12/15/23 @ 8pm I stopped in for a few items. As I was checked out by the cashier, Shannon who works there noticed a homeless man who was talking to himself & pacing in circles. Shannon noticed & asked if she could walk me to my vehicle since I had a few bags of items. It was closing time , dark & cold outside & yet Shannon went out of her way to make sure I her customer was SAFE.An act of kindness goes so far. I am very Blessed for Shannon considering the moment we walked out the man was harassing us for Rolling papers & following us closely all the way to my vehicle yet Shannon was literally risking her safety for mine. General Dollar, you have one hell of an Employee working for you who obviously goes above and beyond for your company.

The employees have great customer service/ attitudes, which def says something given all thieves prob have to deal with . Some of the “nicer” places could probably take note on their customer service. my only complaint is I think corporate or management could make an effort maintaining the property , kind of an eyesore of the area

Worst thing that could have happen to our neighborhood. Family Dollar was never like this. This place has attracted the wrong crowd,never keeps up, always trashed. Talk about no effort not caring. This is just Today other times can be worst

The woman that came to my face saying that I needed to get out of her store just because I was arguing with my boyfriend. But she came at me like unprofessional mattered. And then this black guy came outside and locked her in the store. Because she had the nerve to say that you look like a man. And at least I have a house and a job. U homeless B**** I don't appreciate her saying comments like that but that's not good. Customer service skills. I don't care what anybody has to say. But she was very rude, and she did not approach me in. A very positive and customer service mattered. She could have easily told me. Can you please not argue over here and take it somewhere else? But no, she told me get the f off. The property and away from my store. She wasn't even the manager either. She was one of the cashiers. She was a tall cashier skinny, and she had sharp eyebrows.

This is a nice convent store to have in the area however the amount of trash and poor landscaping makes this place look ghetto. The barren parking lot east of it doesn’t help either as homeless tents and RV’s park there days at a time. There were plans to put shopping stores in the area which would have gone well in the neighborhood instead it’s a forgotten wasteland now and it only seems to get worse.

Trash all over the place outside. When it’s like this they need to have employees get out there and pick it up. Plain laziness is what it is!Horrible location. Always getting robbed. It got robbed once when I son was shopping in there so I know . They need security because of all the thieves. They need more employees and seems like they can’t keep their employees cause there are always new ones. When you can’t keep employees working or happy, then you have a problem

I went to this dollar general in order to grab some things quickly on the way to work. The parking is a tiny bit confusing as to where the entrance is but very easy to get in and out of.The door is off to the side of the store from where parking is but still very easy to find. I’m not sure exactly why they positioned the building the way they have. Windows seemed like they were not cleaned recently but it had just rained so that could be why that is.Inside the store was well cleaned. I only saw one employee there but that seems standard for a place like dollar general. It was very easy to find what I was looking for and I’m sure I could have asked if I needed any help finding anything. Prices are slightly above Walmart but that is to be expected.

Didn't find what I was looking for, but that always happens when the store only has so many of the items that are on sale. They advertise an item and it's gone the same day. It's advertised for about a week sometimes, but you can go the same day it goes on sale and they are all gone. They should have plenty in Stock to have for the whole sale. Then you get people who buy more than they need. Not to happy about that, maybe they need to put a limit on the items.

Awful, as usual. Your stores are a total disaster, in disarray and always full of boxes and trash in the aisles... And your employees are miserable, have you ever heard of CSR?!?! I vow to never shop at your stores again, I'd rather go elsewhere, even if it's a bit more expensive, your products are cheap and they are just smaller than what you get at the regular stores, so technically you're more expensive

Great stoor to buy what you need in a hurry, and when you just feel like getting random cheap things. The employees there work very well together. I'm there atleast once a week.

Messy... very messy. Outside and inside. The cashier didn't greet us in any way or make eye contact when we were checking out. I wish they had self check out. I would've had a better customer service experience.

Dollar general 86th/Bridge...first the Customer service was underwhelming, the place a mess, and the shelves were EMPTY. I went in to buy about 6 items and they were out of 4 of them. It Looked like all the stock was on the floor, i asked for a certain item and they said to try back tomorrow to see if they ended up stocking it. Then to top it off. I paid half cash/card and they charged my card the full amount. Wont go back unless i have no choice.

Pretty ladies ,good service,friendly, in stock...could be a little fluffier shinier but I'm guessing the neighborhood customers aren't as respectful and considerate as they ought to be when they shop... Great selection of inexpensive clothes and underwear!!

It clearly show that it closes at 10pm. I’ve went multiple times this past week around 9pm and they’re always closed. If they changed the hours they need to update this. I have went around 9 pm and couple months ago and they were open. So i don’t know if they changed their hours or they just closing early for their convenience.

They never have anything and all the time I go in the shells are never stocked and I go there a lot. This used to be a good store but now it’s just sad.

The employees are rude. There is trash everywhere. Will never go back. me and my husband walked out and had 5 cops that had us at gun point. We did nothing wrong.

Pot hole that can give ur car trouble when u drive over it. You bring it up to the workers, "it belongs to the city." City says, pothole belong to dollar general? Who's responsible? If this happened up on tramway, the people wouldn't of put put up with this. It be on the news.

Store exterior was filthy with garbage. Inside all of the isles we're not stocked but filled with pallets and racks of unstocked items. Only one employee at the register I could see didn't find what I needed. Left empty handed.

They got all kinds of microwavable foods, cereals that are a $1.00. Some items like chips and pickles are a $1.00 or 0.50 cents less. Noice!
