm ever since I could drive, but I have never been impressed with my agents...until now. I've been with Edward for years, and words cannot describe how amazing he has been to me for the past few years! Edward and his agency have always been a phone call or email away anytime that I have needed him, and they have always been so fast to respond! I’ve literally been a customer of Edward dunn’s state farm since 2013, I have a lot of different policies with them. And I am very happy with their services. I’ve met with Edward and wife, and they’re his crew in person, and regularly speak to them about stuff I need to get dealt with. They are helpful, and they check up and make sure that the process is going smoothly. I do recommend them, I’ve had other insurance agents, and I really haven’t felt that taken care of. But these guys make sure I’m taking care of, and do a great job of it. They’re always friendly, and they have a lot of different services.

To start off.. I called this office after a quick google search because my old State Farm agent had dropped the ball on SO many policies for myself and clients. I HAD to find another way to do it. I was greeted by their front desk person who transferred me to Pat.Pat answered all my questions and continued to follow up with me. When it comes to insurance, I do not take this issue lightly. Liability is not something I want for myself or my businesses. So I don't mind the follow up which Pat does VERY well.Mr. Edward Dunn, if you're reading this Pat deserves a raise, a chocolate cake and plaque on the wall. THIS is how you "customer service" and nothing short of it.

I called the Ed Dunn Agency to help me get a commercial general liability policy and a workman's comp policy. Ed Dunn thought I did not need the workman's comp policy but I insisted since it was for a new customer. Stephanie Flores immediately expedited my wishes and within 24 hours I was able to email both policies to my customer. However Ed Dunn was correct that I did not need the workman's comp policy and Stephanie immediately filed paperwork to have the policy withdrawn. I put the company through many unnecessary hoops. They are a very expedient, efficient and friendly team. Certainly a five star company!! Kudos to the Ed Dunn Agency, place for all your insurance needs.
