Our best experience yet at an Albuquerque area groomer. Our scrappy Benji style mutt needs regular grooming and he’s not always nice about it. These guys have handled him really well. The cut is not always perfect, but at least the dog is happy to go to the groomer again!

Liz dod such an amazing job I'm am attaching before and after photos they are super kind at Duke City Doggery my baby is not a easy dog to groom he can be aggressive but she had no problem with him. She I highly recommend there have been 3 geoomers that hace not been able to groom my baby but Liz had no problem. Not only that but they have great prices and amazing service. My elderly dog is very particular about who grooms her and after her first time there, she went back and said goodbye to the groomer Syd! That made me so happy to see my Molly was treated with respect!

I have gone here a few times but I will never go there again. I witnessed the young lady bathing a lab puppy being aggressive and impatient with puppy. I saw the dog jump out of the tub still hooked while she was bathing it and she got upset and put in a kennel where the puppy was crying. She then tried to cut my dogs nails and he was growing so she got all upset and said she can’t do this and went outside to smoke. I told the owner if that were my puppy she was treating like that I would have done something. I was hoping the owner of the puppy came back so I could tell her about it. Be careful taking your pets there or do not leave them unattended if you do.

My Maltese is very anxious and Liz is so sweet with my Sadie.Grooming is fast so dogs don’t have to stay long and I really appreciate that. I am disabled and they carry Sadie from and to the car if I need help.❤️

Was very skeptical of where I wanted to take my puppy for her first groom. Someone at the dog park told me that this place was pretty amazing. And they held up to there word I am beyond impressed. The staff is so kind and helpful with any questions I have about what food is best for my dog honeycomb. To the time and care put in to grooming her. They call ahead or text to make sure I know about her appointment. And they even helped me choose which harness was the best one for her. They said the would do more research for me and find out which one would be the best choice for her the lady took pictures of honeycomb and let me know she would get back to me once she found out answers. If that's not good customer service I don't know what is. Please help bring lots of customers into this pleasant amazing dog store! It deserves every star! Thank you staff you truly are amazing. Keep up the hard work! I'm sure anyone that visits will love this place! I highly recommend!

I've taken both my senior dogs here and both have double coats. When they were done my dogs looked amazing! I also had them put a bow and bandanna on them, loved the bow they put on my baby! so cuteee

Just moved to the area and I went to Duke City for my dog's first away-from-home wash. It is so hassle free, I love it. Pop in, wash and dry the dog, and pop out. I do feel bad about all the hair my Australian Shepard leaves behind, but not having to clean up afterwards is part of the lure for me. I love the products provided for the wash too. I hope to remember to pick some up to bring home during our next visit.

I’ve been coming to Duke City for two years. Maddie is so wonderful with my dog and does what I ask or makes suggestions as needed. I like that there are not a bunch of doggies in cages crying to go home. And they have some awesome products!UPDATE: Still coming to Duke City with Rocky. Madi takes great care of both of us and is beyond accommodating. I moved across town, but. Still make the drive because they are Fantastic!

Love the people there. They did a great job washing and de-shedding my Rottie, as well as clipping his nails. Their self service is really nice as well. They give you everything you need and are very helpful. They even recommended a better leash for him that has worked out a lot better for me.

We did the Self Doggie Wash. The staff was super helpful and really nice. Would definitely visit again. A staff member has her dog there and she was very well mannered and very happy. I feel like observing people with their own animals tells you a lot about how they will treat other animals. I would feel comfortable with my dogs being dropped off in their care.

I have only had my dog groomed here once, so hopefully my future experiences with this groomer will be just as good!They did a good job with my pup and got him nice and clean, smelling nice and seems like fully de-shed as well. Also included nail trimming.I was extremely pleased that I was able to schedule an appointment for him quickly and they are the only groomer here in town I've gone to that was about to get him in and out in less that ~2 hours. STOKED about that! Most other places I've gone to he has had to sit there all day. :( Which neither of us like.All the employees I interacted with were super friendly to both me and my dog and seemed happy to be taking care of him.The place itself seems clean and well kept from what what I can tell!

They are the best! They took care of my two old dogs Eddie and Ozzie with cancer, so gentle with them and when they passed, I got two more rescue dogs, Frito and Chito age 5 and I’ve never seen such happy dogs. I LOVE this place, and definitely the people in it make it more special.

My dog Chucho was treated horrible by his last groomer. I took him to Duke City, and they took their time with him. He was so scared when I dropped him off. When I picked him up, he was happy and himself. He wasn't stressed out like he was before with the other groomer. Thank you for taking such good care of my Chucho and giving him a great experience.

Duke City Doggery is the best place to take your dogs to get groomed. They only do 1 dog at a time from start to finish so the dogs are never put in crates. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Have been going there for yrs. I would highly recommend that you give them a try.
