I live clear across town, but get my water and bird seed up this way, so I started shopping here, and must say the level of decent customer service is why I always come back here.After the pandemic, I feel like customer service has just been non-existent at many of the stores around where I live, and I drive up here just so buying groceries isn't such an anxiety inducing experience and I can just shop and be treated like an actual customer.I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the cashiers and most of the people I have interacted with here at this store.

Love the staff, they are so nice. Get freest m frustrated with minimal produce and dry goods but I can get annoy 90% of what i need there. The parking lot is also nice- safe and set up well.

Rarely do I comment positive on a chain store.I qualify this as a review of only the bakery dept. Also only one item from that dept.I bought a loaf of Hatch Chile cheddar cheese bread this afternoon. I smelled it baking and had to check it out. I asked the staff about it, was told it was fresh out of oven but to come back in 10 15 minutes, which I did pick up a fresh warm loaf.So whats so special? You might ask.First off it is a hybrid loaf, monkey bread. Bread part was not dense, slightly sweet. Plenty of cheddar, and Hatch chile ( I guess medium heat,) but not overwhelming.There are 2 Albertsons local to me, by far the better bakery is on Academy. #2 is still very good.Again best loaf of Hatch Chile, cheese bread I have eaten.9

We tried the street side pickup for the first time and apparently street side folks are gone after 5pm (which would’ve been nice to know) and after calling the number on the curbside parking spot several times with no answer I luckily called the General Albertsons number online. No one answered that phone number either until maybe the 5th call we made. The person who answered nonchalantly said street side folks are gone so they themselves have to go all the way in the back and get our order and would be out sometime. Again this is news to us. I’m waiting now so will see how much more longer this will take. What turned out to be what us supposed to be a quick easy curbside pickup (like it has always been with Target and Smiths and Sprouts and Whole Foods etc and everywhere else) turned out to be a big ordeal with Albertsons. I could’ve gone in and shopped myself much quicker and easier which defeats the purpose of curbside. The kid who brought the groceries finally was great though.

This location is much larger, cleaner and better organized. They offer more choices of meat and poultry. Highly recommend comparing to others Albertsons locations in that area.

This has to be one of the nicest Albertsons in town. We actually drive across town just to shop here. Everyone's always friendly, the store is clean and neat and the variety and availability of items that aren't at other locations is why we shop here.

The cashier was about the rudest person who has ever waited on me!!!! She totally ignored what I was telling her. I spoke 3 times trying to get her attention. She would not acknowledge me. Then she freaked out saying my coupon was wet. It was not! And she didn’t give me the 10% off so I had to go back in the store to get it. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!! On Academy.

Love shopping here. Unfortunately this store will likely close soon due to all the theft that occurrs in front of employees and customers making shopping unsafe. Soon there will be nowhere to shop due to wide range of unmanaged crime. I am not looking forward when online ordering only will be the only way to shop and it will take 5 to 7 buisness days for you to recieve a gallon of milk at your home where porch pirates will get that too.

Clean. Standard grocery store design/layout. Great food and beverage selection.Pharmacy is superb- quick turn around, polite and friendly staff, no headache refills, proactive with commutation anytime there's an issue with one of my prescriptions. A+.

This location is AWFUL!!!! Multiple times I have gone in there and had been denied service because of a debit card acceptance issue. I don’t have credit cards, so I use debit obviously, as many others do. At least 3 times in the last 3-4 months, I’ve made my selections and gone to check out and the card readers just freeze up because of “software updates and issues”, making it impossible to use anything but credit. The cashier with long silver hair is always rude to me as well, speaking to me as if I was stupid, and trying to tell me how my card can be used, even if it clearly won’t allow me to do what she is asking. My recommendation is to just go to the Smiths at Tramway, it’s the next closest grocery store and they will always accept debit and WIC. Bonus also that those guys aren’t going to talk to you like you’re dumb or inconveniencing them with their problems. Don’t put that you accept debit, WIC, and food stamps if you can’t maintain the system consistently!!!

When you're here pay attention to how neatly organized everything is, especially in the produce section. It's like everyone doing the stocking either has OCD or a history in interior design. The tomatoes are neatly stacked, the potatoes spiral into an immaculate Fibonacci sequence, and the baked goods lead energy through the space to create perfect feng shui.Enter needing groceries; leave having embarked on a spiritual journey.Not only is the environment edifying, the staff operate with the unified efficiency of a military band. Twice, on two different trips, when I was in the frozen foods section I was guided to items that though I didn't know I needed them at the time, turned out to be far superior to what I was there for in the first place.As you prepare to go back out into the world you are ushered out by cashiers and baggers who are so professional, they make you second guess if you just left a grocery store or are ending a brief stay at a 5 star resort.

TheE pharmacy staff, except for one younger guy, was atrocious. Unbelievably rude and unwilling to help me in any way. I was trying to fill a new prescription, and since it was new I was going to use a Rx discount card, but, that one formulation was $194., and I just don't have that kind of money laying around. It was the most expensive one on the list of other store pricing, but the problem is that it is a controlled substance and I guess once you decide on a pharmacy it is stuck there until a prior authorization happens or your doctor calls it in and cancels it. The only problem with that was it was a Friday afternoon, around 4pm, and of course, not one person who could help was available. So, after waiting over a week, I checked a different discount card, one that the pharmacist said " oh, no, don't bother with that one, it doesn't help much at all", well guess what? I found my Rx for $24., Which is much more reasonable than $194. And then there was the total lack of customer service. I was seriously asked to step aside so they could help someone else right in the middle of our conversation, not once or twice, but four times.It just really made it clear that I, as a customer who ultimately pays their salaries, has no value what-so-ever to this store and that is sad, because the rest of the store is great. Clean, good prices, great selection, friendly employees, it's just that awful pharmacy staff ( excluding the one younger man who was there)

I ordered a sheet cake for a kid birthday party. I paid extra for a customized edible printed image on top. The image (Minions) was high quality and quite cute. The cake was yummy! I do recommend their bakery for party cakes!

We come here every time we visit the niece and her family. That's 7 years of shopping here! Husband loves their chicken. We also like the big, well stocked aisles with everything we need at reasonable prices. Today we got the sugar loaded, non-nutritional, pretty Preps for $.25 each. Husband is in heaven.We also got potatoes- real & instant - and a few other things. Niece brought her own bag, which thrills me. No wasted plastic bags! Everyone in this store is friendly and efficient. We love it!

Had a huge error on my half. I ordered 50 pieces of mixed fried chicken for a work party and i had believed it to be from this store. When i arrived a bit early to get other things for the party and i was told "we do not have any chicken nor do we have your order". I got a bit upset and told them they needed to fix this situation. The Manager came over and they said they could get together 25 legs & 25 thighs and they would get me this for free. the Manager wouldn't take no for answer when i stated i didn't want it for free. Extreme above and beyond customer service Sir! And then to find out i ordered from a different store. Boy do i feel stupid! But shout out to the Manager & his Deli team from this store - they Rock.

Convenient location! I tried using the grocery pick up, but the employees had no idea I was there after I checked in with the app. Thankfully an attentive employee saw us parked out there and came and helped us. :)

Used to be Our favorite Albertsons. Clean, great selection. My only suggestion is please put all gluten free pasta in the GF section. No Green Giant, steamers spinach. Limited Celsius drinks, no Prickly Pear.... my favorite.... very few travel items .. come on restock!

These ladies belong at a high end bakery.Because we had to take care of my ill mother, we didn't get my daughter's sweet 16 birthday planned the way we would have liked to. At the last minute we remembered we needed a cake and decided we would just have to settle for a grocery store cake. As we were looking the selection over, Maria came up an asked if we needed help. (*Bright light from heaven shines. Angelic music plays*) It's 5:00pm on Saturday and we need a cake by 12:00 on Sunday. "No problem" was her reply. She not only took our order, but asked about things we hadn't even thought of. When we picked the cake up the following day we were blown away. It was absolutely perfect. And our Sweet 16 year old loved it.

Accused of stealing because I turned the volume down on the self check because it was obnoxiously loud. Phil at the front was very rude and totally embarrassed me by scolding me that the volume needs to be all the way up, he was rude enough to jump in front of the screen and turn it back up himself as if I am not capable. I ended up telling him to just void everything and I went and got my groceries at smiths instead. Thanks Phil. I submitted a survey as well on my experience in detail if management sees this. My dad was also a store director at this store for years before he transferred so I think I would know what good customer service is as my whole life revolved around Albertsons growing up.

Grocery stores seem to be struggling a bit to keep up with shortages like most other businesses. I find Albertson's, however, to be doing a very good job with around 95% of their shelves fully stocked. My local store at Tramway and Academy has excellent personnel who will stop what they are doing to help you locate your items.

Danni is the worst customer service rep you could have. Today at terminal 1 at 9:30am we came up and said hi good morning. No response. I tried again hello how are you. No response and she begins to throw our groceries. My husband pulls his phone out to move money from one account to another and she askes, "Are you taking a picture of me?!" What? Why would we want a picture? We go to customer service to talk to a manager and she continues super unprofessional, yelling at us to "Have a great day!" Why talk to us now? Zero words while checking us out but now you respond? I know no one actually cares about her customer service but we had to try.
