I came here sometime last year during holiday, and it was such a mess! But also very busy. Today I needed some things and figured I would give this store a second shot since I was close by. And I’m glad I did! I walked in and immediately saw a huge difference from the last time I visited this location. Although, they don’t have a wide selection, everything was clean, organized, and the cashier was really friendly as well!

Store was clean, well stocked, and mostly well organized. There were lots if Christmas items for sale when I went in early December 2023. I found some cool holiday activity books and a fun sticker book. I wish Dollar Tree was still DOLLAR Tree, but $1.25 is still a good price for some of the items in the store.

Love this place employees work real hard to keep this place up but it's hard without the help from their loyal customers!! Help keep dollar tree tidy so there's more on the shelves for us!!!

This location is so-so. Stock selection is average to below average. Store frequently has a line to checkout because there is never enough employees.

I always love dollar tree, it is a place to go around shopping for daily items for dirt cheap. I almost never leave here empty-handed or unhappy. Everything is pretty much fully-stocked, but due to the fact that it is a dollar tree do expect the occasional homeless person camping by the entrance of the store. I also wish the interior of the store could be just a tad cleaner, but that's just a personal opinion.

I'm a Dollar Tree G All Day Everyday and those that Know me Know This Well.I can go to Dollar Tree and literally spend 3 hours just mosing through the store and finding new hidden treasures and just an awesome n amazing selection. They always have new products and Many new things to discover and All for a $1 like WOW 😲 mind blowing it is🤯. They have Very friendly staff with Great Customer Service and they go Above and Beyond just what you Might Expect. 10 Stars I'd give them. On the Real. Everyone there is just fabulous! Thank you guys! You're doing a Great Job and I Appreciate Each and Every One of You! 💯

One worker for a huge store of people and a line down to the back. A heavier man come in walks to a register and walks towards the back somewhere then comes back minutes later and goes to the office with a window im assuming that's the office anyway. But why not jump on after clocking in and helping the older lady..well older than me but still her age don't matter. She was polite and wasn't frustrated even for dealing with a lady whose toddler was crying throughout the store the entire time. The loud African American lady was talkative and kept the cashier motivated and in a good mood so that was cool the guy behind was polite to the cashier as was I . She did amazing and I wish I had her name but I was there Tuesday 09-11-2022 checked out at 5:12pm oh receipt says her name. Tina Marie Thank you Ma'am keep up the amazing attitude and goo luck with thise screaming kids I promise you My 5 have never and will never give any retail people a headache because they were taught right todays kids are spoiled brats. Happy Halloween and after Happy Holidays!

Went here for a few party goods and they were pretty much out of balloons. I was only able to get three birthday balloons, all different kinds and after gathering "all" That I needed, there was only one cashier. After waiting ten minutes, they finally opened up another register. I could've traveled the extra mile to the next location if I knew it would've been this bad.

Like many Dollat Tree's, this location is hit or miss as far as cleanliness and inventory being where it should. Typically there are boxes all over the place with stuff waiting to be stocked while some isles are bare and others over flowing. I will say however the folks who work here have always been nice and get you checked out quickly.

Longest check out lines with normally only one employee working. Store is so busy it's never stocked like the more organized dollar tree stores in the NE. But everyone loves buying items for $1 so you get what you pay for I guess! Hopefully another dollar tree opens nearby to reduce the overcrowding at this site.

First off the cashier that was ringing us up was holding up the line too bad mouth the store as well as other team members also we had a question about a product and he said he had to page a manager but yet refused to page a manager tried calling and still didn't get the info I was looking for.

I purchased $67.00 in items and a total of 4 large paper bags. I wasn't allowed to take my bags in a basket. The cashier witnessed that I was having a difficult time, attempting to take my bags. He didn't offer help or call someone to assist me. It was HORRIBLE AND EMBARRASSING!! I almost was going to ask for a refund and not buy anything.The bags ripped, it was so unprofessional and disturbing. I walk with a limp, need a knee replacement. I'll probably not go back. Contemplating in contacting private counsel.This was store in Albuquerque NM, 98th st.

Parking lot and exterior window sills had trash everywhere. None of the employees were friendly nor asked if I needed any assistance, even though they clearly saw I was searching for something. The cashier didn't ask if I wanted a bag, she just handed my purchase to me.

Seems like this store is not organized. I feel like the staff do not care nor does management. There is stuff everywhere, staff is rude and people always talking about someones drama. They really never have product and stuff is just thrown everywhere.

Always fun to stop off at Dollar Tree so do what they have. Picked up a couple of things and when the line got long they opened up another right away so the wait wasn't so bad.

Tonight the worst customer service ever. I try not to go to dollar tree, but gift wrapping paper is cheep there. I waited at the empy check out for about 5 minutes. A clerk walked by a few moments before, but just ignored me. Finally another clerk strolls up, and no "sorry about the wait" or nothing.

Can't take shopping carts out of the store so it's very hard to shop here with a baby. The cashier said the wheels would lock up but it didn't actually appear that there was a lock mechanism on it. They said the reason was that shopping carts were disappearing. That's probably true but I doubt the customers are doing that. Maybe if they would frequently collect the carts from the parking lot it wouldn't happen so much.

This store has a strange policy of keeping your original receipt for an exchange done regardless of the amount of items on the original receipt. Mind you no stores on the westside, northeast heights or Albuquerque proper have these policies. Only the store (and I'm guessing 'stores') that serve a high population of Hispanos. Coincidence? I don't think so. The staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, and the stock is always the worst in the city.

Very clean and organized. The staff was very helpful and showed great teamwork skills. When the lines got to long staff jumped right in to minimize the wait. Great customer service.
