The staff are really nice people and they always take really good care of our cat. We like the facilities and the feeling that our pet is safe at all times. I am very pleased with the pet boarding service at this facility. Recently I had to board my two dogs for over a week, and this would be their first time boarding anywhere. I was very nervous to how they react and more importantly if they would be cared for. So, I booked a luxury casita for them, with daily half day play. With the luxury casita there is a webcam option, so I could check up on my dogs whenever I pleased. Not a moment during their stay were they under-cared for or showing signs of mistreatment. I have full trust and knowledge that this place truly cares for your pet, and makes them their first priority, as their motto says.Would 100% recommend this place, and if my dogs ever need to be boarded again, this place will be my first choice! Thank you so much for your kind staff and service!P.s. After the stay, they upload a “paw-gress” report of how your pet did and various photos taken during the stay. That is what the photos attached are.

I took my dog to get groomed, and I am impressed with the job that they did on him!!! He needed a bath and as he's too big for me to tackle him in the shower, I dropped him off and when I picked him up I was extremely impressed with their services, he is sooo beautiful and soft!! He's much happier as well and shedding so much less!! Extremely satisfied.

I have been taking Samson to canine country club for both doggie day care 3-4x a week. He’s stayed there while I traveled plus he gets groomed there. Obviously I like canine country club care and staff, most important Samson loves it there. Highly recommend.

This was the first time I had boarded my dogs. I was very impressed with the facility and the fact that all 3 of my dogs could stay in the same cage and still have plenty of room. They had a doggy door allowing them to get outside. I felt comfortable that they would be taken good care of and they were.

My older dog had a good stay while we were visiting family out of state. Was glad he was able to go on walks as he enjoys sniffing around and it is part of his routine. He also looked great coming home having had a bath. Definitely will be bringing him back for future stays! Thank you!!

Just beware that their website is not updated. Especially if you have a puppy and are interested in the puppy preschool. Apparently they’re short staffed so the puppies don’t get to play until about 2pm and it’s only for an hour and a half and then they go back to their run by themselves.

We started coming to CCC after a poor experience at another place. At CCC, our dogs seem happier when we pick them up and they don’t have that « kennel stink »! I believe our dogs are well treated and the facility is very clean. We won’t take our dogs anywhere else!

We brought our two dogs, Alaska and Smoky Joe here, and when we picked them up, they weren’t overly anxious or smelly. We also got a Pawgress report the day after we picked them up! We wish the report was sent during the stay, as we were a little nervous when they were away from us, but we did love the pictures. We will definitely be using CCC in the future. I also really liked the portal where I could enter all their information, that made me feel like I was in control and the staff could reference their needs. Thank you again!

My Dobie (after a 10 day stay) came home with a sore on his tail and fur missing from the end. I don't know what happened there.Please put webcams in each kennel so we can see what is happening to our pets. There is an option for Lodging webcams in the customer portal but it wasn't activated.I also didn't receive any photos or updates until checkout day, although I was told they would send photos.I was not very pleased with this stay.

We were having such an awful time finding a doggy daycare that would take our baby (140 lb Great Dane mix). Canine Country Club not only took him in but realized he was stressed being around other big dogs and let him have his own space. Thank you so much!!

Staff is very friendly. Accommodated feeding our dogs what we wanted without an extra charge that some facilities charge. They only stayed two nights but no complaints

My dog seemed to have enjoyed his visit, but we were not allowed to look at his kennel or anything past the check-in counter. We are full time RV'ers and we prefer to see the places we board our dog before we leave him there. Aside from this, we feel the facility is one we would use again should we have the need in this area again.

I have never left my dog with anyone in the 11 years I’ve had him, and when I went to pick him up yesterday, he was just as happy as if he had a good sense! I take that as a positive!!

Our dog stayed one night so we could go to balloon festival. She went straight in and was able to play all day with other dogs. We’ve already recommended to other pet owners in town for the balloon festival.

Our pup is fully loved and cared for here. He had an emergency at daycare and the staff responded swiftly and communicated with us immediately. They accompanied him to the emergency vet until we could arrive and checked in with us to make sure he was okay. We appreciate and trust them! He comes home happy, tired, and loved.

My husband and I were involved in a Tractor Trailer rollover and admitted to UNM hospital. They went beyond what is expected of them and, came to the Trauma unit and picked up our dogs as we were unable to take them there. They literally made our recovery better and faster by knowing how well they were being taken care of. The groomer came early in the morning to pick them up, We found later she fell asleep inside their kennel with them!! We and our dogs love them all so much for the care provided. This place is wonderful. It smells super clean, the staff works hard to ensure that. All the dogs and cats seemed happy. They also have a live feed of the day care area playing in the lobby.

I was so nervous to board my kitty for the first time, but the wonderful staff at Canine Country Club & Feline Inn made the whole process way less anxiety inducing. They took great care of kitty, went to check on him when I called to see how he was doing, and provided a cute little report card! By the time I picked up my cat, he was clearly happy with his caregiver and rubbing up on the doors ready to get some pets. Reasonable pricing too. Wonderful all around!

We cannot rave enough about how amazing the kind people at the North Valley Canine Country Club are! The dog hotel is super clean and they are super transparent so you can see the different options for dog boarding. 10/10 would recommend! Our two girls Brandy (3 year old spayed mix) and Remy (2 year old spayed black lab) stayed for 8 nights in an XL Casita. They went to daycare every day for group play, and before we left when we dropped them off, we could see them in the play yard enjoying themselves on a screen. Everyone there definitely are animal lovers - you can see it in how they speak to, play with and are genuinely kind towards the dogs. We didn’t get the name of the short-haired woman who helped us but we wish we did -she was absolutely phenomenal!! We’ve never seen our dogs happy to be at a dog hotel, but our dogs were definitely enjoying their time there!
