Three women returning from a lunch, and the car wouldn't start! Called Lincoln Emergency Road Service, and within minutes, received a text saying that a service was on the way. Although it took a little longer, Josh appeared. He opened the hood, checked and found that my battery was extremely low. He connected his equipment, told me to start the car, and the problem was solved! He was very polite, friendly and carefully explained how I should drive home. Josh made me feel calm and confident about getting home safely without further incident. Best roadside assistance with a great young man.

Scheduled a tow to the dealership.. they dropped off the car without the keys. The dealership had no idea the car was delivered. We sat in the waiting room all day for the keys to be delivered. We were told the driver couldn’t deliver them because he had to be at his kids school.. then we were told the manager would deliver them at 4:30. The keys were just dropped off at 5:20pm right before the service department closed.We weren’t offered an apology or anything.

Above and Beyond!!! Nathan, a mobile mechanic was on a call and noticed our predicament and potential safety issue as we had a dead car in the center lane of Valencia, at night. Unsolicited, Nathan stopped and helped us off the road, then stuck around to troubleshoot the issue; Loose screw connection. He stay by until we left. Amazing ethic, heart and knowledge. Thank you Nathan!!

My daughter had a flat tire and Dugger's was used by my insurance co. as the roadside service. Within minutes I got a call from them saying they were on the way, they arrived 15 minutes later to her location and had her on the road with her spare 10 minutes later. Friendly tech and FANTASTIC service - definitely top of my list for future needs!

Had the worst roadside assistance experience. They made us wait 4 hours after being told we will have someone help us in 1.5 hours. After multiple missed deadlines, when asked for an accurate time estimate, the operator just cancelled the request and asked us to find someone else.THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE COMPANY EVER

My bike, a BMW 2021 RT is still sitting in my driveway. The dispatcher says the driver was too obese to load it, after THE DRIVER TRIED TO HAVE MY WIFE HELP HIM LOAD A 600lb BIKE. I wasn't there - thank god. I call the dispatcher, and she just "cancelled my ticket" no attempt to make other arrangements at all. Nada. The guy too obese to run a tow truck then left it blocking my garage. Dispatch would probably blame my wife for this part. I wish I could run my clinic by only picking easy patients. I didn't deserve this. I'll let insurance sort it out. Thank you "tow company".Services: Motorcycle towing, Special vehicle towing

Terrible roadside assistance service that does not seem to operate 24 hours a day. On October 28th I got a flat tire on the freeway after 7pm, waited for several hours to finally be told by Duggar’s a driver was in route (I waited for the estimated ETA time to elapse with no sign of the driver). I even called them to ensure they knew my location, and it seemed like they did.Then after another hour of waiting past the estimated ETA I called my insurance and they attempted to switch companies, but unfortunately I ended up getting stuck with Duggers again. From 11pm to 11:50pm I waited and called again, the lady on the line told me someone should be arriving in 15 mins (I saw it showed the driver was en route on the live map). After 30 minutes elapsed still no one showed up… I tried calling them around 12:30pm with no response. After 1:30 am my insurance tried getting a hold of them with no luck either, so my insurance ended up switching me to a different company and I got service from the other company fairly quickly in comparison (within 30-45 minutes).After over 6 hours of waiting with no service, I don’t recommend Duggers to anyone.

Very unpredictable. Following an accident, which left my car inoperable, they said no more than 60 minutes. After 75 minutes, I called and was told it would be another hour. 60 minutes later, I was told 20 minutes. Then the driver called me and said another 45 minutes.

Looks like they ran my vehicle into a large tree on their way to the shop. Presumably didn't clear the tree and drove under it causing it to hit and substantially scratch my vehicle. Guy who picked it up was nice enough, but that's besides the point when you damage and scratch the paint like this. Definitely wouldn't recommend if you like your clear-coat.I try to take good care of my vehicle and I had literally just treated some minor scratches on my hood a few weeks before I had it towed. I did it myself, it was a lot of work and took a lot of time. Thanks Duggers for undoing everything I did, and for scratching the roof lights.

The worst service I have ever received by a company paid to help stranded drivers. My insurance company requested them to bring me gas and the person there cancelled my ticket and I ended up having to call an uber to bring me to a gas station after 2 hours of sitting on the aide of the road.

This is how the Drivers park and treat people on the road. Blocked in by this driver who was in smiths shopping. Blocked us in! When we confronted him outside and asked “is this how your company parks to run inside for groceries?” No response from driver. Opens his door into our side. Hitting our car and drove off. Called the company and someone was supposed to call us back to no response. 10/10

This is absolutely the most disgustingly cruel and unprofessional towing company I've ever in my life dealt with they were absolutely the rudest and most hateful people have spoken with in a business that's supposed to be a professional business in my life! The woman I spoke to about my vehicle that was stolen and the officer who found it did not call me to let me know I got a letter in the mail from Duggar's saying they're putting a lien on my vehicle and when I contacted them the woman was unbelievably cruel rude hateful and bitter just flat out stating that APD didn't have to even contact me at all in regards to my car being found and that I am responsible by law to pay in full the amount owed for how long it had been there which was already almost 2 weeks by the time I had found out they were unwilling to work with me on anything just flat out hateful and rude cruel!!Service: Special vehicle towing

Ambrose was exceptional with his service. Very patient and helpful with the towing of my vehicle. This guy has very good situational awareness and knows how to speak with people. I appreciate his help. I know his job is just to pick up vehicles and. drive them to their destination, but this guy goes the extra mile. I am still waiting for a response after 2.5 hours of being advised that someone will contact me as my 2022 Nissan Pathfinder and I are waiting for Duggers to contact me back due to a battery I purchased that has gone dead less than six months of buying the battery. Very disappointed regarding the lack of service and follow thru. I’m waiting patiently at 1:45 AM in the Sprouts parking lot as I’m still waiting on hold for someone to assist here in Peoria AZ.Service: Battery service
