The lady taking payments for booster shots was extremely rude and presumed I only wanted the 3 yrs Rv. I had to get assistance with a friendly staff member working the floor to order a DA2ppv. These shots ain't free. This is no charity. Treat your customers with at least decency, if you can't conjure up good service and respect. Their storefront sign needs some serious work.

Went and got my puppy shots last week and she became sick within 3 days, and has now passed. I got dogs and cats I know how to tend for them, I also grow plants that need a clean home. I was looking to get my dog what she needed for a good price but I won’t be going here again

OMG! The man who comes and gets your dog is amazing. My chihuahua hates having anyone touching her nails muchless to let anyone either. She usually gets mean. But I'll tell you from my personal experience this guy has a gift. My dogs name is "Babee" she went him without a hesitation and he was so quick. We will most definitely be bringing her here again. And at such a great price too. It's a family owned business and id rather support that over pets mart any day.It takes a lot to impress me and I walked out of there 5 minutes or so later in shock. If I hadn't been there to witness it there's no way I would of believed it. And I know my dog and how she has been about it. He truely has a gift. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! If I could give more stars I would..I HIGHLY recommend taking your dog(s) here. What a beautiful gift to have.

Not only one but two people that I know had brought their dogs here to get their shots and about two weeks layer both dogs passed I don't not recommend coming here for your dogs shots

This place is not a good place. Taking advantage of elderly customers. My elderly in-laws took their dog for a grooming, they injured the dog and used glue to put some of its hair to cover the injury. In the process the dogs little coat got stuck onto him because of the glue. Terrible 😣 the way these people are to animals and don’t tell the owners and take full payment and lie to their customers.

Customer service nor friendly service is to be found here. Smelled like dog poop throughout the place. It's like if you treat customers as if they are bothering you how are you with grooming the animals? Smile a little it matters!

Had my dogs all day and shaved them in 5 minutes when I pulled up then charged me almost double what I was told it would be saying they were matted. Which they were but like I said I watched them shave both dogs easily in 5 minutes so it couldn't have been to much more of a task but overall a nice job

Shots are cheap so lines get long so there is a wait. Its okay bc of prices. But the workers there seem to always be upset or tired or just not in a good mood. The vet...dr is nice and a lady with curly hair is always smiling. Just a couple of worker not too happy.

Never again. Rushed. Clipper lines, uneven, not finished. Said they couldn't clip the nails. I paid for it, but it didn't happen. I had blood on the back seat of my car from a cut they gave my dog. They over book. Didn't start grooming my dog until after 2 pm, closing time, and only spent 15-20 mins. They are not gentle. Like I said, Never Again.

This place is not a good place. They are very rude and have very poor customer service. The owner is a very mean old lady. I took my puppy to get his shots and never went back for the rest of his shots instead went to PetSmart it was more pricey but better and more friendly customer service. Also the place is not very clean and it smells very bad.

I been going to Ace of hearts since I was a kid, Ever since then when I got my own little family my boy Gizmo goes to get groomed. I chose local and family owned all the way. Plus the women that work there are all awesome and friendly.

I love to support our Local Family Owned Businesses so I do definitely go to Ace of Heart’s Kennel. Other than the same rude lady employee that Always has the worst attitude towards customers despite that The place is pretty great, they are friendly for the most part respectful to your choices and attentive to you and your pet’s Need’s. They got a variety of supplies for pretty decent prices.

Other than the not so friendly female cashier (dark hair) who never smiles nor greets, the establishment was good, got shots for my pets. There were multiple people in line and the Staff coordinated perfectly to get everyone situated. Cashier needs to brush up on them customer service skills.

The lady up front is always rude every time I go get my puppies vaccinated! if she doesn’t like her job maybe she should get a new one:) other than that the vaccination prices are cheap and easy to get! I would like to be welcomed next time!

Family owned small pet store with boarding and grooming. Reasonable prices. I am the veterinarian that does the low cost vaccination clinics on Wednesdays from 3-5:30 pm . I have not had people tell me that their pets were ill after I did the shots. Puppy shots are a series that starts between 6-8 weeks old and ends when they are 18-20 weeks old. The vaccinations are to be given only to healthy animals. If your pet is vomiting, diarrhea, or off in any way it is not the time to vaccinate them.We, (the Ace of Hearts and myself) try to provide a service at reasonable cost to the people in this area.When pets are matted down to the skin, try to bite ( and owners can't control them) it is sometimes difficult to do the job as well as we would like. I have been doing this shot clinic for over 30 years. The Ace of Hearts has steadily improved their facility over that time. We have helped many people over that time.

If I could give less stars I would. These people actually had the nerve to make fun of a veteran who has PTSD for trying to kill herself. I ended up with an infection that went to my heart and animal control placed my emotional support dog here. Whenever I tried to call and ask about him, they always said they didn't have time to answer questions. When I finally decided to move him and called back the final time, they said he wasn't here.Yea, I was angry because I put myself in danger taking myself out of the hospital to get him out and now they won't even give him back to me.

Ive never had an issue anywhere else but here. I was excited to get my dogs their rabies shot, and the main lady was rushing through the process. Getting me to pay quickly when I had my hands full, she couldn’t give me a few seconds to put my dog down. Very rude.

I took my 2 dogs in to have their nails groomed not a bad price $5 each dog. I walked in waited about 3 to 4 minutes and they were ready for one dog, so I went out got the other dog So by the time I brought the 2nd dog in and the 1st dog was ready to take out to the car and when I got back in my 2nd dog was ready. The place has birds and other pets for sale, they have a selection of different items and pet food. They give dog shots and the best is the easy access. Don't forget that they do Excellent grooming and not a bad price. So take your pet

We have been taking our dogs there for a long time and have never had no problems. They are always good to our dogs and treat their customers very courteous. There prices are good too. Our dogs get their nails clipped every other month or as needed. Thanks

I took my dogs in the morning was told to pick them up at 2pm I got there at 1:40 and I was told they haven't even started grooming them. I had to wait till 3pm! While I was waiting I was seeing a groomer pulling and being abusive to the animal. As well all the groomers we're back arguing with each other infeont of customers. will never take my dogs here again! Poor customer service and very unprofessional.

First time I went, had to deal with two rude folks that did not make me feel welcomed, the vet was sweet. Yet the second time I went back a different vet LITERALLY GRABBED MY DOG BY THE THROAT TO GIVE HIM HIS SHOT. I can understand if she wanted him to stay still, but she shouldn’t have grabbed his neck aggressively towards the point that he would cry. That is just cruelty. I hope this place goes out of business, It’s already been sued a couple of times anyways.
