My husband and I are very grateful for everything that was done to our miniature schnauzer, Daisy. She had her first puppy grooming experience. From the moment my husband stepped in to the moment I picked her up, we were very happy for the service and care that was provided. We’ve got our dogs on a maintenance plan. They are very good to our dogs and they always come back fresh and with cute bandanas. The maintenance plan helps to reduce shedding. Our girls never get that nasty ‘dog’ smell as long as we keep bringing them. I feel safe bringing my dogs here because the people working here love dogs and my girls always come back happy!

Wonderful staff. I brought Sage, my border collie, here and she loved this place. I appreciate groomers because her fur is 100x better than when I do it myself. Great job! I will be back and highly recommend.

This place is so awesome! Nikki is the groomer for my Paco and she never fails us! She’s super talented and has lots of patience for my dog who never feels comfortable getting groomed! The customer service is also exquisite! They always answer and when they don’t, they call you back right away! I’m hooked! The prices are also very reasonable!

They take very good care of your pup here. I've been to many groomers and they are the most kind, caring and quick groomers in town. Appointments are easy to make and I feel confident leaving my dog with them. They do a great job of cutting my Maltese dachsund mix. They're worth every penny!

Terrible first experience. Felt rushed from drop off to pick up. Had a slightly rude employee that spoke to us in a very condescending tone when telling us the hair cut we asked for didn’t exist almost with an eye roll behind her words. At that point we almost walked out had it not been for the guy behind the counter explaining to us it was referred to as a different name. Picked our dog up and paid before we even had a chance to look at the cut. In the end was not happy with the hair cut was more like a basic routine hair cut for a dog. We paid close to 100 dollars for a small dog and understand the perks that come with the cut but if the certain look we asked for wasn’t doable for any reason for them simply tell us and we would’ve tried another place. Not to mention no one spoke to us how our dog did during his first grooming session with them. Based off our first experience we will not return or recommend.

Love this place our kitty is super picky with his food and in the past had to be on special food that he wouldn't eat but Chad and his staff helped us out tremendously with their great knowledge of our feline friends so now hes super happy! Highly recommend!!

Horrible experience. I tell them how old my dog was and what breed. They tell me anywhere from $70 to $90 dollars for grooming. Pick up my dog and they charged me over $150. Then my dog kept licking an area on his body, sure enough he’s bruised!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Everyone here is really friendly and my dog’s groomer is patient and gentle with her. I brought my dog here for her first puppy cut and it went really well. She tends to be a little fearful of new things, so I was concerned she would have a bad experience. Not the case. She gets very excited when we pull in and doesn’t really want to leave after her makeover. I couldn’t be happier.

They cut my shitzu’s hair alright but they cut his skin and they cut his nails too short to the point where one of his nails was bleeding and made him really uncomfortable for days I wouldn’t recommend taking older dogs there if you want them treated with care and patience. The groomer did not inform me of the bleeding nail nor did she feel sorry she practically said it was my dogs fault for moving too much.

Used to love takin my dog here! When the pandemic hit we got very sick and missed an appointment that we had never scheduled. It was automatically scheduled w out our consents by the front desk. When we tried speaking to them about this , they held us responsible for cancellation fees as if we hadn’t been going routinely all our other appointments. When trying to get back in they gave us an absurd $100 fee to pay before booking that wouldn’t go towards any grooming. We explained how much we loved and trusted them and how bad the dog was getting due to this and how we could give them our doctors paperwork to please just take our dog and let us at least pay these fees that weren’t our responsibility at time of service. They refused us multiple times and have kept this amount on our account. It really sucks that we had to risk our dog gettin sever matting and brushing from missin his appointments and that the establishment wouldn’t even work w us on a confusion the front office made on its own. Really left us in a bad situation due to their need for these fees .

I just want to say this place is awesome! I brought my dogs here and they look amazing! This place takes their time and provides a wonderful experience for your dogs! I've taken my dog to other groomers before this place and when I picked up my dog he seemed absolutely terrified! After this experience my two dogs were happy and looking absolutely adorable! They did a great job on my mini Schnauzer's. Other groomers usually have my dogs there all day, but they were done in 2 and a half hours. This will be my go to place from now on. Very happy.
