They have been taking care of our 4 legged babies for many years. Although groomers and ownership has changed we love how they continue to care for our puppies ( now 17 and 14 yrs old!!). They also continue to update and improve! 💞🐩🐕. We drive across town because we trust Sam and the team completely!

The groomer did a terrible job today on our golden doodle. I told him to take 1 inch of hair off and he did not even listen properly and took his whole coat off. Now my poor dog has to bear the cold without his hair. I was so posed at them. He then started giving excuses about hair being matted on the legs while not on the body. I just don’t understand why he did not consider the winter while doing the grooming and hair cut. I would never take my dog there again. Our neighbors had the same experience with them .

We are thrilled with the grooming and Taylor! We are new customers and it went perfectly, the hair cut is awesome and the staff is wonderful! Yay! Huck gives this place a thumbs up. 🐾🐕‍

Hit and miss on grooming well or doing all they advertize for grooming, but charge anyway. You need to watch nail trimming being skipped. Dogs running free all the time so not a great environment for small dogs, older dogs, or timid dogs who do not do well with other dogs. Sam is an excellent groomer, but not always available.

We are so pleased with our boarding and grooming experience with Canine Culture. They provided personalized boarding service to each of our dogs and when we went to pick them up, they were happily playing with other dogs and staff. I cannot say enough about how great Jim and his staff (Mary) are with the dogs. I will never go anywhere else again. THANK YOU!!!!

Handful of visits to Canine Culture East and don't think I'll return on account of several reasons:- Inconsistency. Each time, groomer has been different. The previous one recommended to book future sessions with her to familiarize our young dog with same groomer, which I agree with- just impossible when groomers are continually leaving/changing.- High price. Especially for a very small toy breed needing minimal cutting etc. I've read typically, cost is lower for toy breeds as the time needed can be minimal for a small dog with short coat and much longer for a large dog with thick and heavy coat. As expensive as it is, I can't imagine we're paying any less for our 5 pound dog than other patrons.- Not pleased with the grooming itself. Nails were left long this last time and the cuts we receive are inconsistent and lack style. This last time we were told we weren't able to discuss the details beforehand with anyone, let alone the groomer, so we just got what we got. I often see cute cuts done with the Poodle breed and this place leaves a lot to be desired.- Front desk/service is pretty poor - mildly helpful, no info given to new customers, and the one person staffed appears understandably over burdened having to manage everything from answering phones, appt. scheduling, greeting customers, intake and and pick up of pets.

This place is incredible! I go here to get my dogs nails done. I have a boxer mix and a Labrador retriever and they do a great job with both dogs. I also boarded my Labrador here for my graduation because I could only take one dog and he was very well taken care of. In fact he was excited to come back!

I used to take all three of my family’s toy poodles to this location. They were cut very well and everyone was very nice! I would normally highly recommend this place but, they canceled on us twice due to the groomer being sick. No one can help being sick... But, we were told they would call us to reschedule ASAP. The first time we had to call several days after the fact, they did get us in quickly. The second cancellation was on May 25th we never received a call to reschedule and have since gone to a different groomer.

Samantha has groomed all my Schnauzer babies for years. She is fabulous and kind to all of my puppies. They have always looked beautiful when I pick them up.This salon is "the Best"! Great staff!!

The shop is always pleasant to visit. Joanna at the front desk always greets you with a smile. The whole staff is super friendly, and I love the way the groomers treat my dog. I know he is in good hands with the team here. They are the only ones I trust to groom my mini poodle!

My dog, Eddie, is usually stressed out when he goes to the groomer. However, not at Canine Culture East!! Eddie was relaxed and looked great!

We were on road trip to New Mexico and visiting Sandia peak tramway for a day and need to drop our mini doxin for a day. We found this online and we are very happy that we found the place is very nice and owners are really good and taken extra care when told our dog is not comfortable around big dogs, I highly recommend this place any one looking for a dog boarding

Jim. What else can I say but thank you so so much.We had anticipated getting our handsome by 7 pm however with a 4 hour trek back to Albuquerque from the four corners area we sure we wouldn’t make it in time. I called and Jim said we’ll we have quite a few others that’ll be late too so don’t worry drive safe.Same day availability for an intact boi. Wow just wow. More than accommodating
