I have fun getting to hold animals but have a lot of concerns for their well-being. I've seen tortoises nearly run over the rabbits so many times and a huge lack of concern from staff when I mentioned a rabbit bleeding from its nose (symptom of RHDV2). Almost every time I've gone the water dish is dry and the baby bunnies area didn't seem to have a dish at all. I really wish they would take better care of the animals that make them money.

I just came here for the first time with my girls . And I’ve gotta say, it is a very cool place ! You can feet the bunnies, turtles and other animals they have . Totally interactive experience with most of the animals . I definitely recommend it

My 12 year old daughter had so much fun looking and holding the snakes. My 3 year old daughter loved feeding the rabbits, goats, and miniature horse.

This place seems like it would be fun, except for the pony’s hooves haven’t been trimmed in too long. It doesn’t seem like the animals (excluding the reptiles) aren’t very well taken care of. The little piggies are fun to pet, everyone was friendly, just the lack of care for the pony was disheartening.

Recently visited this petting zoo we liked it so much we went 3 times within less than a week. Coming from a family of animals lovers it was so much fun I could stay in there all day.The people who work there are very nice. They didnt micro manage us while we pet the animals. They don't make you feel rushed either.I can tell the lady who runs it loves what she does.I hope this stays around forever. We will make it there more often.The girl who complained about the dog in a couple reviews down ?? Lol get a life. I personally would never complain about a puppy jumping on me. I'd love it matter of fact.Sucks to be you.

Went there with my family today and was somewhat disappointed with what I saw. To many animals in small spaces. The rabbits in the petting zoo seemed to be depressed and almost sad looking. There was a male ferret that seemed to have a wound on his face. Would have brought it up to the 2 ladies working there but their attitudes suggested they didn't care whatsoever about our visit.

I just want to start off by saying I found this place to be amazing and fun to bring your kids until today. Today was different because they had a puppy there. As soon as the puppy came out, he started jumping on our toddlers. At first it was fine and I thought they would put the puppy away since it wasn’t part of the place and it seemed to belong to someone. Then it came to us again not once but two more times. The last time it jumped on our girl, my mom grabbed her and the puppy grabbed her by the shoe. Then the puppy moved on to our boy and it was grabbing him by the pants and then this other person who seemed to worked there grabbed the puppy and he had to yank him from our boy. They didn’t apologize and we had to leave because they didn’t seem to put the puppy away. One the employee even laughed at the situation. This is honestly very disappointing because we really enjoyed going to this place.

Great place and staff. I was Looking for a classroom pet and they had two well taken care of guinea pigs! Our classroom environment is so much better now. Thanks again for the quality service and help in finding a pet that fits our needs.

This place is AMAZING! I teach at a school and the owner was super friendly and very helpful in finding the perfect pet for my class. We left with. Leopard Gecko that is healthy and happy. Any time we have a question we do not hesitate to call or pop by. I definitely recommend Animal Park and Ride!

Let me tell you these are the best people around. I had a hiccup in my deal to buy tortoises from them and they handled everything in the most professional, friendly and fair way ever. I had driven down to Albuquerque from Denver and unexpectedly had to stay overnight. Freddy introduced me to his family and his daughter was sooo sweet and kind, telling me where to find the best beer and food. My leopard tortoises are gorgeous.

Super cool place if you like seeing different animals. Took my 6 yr. Old daughter and she loved it. Only down side is that you kinda have to pay for each little attraction. Also my daughter did get bit by one of the turtles but it was her fault. But we will be back

I had bought a baby sulcata tortoise from these people and it passed away a week later after the purchase because of negligence of the breeder not only i was ripped off but doesn’t care about his pets. I will never go there again...... no refunds wow, basically knew that his baby sulcatas wouldn’t make it and they were already sick. y’all think it’s a great place but its actually depressing. But anyways thank you again

We visited today and the odor of urine and ammonia was so overwhelming it was uncomfortable. The petting zoo was a tiny dirty space with way too many animals crammed in. The hay on the floor was dirty and the water was rancid. I was shocked at the conditions in which a mini pony, pig, several large rabbits and several giant tortoises were all occupying together.

Animals are nice. The service is not the greatest. Seamed to scare the animals a lot when they took them out of their changes to be pet. I'm all about having an animal being pet. But if it's trying to bite the server and it acts completely normal in my hands it's pretty unprofessional.

These people were amazing. Went in to pet some exotics, wound up leaving with 3 new amazing pets. They also did everything to ensure I walked out of there with everything I needed to take care of my little guys. Great Place to visit and purchase.

Went in there 3 times and noticed that a lot of the tortoises were neglected runny nose and eyes means a respiratory infection!! And the tortoises had over grown nails and shell Rot!! Not good poor things are suffering

Animals were not well taken care of at all, the pony was laying down and you could tell it was not well taken care of. We were pulled in by the baby pigs at the front but it was so depressing looking at what those poor animals go through. I’m upset that I gave them money.

Improper care for many of their animals and reptiles there at the store. They had a male and female chameleon together in the same cage with improper lighting and inadequate water source.This Chameleon looked like it needed medical care ASAP. Worker didn’t seem concerned at all.

Went in with my Daughter when they were at the end of the mall was shocked how all these animals were shoved in a tiny area in not so great conditions, I’m glad they moved and are taking some what better care of the animals.
