Then I heard good things about Albuquerque flooring solutions LLC and they were very helpful. They took the time and explained the type of flooring that would look beautiful for my home. The owner was very professional and friendly you can tell he’s very well experience in his field of work, when the owner came to see the flooring in my home, just by looking at the floors he knew exactly what needed to be done and explaining the process along the way he made it very easy for me to understand they finish the job the same dayMaking my home look beautiful and it even seemed to make the area look bigger was before.I was very pleased. It’s a good company very professional. Highly recommend. Very well experience and if they see anything that needs to work they will let you know and make sure it’s done correct and properly which I did appreciate.

5 Star Rating for a 5 Star service! Lorenzo and his team, Irving and Elias (I missed the other guys names) all of them were very professional, courteous and respectful of our property. To top it off they did an amazing job and now with our new floors installed it feels like a completely new house! I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of flooring! In 2013 a contractor (NOT ABQ Flooring Solutions) replaced the flooring in my husband’s childhood home. They replaced the 70’s shag carpet with laminate wood, which was beautiful; however, they did not level the floor so walking on the laminate wood floor was like walking on a springboard. We hired Lorenzo to level the floor and then install COREtec Vinyl Plank. When Lorenzo came to look at the job, he said the floor was the worst (unlevel) he has ever seen. Elias and Kyle arrived on the appointed day and got right to work after Elias agreed that it was unbelievably bad. It took 18 bags of leveling cement before Elias was satisfied that it was level. The next morning, Elias and Mario came back and installed the COREtec. They were very efficient, finishing in about four hours. The room looks absolutely beautiful now and it smells s solidly level!Lorenzo and his crew did a great job, helping us within our timeframe. If you want quality workmanship, call Lorenzo. The difference between the original contractor’s work and Lorenzo’s is night and day! We will definitely be hiring Lorenzo and his crew for other flooring needs!

We had about 750 sq feet of new flooring installed in our home by ABQ Flooring Solutions. Beginning the process was a bit overwhelming, but, from the start, Fabian took the time to explain the steps in the process. When he arrived to see the space, he shared recommendations, even more specifics, and was patient while we attempted to choose our favorite color/product, which required carrying countless samples inside. He worked around our schedules to get the installation on the calendar and let us know who we could expect and when they’d arrive on the first day. Eddie and his crew made the floor leveling and installation look so easy. He was communicative about the plan and schedule and made sure to ask our opinions/approval about a few areas before continuing with the work. It only took a few days to completely transform our home. The crew cleaned up after themselves well and even cleaned the floors so we could begin moving furniture back in right away. We’ll surely reach out to Fabian about any future house upgrades. Since it’s so hard to know what to expect when hiring a group for a project, I’m so relieved to know we found this reasonable and reliable company that did solid work.

I hired this company to remove carpet and install about 2,000 square feet of luxury vinyl tile plus baseboard throughout the entire house. The job was complex and included stairs and lots of fine detail work around baseboard heaters, strangle angles, and lots of curved walls.The job came out incredible. The attention to detail that the installation crew had was exceptional. Everything looks perfect. They got the job done in the time promised, showed up on time, and worked late as needed to meet our move-in deadline.From start to finish I was extremely happy with the company. ABQ Flooring Solutions is a phenomenal company. I have had a truly wonderful experience with their services. I had a bathroom on the second floor of my home that was previously installed with tile by a different company that had begun to crack on the grout lines. Lorenzo was able to diagnose this issue and prescribe a solution. They completely replaced the floor with a beautiful luxury vinyl, and they reinforced the subfloor. The floor plan was rather complex (at least to me), but they were able to customize the new floor to fit my needs. Shanae coordinated the whole thing, and she is incredibly attentive and communicative. She suggested a specific type of vinyl that looks absolutely beautiful. Irving performed the demo carefully and installed the vinyl. The whole team listened to me and made sure I was happy with the final product. I would highly recommend ABQ Flooring Solutions to anyone who needs flooring consults, installs, fixes, or upgrades!! They know their stuff, and they will take care of you.

The ABQ Flooring Solutions team was great. Very responsive to questions, they came out the same day I called them and showed me floor samples that matched what I had described that I was looking for. Very professional team, they were even able to get my CoreTec floors for less than the price listed by the manufacturer. They finished about 1150 square feet of LVP in less than three days, which included having to remove tile all throughout which had been hiding under the carpet that was on top. Floors are beautiful and the crew that did the work was very friendly. I Highly recommend this business for luxury vinyl plank floors. Started out great with the initial visit, the person who made the agreement quit the company. Follow up after that, getting the project started was not good, and finishing the job was difficult. Quick to schedule the walk through and get the rest of the money. But job was not really completed per agreement and we were rushed into paying by another employee that seemed rushed as well and did not want to have the final step completed..We weren't given the time to check everything.

It's about a personal review of the painting and flooring he has done for me in my personal home. His crews are such great guys that pay attention to details and are respectful in the home. I never have to worry leaving them when I'm working. I have pets and they're sure to never let them get out. We recently had new LVP floors installed throughout our home. We decided on ABQ Flooring Solutions to do the work. After meeting with 5 different flooring companies and receiving much misleading and incorrect information we decided to sign a contract with ABQ Flooring Solutions. Our decision was based on Lorenzo's extensive knowledge about material and the RIGHT way to install flooring. Our installers were Irving and Juan who did an outstanding job. Becca not only handled scheduling the job and ordering material she also stopped by on two occasions while the floor was being installed to make sure everything was going as planned. Richard, the project manager, did the same. We particularly appreciate their professionalism, knowledge base, honesty and how they carefully and respectfully worked in our home. We will definitely use ABQ Flooring Solutions for any future jobs we may have.CAUTION: When getting estimates make sure to research the company and all information you are being given. Look for companies that may have moved to NM from other states due to poor or improver installation, inferior products and unfinished work. We were snookered in the past but now we do extensive research before allowing anyone in our home.

Back in August I hired a company to install luxury laminate flooring; however the first contractor that I hired botched the job while pouring the leveler. It was a nightmare! Fortunately I found ABQ Flooring. Their reviews were outstanding so I hired them. They came in and had to grind the previously poured leveler, regrind the existing floor before pouring leveler to prep the floor in order to lay the luxury vinyl flooring. They were amazing! It was obvious that this crew knew what they were doing. They also masked areas to protect them from damage before doing the grinding which I greatly appreciated.
