We spent $42.10 on the 2 most disgusting meals ever. We ended up throwing away all of our food. We want a refund for the disgusting food we were given. Had we realized how nasty the establishment was when we walked in, we wouldn't have ordered. Also, the employees were wearing their house slippers! If corporate doesn't shut down this location, your name will forever be ruined. Absolutely gross!

Update: Despite the response below, Dickeys corporate has not responded to my email attempts.The $30 three meat plate for delivery. I called about it and was completely belittled and gas lighted to try and be told this is pulled pork, brisket, and burnt ends. It's microwaved dog food.

Got the double charge finally refunded this week, only took 2.5 months, yay!-------------------------Been there a few days ago. Food is as expected. Service is appalling. Their card reader does not work. Was told to slide card more than once, and if charged more than once, to dispute the charge with the credit card company. I was charged twice for the same order and am wasting my time disputing the charge. The atmosphere - looks like the place is on the brink of closure.

Took forever to order online because they wouldn’t take my or my husbands credit card. So I had to set up Apple Pay and put my credit card on there. It accepted that. But had to redo the order like 5 times. It was a mission just trying to order and pay. Wouldn’t just let me pay when I got to the restaurant. I’d understand if it was a $100+ order, but it was $36. Definitely not worth that much though. The fries are soggy, greasy, and mostly skin. For $5, I’d expect more than half a handful. Ribs were dry and only had 3 small bites of meat on them. Rolls were tough and gross. Mac and cheese was dry. Brisket was dry. Loaded potato casserole was brown and gross. No napkins or utensils in the bag. I guess you don’t need them since everything has been sitting under the heat lamp all day. Husband had to convince the cashier to give us a soda we paid for. The best thing of the meal was the soda. Definitely don’t recommend this “Legit Texas BBQ”

10/17/2021 4:15pm.This location is in need of a manager or owner who performs quality control and who organizes the staff and their duties.The staff right now are nice and courteous, they greeted me right away. The young lady was overwhelmed because the previous crew did not stock or prepare food for the dinner rush. They were out of a few side that I originally wanted.The biggest issue here are all the dead flies on the dirty window seals. Dozens of them. I couldn’t take more pics because there were others eating near by and I didn’t want them to become aware of how nasty the windows are.The condiment station is filthy. The napkin holders are right about it as well so I’m sure that’s not sanitary. I did not want to see what the bathroom looked like… the Brisket was great tasting but I won’t come here again.

Arrived on Wednesday afternoon around 4:00 pm and stood at the front counter for nearly 5 minutes before any employee even noticed we were there. We were the ONLY customers in the restaurant and we couldn’t get anybody to take an order. Finally, after shouting “is anybody working here,” a female employee arrived at the front and informed us they were out of brisket, so we ordered a 1/4 pound of chicken, sausage, and pulled pork. How is a barbecue joint out of beef?! I don’t blame the employees, but is clearly a lack of due diligence by upper management. Anyway, this order was far too complicated for the employees working there and it took more than 15 minutes for the employees to put food that was already cooked into to-go containers when we were the only customers there. Absolutely awful service and a 100% complete lack of management or supervision. Go somewhere else.

Very mediocre experience. Walked in around lu chtime and the staff was really kind of unpleasant. I wanted to order some meat but they said they were out. (Except for sandwiches). The meat was tasty but the bun was gross and the fries were wayyyy overcooked plus there was no sauce on the sandwich. I'll give them a second try soon and update my review if necessary.

The Dickey's BBQ on 1410 Wyoming Albuquerque NM is the most disgusting carryout food I have "ever" experienced! The brisket was extremely dry and stringy. 1/2 of it was fat cap. It was like eating crewing gum. The Mac & Cheese must have been on the steam table for days! The cheese was brown and the macaroni was mush. I cannot believe I wasted $60 on this pathetic meal. It's going into the trash were it belongs.

Went to Dickies at Wyoming and Constitution for lunch with a friend. Got 1/2 lb pulled pork with a side of BBQ beans and it was delicious. The meat is a touch dry on its own but the spicy sauce makes it pop. Enjoyed the bread as well.

Their quick. Quite the price, and customer service is at a slow but friendly pace. I'm a 12 year veteran of food service, and what I really look for in a place of eatery, they offer paper plates plastic ware and the occasional napkinsBut the place today is a ghost town. My wife and I arrived, to my surprise, the only ones here. Then they had GrubHub with a order, and two more couple's. Other than that, I'm giving this place a 3/5 🌟's.

I thought it was just the i25 location that was horrible. This one sucks just as bad for catering. Missing items, brisket cut into 2 inch blocks instead of sliced. Just don’t bother.It’s management not the franchise

Ordered dinner, the waitress had to ask three times what sides we wanted since she couldn’t remember. When I politely asked that turning down the volume on the TV would maybe make for more accurate communication, she replied by saying that it’s just on all day. The meat was good, the coleslaw was old. Ah well, we tried it.

The food is good when they cook it right, I'm a big fan of Dickeys BBQ, but these locations in ABQ have lazy unhappy employees who give you a unpleasant experience. They lick their chops while preparing your food and make a mess packaging it to go. I have observed them eating food while making you wait for yours. The brisket is the best but they are price gouging the public. Hit them up early because at night they have limited options. It's way over priced for what little you get for your money. Fact's

Alright I'm giving it 4 stars because the first time I ate there is was awesome, but the second time time the meat was pretty dry. The Green Chile sausage and french fries are awesome all the time.
